    I would give 0 stars. Someone told me not to order from this location, but it was the closest one at the time. We ordered online and they gave us an entire order with the correct receipt, but literally all 5 bowls were slopped together with some random order. Not one of them was even close to correct. My bowl was supposed to basically have every ingredient and they decided to give me just meat, maybe like 4 scoops of sour cream and cheese. Looks like someone really just wanted to be funny. Also, no labels on the bowls even though everyone ordered something different. AND the bowls were also crushed and the food was cold. I’m usually not someone who complains about stuff but this was just ridiculous in every way!!

    Do NOT order food via online order from this location. I used to go in-person for lunch around noon. Every time I went, the line to order was super long with maybe one person (max two) working behind the counter. So, I thought, well I'll just order online and go pick it up to help eliminate that waiting time so I can get back to work by the time my break is done. This is the third time I've ordered online. Every time they skimp you out on portion. There was maybe one scoop of rice, half a scoop of chicken, and they charged me an extra $1.25 for less than 1/4 cup of queso. I read others' reviews and I am not the only one who has gotten cheated out of a full meal on online orders. To the owner of this Chipotle franchise: This is ridiculous. Also, not one employee or manager has commented on any of these reviews. Typically when you have customers post about a terrible experience at your business, it's a pretty common practice of good customer service these days to ACKNOWLEDGE your reviews. Something like Hey, we are sorry you had a bad experience. We will do so and so to correct it. That being said, I'm disappointed in this location. There are other locations around me, slightly farther to drive, but it's worth the drive to get what I'm paying for in my opinion. I used to be a regular here but I think I'll go to a different one. This is not good service and I don't appreciate not getting a full bowl of food when I paid for a full bowl.

    1. The restaurant was packed with people, most were uber/door dash drivers. 2. The two men working front of house were going slower than mapel syrup. 3. The cook in the back didn't seem like he was doing anything to help honestly. A man sitting at the table must think this is his house because he kept vaping inside the store - uh don't think that's the restaurants policy. Either new management or new staff needs to happen, but really some changes need to be made.

    Bro do not go this location and this one specifically. Everytime I go there the line is always backed up and the employees are especially slow. They always skimp you out with the portions and never have extra food in the back if the run out like most locations. They literally tried to give me 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl no exaggeration and sell it to me.

    Worst. Chipotle. Ever. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't expect fast service, don't expect napkins, don't expect silverware, don't expect anyone to change their gloves or wear a hat/hair net.

    The corn in my food was frozen! So cold my teeth were hurting! Then when I went to someone to tell them the response was "it's suppose to be like that." I said "frozen" loudly and in a questionable way! The guy said yes! I left hungry with no refund.

    Terrible...I spent over $20 on a chicken salad bowls and there were literally 3 to 4 pieces of chicken. Are they serious?? All salad and rice. Terrible plate. I placed this order on Doordash and I would honestly like my money back.

    I sat in line for 20 minutes. In the middle of ordering a simple chicken burrito, I asked for guac and right as I said it, a food inspector comes over and sticks a stick in it and takes it out. The guy helping me didn’t speak English making the conversation difficult. During the second row of food, the guy making MY food goes over to the helpless cashier who doesn’t know how to do anything and it takes another 5 minutes to get to the front. When I get to the front to pay I ask for queso and chips and it takes 10 times for the person to give me chips. Finally after 7 minutes I get my queso. Complete waste of time and damaging to my mental health. This place should be shut down and turned into a CAVA Edit: the chips are stale

    Honestly the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Normally love chipotle anywhere but this one is by far the worst. I ordered a steak bowl. And I promise you the steak had to been frozen over night and warmed up some how. Meat look oddly colored. Definitely not freshly cooked. Also no cheese, pico or Fajita veggies. They were all out of these and it was 11:45am. How is this possible? And if so, why do they not mention this at door or put a sign up. Also I really feel like management has no idea what’s going on. Actually felt embarrassed for how poorly the restaurant was being ran. Cashier was struggling to work register. And the line was out the door. You could see the frustration in everyone’s face. If you don’t believe me, just go read Google reviews. This location is loaded with one star reviews. Most employees too really didn’t seem like they gave an F either. Just saying.

    I can confidently say that Francesca, Desmond, Paul, Alba & a couple others (I do not know by name), are what makes this Chipotle stand out from the others. I also hear there is a new manager in town. If you are in the area, come visit this location. I come here for lunch 3x or more a week and have noticed the speedy service and attention they offer to each and every guest. The food looks and tastes fresh. The dining in area is clean and all of that, makes you want to return. Thank you Chipotle ~ Gunn Highway team.

    This is my second time ordering online from this location and both times you get less food than in person ordering. Barely any veggies with little of everything. I ordered the Chicken Al Pastor which was decent in flavor too. I will NOT be placing any online orders from this location. This is the ONLY problem/complaint that I have

    I’ve tried so many times with this chipotle, and it has given me a bad impression of the whole brand to the point I tell people Chipotle is the worse restaurant out of the major QSRs. But yesterday came in ordered two bowls for meal prep and just was eating one today and bit into something rock hard that was in my food. The quality of food is not great here you see the stay not seem very health conscious they are also always understaffed which isn’t their fault it’s management. But if you a customer gets anything from this whatever you do don’t place a mobile order it’s always wrong, not good portions there are so many better restaurants that deserve your money.

    Love Chipotle but hate THIS location for below reasons: 1. Slow for no reason 2. Only one person serving even during peak hours 3. They are always out of something and are always scraping from the bottom of the containers 4. Smaller portions compared to other locations, especially meats 5. Rude employees especially the girl that serves during lunch time (she sighs and makes faces at customers) 6. Serving area is always sloppy and messy 7. The manager doesn't care about customer service, employees seem to instructed to serve smaller portions and are worried of losing their jobs otherwise. I have been here a lot because of proximity past 5 to 6 months but finally decided not to go back.

    Pick up shelve should be in another area in my opinion. It can be easier and faster just going straight to shelve and look up for your order name. Everything else is good.

    I ordered online and received what looked like a sample and not a meal. A quarter of a regular chipotle bowl that you get in person. They cheated the order. Never order online from this location. Rip off!!! Will never go or order from chipotle!!!! Shame

    I mobile-ordered a veggie burrito and there's nothing in it but rice and icy cold guacamole, unreal. Wish I could say it was the first bad experience I've had at this location, but it's more like the 5th or 6th. Obviously I need a new spot for a $10 meal with vegetables (where they actually deliver the vegetables you purchased).

    This Chipotle is always hit or miss, mostly miss. I can't tell you how many times we have come home with our food and it was wrong or the quality was atrocious. Tonight our steak was so well done it seemed like it was left over from lunch. Never the fresh, tasty food you get at other Chipotles like the one in Clearwater. Probably best to skip this one to be safe. They reply that they want to know so they can fix it, but I can't tell you how many times we have spoken to corporate because we go back to the store with the bad, over cooked, old food, and the employees can care less. Nothing has ever changed in the last 3 years, don't fall for their "Please contact us so we can make it right" below....it never changes, never will. The owner of this one should have his store taken from him to save the company brand.

    Definitely not one of the better Chipotle locations. The meat is often burned, cleanliness doesn't seem much of a concern. Employees will take out the trash and wear the same gloves to serve food. I guess maybe that's what one should expect from fast food.

    Guilty of gross veteran discrimination. They put an ad for vets to come in but refused to meet the ad in the VA and. Serious cowardly liars. Very incompetent customer service skills. This will be reported to the VA to have them removed from the letter
