Rooms are really clean, especially the bathrooms. The design of the lobby and the restaurant is very well built in such a way the air flows really well. Breakfast was full of choices, and the food selection were always topped up. Staff, everyone was so helpful and polite. Superb!

Seruni hotel is a really luxurious and a vintage hotel. The location is what makes it even better, a mountain with great views. I stayed at this hotel at 30 December - 1 January and they invited us to a party for New Year's Eve. Seruni also gives us free 2 breakfast per day. They also gave an exclusive 2 free dinner which i didn't even know. This hotel deserves a 5 star.

From all hotel in puncak, i recommend this place, with the low price you can get max services from the room and facilities. Your family would have great time to spend here, best spot for selfie, best view in the mountains, enjoyed the best breakfast with a lot of varian, don't expect maximum taste with your budget.

A gorgeous Bali-themed hotel set in a lush environment, with affordable rates and plenty of facilities. The hotel is decorated with fabulous goddess and mermaid statues, starting from the reception, the swimming pool, and even in the bedroom and the bathroom. On weekends, there are free culture shows taking place at the meeting hall. At night or during a rain, the view is thoroughly breathtaking, with incredible mist and dazzling city lights. But I find the 'beach' pool to be a strange concept -- it quickly becomes a muddy pool. The hot water pool is also in need of renovation. Breakfast is nice, but could be improved. The cafes also seem to not have a clear opening hours.

The road to location is narrow. The scenery is good. The room is standard. The problem lies to the maintenance of the room itself. The stain and dust i see can't be ignored. This is why i hate this hotel.

Huge hotel in puncak.....the room has a great view, although we stayed in no balcony....still could saw the mountain from the window. Classy hotel, maybe the hotel can be upgrade from the wall paint, so it can be fresh again (slightly mossy.../sedikit berlumut). But it has spacious room, good facility ( tapi gk dpt air mineral di kamar). Ada hair dryer juga di toilet, sst yang tdk ada di bbrp hotel di cisarua. The service is good (fast respon. In order with twin bed, but they gave me king bed, jadi tukar aja, dan prosesnya cepat. Overall menyenangkan...
