You
can
say
whatever
you
want
about
the
place
and
location,
but
when
it
comes
to
the
taste,
no
arguments
here.
This
bakso,
hands
down,
is
one
of
the
tastiest
I've
ever
had.
It
easily
makes
it
into
my
top
5
list,
and
it's
not
just
because
of
the
meatballs
themselves,
but
the
broth...
let
me
tell
you,
that
broth
is
something
else.
It's
ridiculously
good,
like,
it's
on
a
whole
other
level
compared
to
your
average
bakso.
Believe
me,
I've
had
tulang
rangu
bakso
from
other
places,
but
man,
they
really
skimped
on
the
broth!
It
just
didn't
hit
the
spot
like
this
one
does.
The
flavor
is
savory
and
there's
a
touch
of
sweetness
that
just
explodes
in
your
mouth.
It's
got
that
umami
kick,
but
it
ain't
just
plain
old
MSG
or
some
packaged
beef
stock.
I
can
taste
a
hint
of
that
collagen,
probably
coming
from
the
tulang
rangu.
It
reminds
me
of
the
broth
you
get
at
those
fancy-schmancy
shabu-shabu
joints.
I
almost
forgot
to
mention,
my
place
is
actually
pretty
close
by
and
if
they
ever
had
a
contest
for
who
spends
the
most
on
their
food
in
a
month
I
could
totally
take
the
crown.
Nah,
but
seriously,
let
me
tell
you
I
can
confidently
say
that
the
flavor
of
the
broth
is
usually
on
point.
Although
of
course,
sometimes
it's
not
as
mind-blowing
but
it's
still
tasty
nonetheless.
The
best
part?
It
doesn't
leave
you
feeling
heavy
or
weighed
down.
It's
light,
refreshing,
and
bouncy,
so
you
can
slurp
it
up
anytime
without
worrying
about
slipping
into
a
food
coma,
unless
you
go
all-in
with
the
extra
tulang
rangu,
lol.
