NOT
order
food
via
online
order
from
this
location.
I
used
to
go
in-person
for
lunch
around
noon.
Every
time
I
went,
the
line
to
order
was
super
long
with
maybe
one
person
(max
two)
working
behind
the
counter.
So,
I
thought,
well
I'll
just
order
online
and
go
pick
it
up
to
help
eliminate
that
waiting
time
so
I
can
get
back
to
work
by
the
time
my
break
is
done.
This
is
the
third
time
I've
ordered
online.
Every
time
they
skimp
you
out
on
portion.
There
was
maybe
one
scoop
of
rice,
half
a
scoop
of
chicken,
and
they
charged
me
an
extra
$1.25
for
less
than
1/4
cup
of
queso.
I
read
others'
reviews
and
I
am
not
the
only
one
who
has
gotten
cheated
out
of
a
full
meal
on
online
orders.
To
the
owner
of
this
Chipotle
franchise:
This
is
ridiculous.
Also,
not
one
employee
or
manager
has
commented
on
any
of
these
reviews.
Typically
when
you
have
customers
post
about
a
terrible
experience
at
your
business,
it's
a
pretty
common
practice
of
good
customer
service
these
days
to
ACKNOWLEDGE
your
reviews.
Something
like
Hey,
we
are
sorry
you
had
a
bad
experience.
We
will
do
so
and
so
to
correct
it.
That
being
said,
I'm
disappointed
in
this
location.
There
are
other
locations
around
me,
slightly
farther
to
drive,
but
it's
worth
the
drive
to
get
what
I'm
paying
for
in
my
opinion.
I
used
to
be
a
regular
here
but
I
think
I'll
go
to
a
different
one.
This
is
not
good
service
and
I
don't
appreciate
not
getting
a
full
bowl
of
food
when
I
paid
for
a
full
bowl.
