We were here for 2 days event for me and my wife, but we bring the kids along and they really enjoy the pool and playground. The breakfast and lunch were so-so, but not too bad either. I'd still rather eat somewhere else near the hotel, tho. Overall, we enjoy the short stay, but not too sure if we're coming back for longer stays.

Great hotel, but there's some things that bother my experience on this hotel. First of all, it's not well cleaned up (some of the bedsheets are not properly cleaned). Second, the pricing. It's not really a big deal if you looking for a place to enjoy your weekend. But if you are a traveler that need a small budget with a nice stay, this is not it. Other than that, the hotel view is great. The foods are delicious but could be better. The hotel is placed on a quite strategic place and it makes going to other tourists attraction in the area so easy.

By the side of the main street in Puncak. It doesnt have any lift for the third floor I stayed The room is clean, spacious, with balcony overlooking a mountan view. The sitting toilet is convenient, the shower is great with warm water. The parking is bigger. The swimming pool and little water park amused the children. The changing room after swimming is however not well maintain. Restaurant is available but the price are not for tight budget holiday maker. The staff are friendly and communicative. The air is already fresh

Excellent service from hotel crew, especially for helping us for fixed it the flat tire of our car in the middle of new year night. And in the morning got surprised from duty manager, we got Taman Safari Voucher and New Year Gift (Calendar, mug, etc). Thank you Grand Ussu Hotel, definetly become our choice.

Nice hotel, High - tech hotel, Bad bathroom : ( - ) No shower door ( - ) bad water circulation. ( - ) bulb light broken Altough it was paid by my company but its to much high price with that kind of facilities. Better fixed all the broken things.

Great value w comfy room, but not recommended for tge food

has nice experience here, i & husband must wait until over 2pm for checked in bcs room not ready then they upgraded our room (i forgot the name) with newest and more spacious room, its clean and have great mountain view. breakfast at their new restaurant, they have various and delicious menu. they also have playground and small water park for kids
