The room is great, the staff is friendly. I picked the executive suite as it was a business trip. During breakfast, Miranda came to our table and serves us with a smile. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Highly recommend anyone who wants to come for a business trip or with family. Will definitely be back for sure.

Amazing stay. Staff are all top notch service providers serving with their hearts. Great service. Rooms are well maintained and clean during check in. Good technology available in-room. Disney+ available for viewing. Andi the General Manager, Ressa the Front Office Manager and the team takes great care of their guests!

We stayed at room 2112. It was Soo Spacious and I love the bed, King Size and felt so nice to sleep on it. The breakfast is just nice, could be better but I don't have any complaints. This hotel is recommended for family and business.

The location is in outmost Jakarta, near Tangerang to be exact, the access somehow easier. Be ready for a toll road activity ... It was almost 24 hours I heard constant noise. Room wasn't top but acceptable, some furniture started to wears off. The overall services was good, but the room service... I'm little bit disappointed. The schedule is awful, one evening I found my room uncleaned and I have to request for it, another day it was cleaned but still some details left out...

Came here for a meeting and seminar, overall I had a good experience. Nice ambience, good food and many choices of lunchies. Morning and afternoon tea time were decent too, overall I will rate this hotel for a 4 stars.

Located near my office and clients. Terrible traffic in the morning and between 5-8 pm. Otherwise easy access to airport toll road and other South Jakarta well-known business and entertainment areas. Room is very clean and comfy bed. Did not managed to try wellness center but breakfast needs improvement. To add more western varieties. But this applies to most of Aston Hotel.

Room is clean but unfortunately, the carpets are extensively stained, i even found a baby roach crawling around the room this morning. This hotel is definitely not sound proofed.

Our first time stayed at Aston. The room is very nice and spacious, the food is great, the staffs are nice , I was helped by Ms.Anggi, good services. Internet connection is good and more than enough for working remotely.

I would give 5 stars if there is no little accident. The checkout time is 12. At around 10:40 I was preparing to check out, tidying my stuff at my room. Suddenly my room door opened and came the cleaning staff. Come on, it was not even 11 and there was no knocking at all. Also if you have weak finger, please bring your own hair dryer. Their hair dryer is the type that need the user keep pushing the button to blow the air and the button is so hard to press. Other that that, room is nice and cozy. Breakfast is good. Also there is a lot of parking space.

The room is pretty dark - has dark wallpaper and small lamps. Suitable for those who want to spend the day for rest, but might not suitable for those who want to work. The gym is surprisingly well-equiped. The pool is great as well for kids and adults. Cons: they use carpet flooring in the room so it's not the cleanest. Found little bugs during my stay.

Rooms are spacious and clean. I had a problem with the sink but they repaired it quickly. Food served was decent with some exceptional dishes such as fish menus but some could be better. The gym was minimal and the pool was clean.

Our company held an international event this week, and we forgot to order vegetarian foods for our guest from India for lunch. Luckily, the management hotel was very helpful about this matter. Quickly, the chef prepare some vegetarian menu, and our India guest was happy with it. They said the menu was delicious, especially the pineapple salad with cucumber. They said it help their detox programme. 🤭 So we would like to say thank you very much to Aston Simatupang management, especially for Chef Hidayat ... 🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼 We thank you again to management of Aston Simatupang so our international event run well We would like to mention pak Pandu as Assistan Manager at Canary Restaurant, who always make sure our guests and team get a delicious menu, and not forget to mas Beben for his "es kepal milo". Just a little suggestion, for you, guys, that in the room meeting was a little bit noisy, when there was another meeting in the next door .. 🙏🏼

Aston Hotel the favourite place for business trips in Jakarta. Breakfast nice and all the stuff are friendly. Azka was very helpful friendly during my stay.

my first time here and it was all good. quick service for check-in, very neat room and beautiful view at night. there is one staff asked am I enjoy staying and I tell him some small problem at my room and he helpfully fix my problem just in minutes.

