Sutasoma was almost perfect on everything; location, room, and price was great. But one thing needed to be improved is the receptionist services, I was staying on Sunday to Monday 6th December, and asked for extension to the receptionist because I had back to back meetings. She said the price was IDR 700k+, I said ok. I said to her I booked and will pay it at 12.30 pm, then i went back to a meeting. But 15 minutes later, i got calls and someone knocked my door asking me to check out. I said that I already booked another night, then I clarified to the receptionist and she said the booking confirmation is not there yet, and price offered was IDR 900k+. She said something like this "karena permintaan tinggi, jadi mengikuti harga yang naik". But I booked already, but one of them said "tadi bukan saya yang ditelfon". I was annoyed about how miss coordination between those receptionists, also how clueless and not even providing solution. I left the hotel not bothered to extend extra nights, and will not come back. By the way I'm a frequent business traveler, this is one of my worst experience this month from a hotel that has a good potential like Sutasoma.

staycation with family is very enjoyable & memorable here. On the outside, the front is greeted by the beautiful Tribata building. has a magnificent decor like the decor of buildings in Europe. The hotel decor is traditional Indonesian & modern. we stay in a suite type room. The rooms are spacious, with living room & TV. The mattress size is king size & the bathroom has a bathtube. The view is very beautiful. What we like most is the traditional congklak toy. To eat we have breakfast, lunch & dinner at Atman Lounge. delicious, complete food & friendly service (thank you Mas Lexi). For excellent service. Other facilities are swimming pool (kids friendly) depth 0.5m & 1.2m. there is a fitness room too. The hotel is accessible for wheelchair users. Dont forget order Room dinning service,we ordered pizza after Swimming & taste So delicious 😍 can't wait to have a staycation here soon.

I had a delightful stay at Sutasoma Hotel. The place is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff members were incredibly accommodating. While the hotel might not be as expansive as it appears from the front, it still provided an enjoyable experience. The spacious beds and perfectly sized rooms made for a comfortable and cozy stay. I would definitely recommend it! One added perk was the hotel's proximity to numerous Korean cuisine options, making dining choices both convenient and enjoyable during my stay.

Really happy I went with my intuition and tried this new hotel for my quarantine stay, even thought it only had 100 or so reviews. Almost all the other hotels have endless bad reviews about the quarantine feeling like prison. I got the single/deluxe room. Its just big enough and everything in the room is very new and clean. The bathroom is very modern and the furnishing is classy.

Had a pleasant stay here ❤️ Stay at Kakawin Suite for 3D2N so spacious and comfortable. The bed, sofa, bathroom are clean, all staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast at Atman Lounge i really enjoy because i love indonesian food and traditional cake available there. I love strolling around here, the view with aesthetic classic architecture. And for dinner at elisse was amazing food and mocktails too 😘👌🏻 Absolutely will come back here very soon ❤️🥰

Varies choice of local cuisine in the breakfast buffet. Coffee table arrays are sofas mostly. However if you prefer proper table and chairs to dine in, the choice is there as well. Ms Linda had great personality and we talked about surroundings nearby the hotel. Mr Welly make great coffee to my preference.

I totally enjoyed my stay here because all the staff were so helpful. They even allowed me to have early check in because I have no where else to go. What I love most was the serenity, the peaceful environmeng. Such a great hotel.

This hotel is the one I sought so far. Only in Sutasoma, the traditional soul of Indonesia collides with modernity. I felt like at home, without having the feeling of escaping from modern with. New in town! as the name, they are really identic with JAVA. Overall everything is really good (according to 4star hotel standards), but unfortunately all of their rooms are non smoking, they said u can smoke beside the pool or outside the lobby.. Btw they use smart tv, for android users can screen mirroring

Sutasoma Hotel has been our first home when we made our big move to Jakarta from the Philippines. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet is good and unforgettable because of the Indomie station! We hope to return to Sutasoma for a staycation or brunch soon!

The hotel is conveniently located to the mall where restaurants, super market and drug store are there. It’s a pity because……..: The bathroom lacks Towel Rack, Hooks, Drawers. When we entered, toilet seat was dirty, the washbasin water didn’t run smoothly. Towels were greyish looking. There was cockroache in the bathroom. At the coffee shop, the rice was hard, it looked like the cheff was using old rice to make fright rice. Room temperature was freezing, we couldn’t adjust it to lower.

The price of a hotel that is not too expensive with super luxurious facilities really makes it comfortable. Very good service with the friendliness of the staff, especially the food that has a high taste. A clean swimming pool and comfortable sports facilities make you feel at home... It's not wrong to choose a staycation or vacation here....

Stayed here for 1 night in room #522 on 13th-14th of January. It was an unforgettable experience for me & my husband! My cousin had her wedding night next to this Hotel in Tribrata (a walking distance from the Hotel) which made me booked this Hotel. The room is not too spacious however it was VERY CLEAN and smells so good. We received a baby-moon complimentary services which have made me and my husband so happy 🥰🫶🏻✨the front desk staff was very helpful as well as the bellboy (Mas Rossi) The food was our favorite thing! Had some of Tribrata’s food during the wedding night and the next morning, we had breakfast at the Atman Lounge and surprisingly the food quality was superb and SUPER DELICIOUS. We had a lot of options 👍🏻👍🏻 stayed for 2 hours just for our breakfast, MasyaAllah. Thank you for the Front Office & Housekeeping team that has decorated our room beautifully. We are very sure we’re going to be back before our baby labour. PS; We’re in love with Kue Lapis evening snacks and Keripik Nangka 😍😍😍 And the Mashed Potatoes on breakfast was AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would love to be back just to have breakfast again at Atman Lounge.