The location is across the toll road so going anywhere is easy. Good service and no need to wait long to check-in. You can have breakfast at other hotels with 2 adults and 1 child. Here only applies to 2 people, 1 adult, 1 child or 2 adults. Apart from that, additional fees will apply

It was a great experience to stay at the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. All the staff were helpful and friendly, made me comfortable. The food!!!!! was awesome! From appetizer to desert all were good! It's a no wonder because all Aston hotel has good quality for the food and service. Thanks to Mas Palestino for the great assistance during my breakfast there!

in my view the place is at yhe best location. connected with various public transportation. also the meeting room was not so depressed. I must say the meeting room for hotel is the best in southern Jakarta.

i was on business trip and choose to rest here. I like relaxing in the Nusa Lounge, atmosphere in there is comfortable, i also very highly recomend the drinks at the bar, and the employees also very friendly i usually give them a tip and Thankyou very much, Mr Fakhruddin for making me the best coffee i ever taste. Very highly recomended

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! THE LAUNDRY CLEANING STAFF (2MEN) ENTERED THE ROOM WHERE MY FRIEND WAS STAYING ALL ON A SUDDEN AFTER A SINGLE DOORBELL!!! THEY RUSHED TO THE WASHROOM EVEN AFTER HEARING HER SHOUTING- TO GET OUT !! SHE WAS ON A BUSINESS TRIP TO JAKARTA. THE HOTEL PEOPLE WERE SO RUDE AND ALL THEY HAD TO OFFER WAS THEIR APOLOGY FOR THE THIS HUMILIATING DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR FROM THEIR STAFF !!!! SUCH AN APPALLING ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF AND THE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A 4 START HOTEL!

If i knew South Jakarta has such a perfect hotel like Aston, i would have stayed here whenever i need to fly to my home town South Jakarta. Room is very clean, bathroom clean and the towel smell nice and clean. Breakfast is excelent, i am very impressed. Thanks to chef Rachmat, keep it up chef!!😊

First time having my weekend here, just because it is the closest hotel from home, but will not comeback anymore..the check in takes 45 minutes to prepare room from 2 PM (it's not only me but also to a guest next to me who reserved for 30 rooms, wew)..the wifi is off twice, and the last one no recovery even after i reported..more over, the room is spacious, coz i took junior suite, and the breakfast was ok..tks

Clean hotel with good service. But there is one place in the parking section, there is a small toilet that is very disgusting. Too bad to see it. Is it because it is not intended for guests, only drivers? All should be made equal and comfortable. That's good Management. Appreciate everyone. Good job...

This place is very great for business purposes because of its location near the highway rendering great accessibility whether to business centre or any other district. During my stay, the room was clean and the hotel staffs were very helpful. Things which were need to be improved : the meals which were a little bit bland and the sound insulation for the room near the highway. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and might be coming back.

Aston is Aston. Always like it. Don't know why they called it "priority", but the room design is different than other Aston. Quite busy with civil servants during my visit. Parking area is pretty big and they still use parking system so we have to stamp our parking ticket.

I was stayed for three nights and had trouble with my sleep because the noise from the outside, cleary audible to my room. No sound proof at all! Parking space are not spacy enough. You have to pay for valley or put your car whole night long at the back empty field. Breakfast so far so good. I don't expect much with that price.

We stayed in premier room with lounge access. Okay so here is my honest review. Room design: - Looks a bit boring, old fashioned. - Too dark. - Too many unimportant stuffs such as non-functioning cabinet drawer. - The toilet seat was a bit small. - Spacious room, minimum features. - No mirror except inside the bathroom. Cleanliness: - So many stains on rug, don't know when was the last time they washed it. Maybe because pandemic? - Sheets are clean - Some scratches on lousy wallpaper - Bathroom is clean. - No sanitary plastics - some visible wall stains - Window was really dirty - One of bed lamp was broken. Service: - Good standard and hospitality - Attentive i guess - Engineer was a bit quick to solve the bed lamp problem. Amenities: - For a four star hotel, overall is a bit.. minimum. - Internet was quite slow - Internet tv was not bad tho - less bathroom amenities - free soft drinks and peanut - two mineral bottles - afternoon tea but got no tea. maybe i should make one myself? Got 2 little burgers, 1 short cake, and 1 bitterballen for two pax, some fruit.... pineapples Breakfast: - we ordered american breakfast (in bed) and it came out like my 90 years old grandma made the breakfast. HORRIBLE for four star hotel. It doesn't need to be lavish, just proper is enough. - incomplete utensils - no salt n pepper for omelette - we got 2 pieces of little sausages each plate, 1 tasteless omelette, baked tomato, some baked potatoes, a toast without any condiments, pineapples (again), and mango juice maybe sunquick or such. - disappointing overall. another pandemic excuse? extra: i understand about PPKM so i did not expect any buffet or dine-in. But i believe food, especially breakfast is one of the keys that can turn guest's mood and evaluation. If you guys can sort out new ideas regarding breakfast-in-bed issue sooner it would be better. If i knew i'd get that kind of breakfast, i'd rather ordered non breakfast room and went for some online delivery services. How about you if you got that kind of Breakfast? I'd be surprised if you're satisfied with that. As a tennant, we understand about these pandemic related issues. But that's also not fair to keep those issues as a justification for these problems. For the price we paid, i don't think it is worthy enough. Won't be comin back for more or recommend this hotel if they really can't improve.

I checked into a non-smoking room. But my room smells like stale smoke in the bathroom. I call housekeepers to spray the fragrance, but the smell still.  Also, i expect much better for breakfast. They serve bubur & cereal but they don't have a soup spoon. Then, you must ask the waiters just for tissues. But the staff was nice.

Meeting @ this hotel. Spacious meeting rooms. I like 2 of their coffee break snacks; the purple sweet one and the ball shaped fried ragout. Coffee was warm not hot. Mushalla is separated between male & female at 23rd and 25th fl also at between 3rd - 8th fl if I am not mistaken. Clean mushalla. Toilet also clean. Had lunch & dinner, spacious and good lay out of restaurant. Good variety of meal. Good selection of fruit. However these can be improved: pasta was a bit too salty, sekoteng/ronde was not even warm. Location is strategic, there is bluebird taxi spot near entrance. Good experience overall.

Overall ok. Room is cleaned well every day. Love the Jamu served during breakfast. Friendly Reggy and Edelwies chatted with me. Only one disappointment - requested for additional complimentary laundry piece since I’m staying here for than a month but rejected. Very sad!

Room is clean and neat. The staff is quick to respond and friendly. The breakfast buffet good for it's price. But my air conditioner on my room is broken, so I didn't feel comfortable during sleep. The maintenance need to be upgraded dear general manager.

Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t belong 4 star it’s more likely 3 star. When I check in the the hotel lobby was filthy looks like they were doing some kind of construction.I checked in early due my flight early from JFK front desk charged 450k for checking in early .I was so tired and exhausted so I was okay with it but I requested a quite room,front desk give me a room next to the elevators.So I keeps waking up at night during elevators going up and down .The room absolutely not worth it to stay ,it was pretty tight and very dirty between the wall,carpet ,shower area,very uncomfortable for even single traveler. The breakfast area had okay selection but many items were rotten ,spoils sour.if you just eating yogurt and fruits some coffee you will be fine .otherwise you will get sick . I was planning to extend my stay at this hotel but thank God I found another hotel.

Spacious room. Very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. I went here with family and ordered a pizza when we arrived at around midnight, but after an hour waiting for it to arrive we called room service again and turns out they haven't even made it and my mom just told them to send it on the next day. Yeah and the next day the pizza arrived and they said it was on the house, so a win-win i guess :)