The hotel ambience was perfect, the room was also amazing, but the receptionist’ service is REALLY BAD. I call them today to extend my stay in Sutasoma for 1 day and they said it’s okay and giving me rate for 700+ per night. I am okay with it and said I’ll complete the payment by 12.30 pm. 15 minutes later, they called me again to confirm if I want to extend again, and I said yes why they ask again? And they give me DIFFERENT RATES at 900+ per night because they said the demand is high and since I am not confirmed yet I have to follow the higher rates because THEIR DEMAND IS HIGH. It’s not making any sense and they are also not giving any solution why they’re saying A in 10 minutes later saying B.

It was a nice experience staying in Sutasoma. I like the ambience, the super complete and luxury facilities, and the breakfast are awesome! Definitely a perfect destination for weekend getaway or for healing with beloved ones! Specially big thanks for Nadia, Diah, Rico and Amanda did their job perfectly and they all go above and beyond to makes my stay comfortable.

Superb service from attentive staff. We stayed at Sutasoma for our 3 day quarantine in February 2022 and we were very impressed. Clean, delicious food, top amenities, great shower, and more. They really did an excellent job during our stay. Very happy customers.

all the staffs were so friendly and helpful. big buffet spreads for breakfast but nothing is really that tasty or good. very nicely located and MRT station is just across the street. the room also nice and clean during pandemic.

Great experience in a new hotel in Jakarta selatan. Service was very very good, they ensure everything is perfect. My husband has mobility issues and we informed that he can’t climb stairs, the hotel set up a nice area for us to sit for breakfast at the cafe. The cafe has a wheelchair lift too. Clean room, good AC, delicious breakfast, nice size swimming pool. Minor critic would be the shower heads in our room tend to sprit water all over. As the hotel is quite new and inside the Tribrata area, grab drivers usually takes time to find the hotel. We received farewell card and goodies checking out.

This hotel is new and still fresh.. the room is clean. It has fluffy pillows. I think as long as they can price it correctly, this hotel could be my first option in South Jakarta

I love this place!!!! It's huge, clean, and fancy. I love the interior of the hotel, it has a lot of spots for taking pictures. Breakfast is great many options of foods and beverages, and it's really really great that they served ice coffee too... swimming pool is small but clean. There's MRT Blok A Station around 500m from the hotel and also korean restaurant nearby. Great hospitality, the staff is very nice. I'll be back for sure.

I am completely aware that it is outside hotels ability to ensure all it's guests to behave in a respectful way. However, having a what may appeared as a group of young women who loudly chatted the whole night up until the odd hours would certainly cause a great inconvenience to the other guests; in this case that would be me. Unfortunately, the loud conversation kept going, even after I have informed the reception at 4 in the morning. Staff members are super friendly, polite and welcoming. Check in was easy and location was easy to find. Ultra convenient, as it was a whizz away from blok A MRT station if you wish to travel from or between places. Blok M is only 1 station away, where food are abundance. Room is modern and clean. Smelled amazing throughout the hallway, room and the bathroom. The pool area can be accessed from the lobby. This is a nice area surrounded by leafy vegetations and water is always clean. The gym contained very basic hotel-graded equipment. Some of the machine is way old and passed its functioning time and urgently needed replacements. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. Selections are huge. From your a erage continentals, pastries and egg dish to the traditional Indoenesian bfasts. Who in the world would eat succulent beef rendang and flamed grilled chicken in the morning? But apparently they were served and worked well. Linda from Atman lounge was super friendly customer service. Never once forget to smile and patiently explaining some foreign dessert dish to try. Kudos for Linda's customer service. All, my experience stay at Sutasoma would be a 5 stars one if it would not bumped down a little by the disrespectful guests next door. The room is super cozy and clean. The stay is dedinitely worth the money. The staff are friendly. The front office team lead by windi made a memorable welcome on my arrival and they were always nice and friendly assisting me with my needs during the stay Slightly improvement needed for the maintenance of gym equipment, and also the variety of breakfast could be added to have a better dining experience. The cappucino was awesome!

Great service as soon as we walked in, with an informative check in and we were asked if we needed help with our bags. Room very clean and bed extra comfortable, had the best night's sleep ever. The food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is also good with lots of choices for breakfast. The hotel is quite strategic, parking is free at the hotel which is awesome. Love the architectural of this hotel. It feels like i'm not in Jakarta once i reached there. The bread and dessert variation from the breakfast buffet were such a delight. The gym was small but love the view that you can see when you're on a treadmill. The room were clean and have a great ambiance. The hall were spacious from the effect of the high ceiling and huge pillar. The food they served all very delicious.

The hotel looks very classic yet modern at the same time. The interior and desain inside the room looks elegant. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and it looks very neat and clean. Their services were very kind and polite since from the lobby to its room service. I also tried the swimming pool, though it wasn't to big and in an open space, but I prefer it because it's more private. Overall I will definitely stay again in this hotel for my next trip
