A HIDDEN GEM. A delightful wine store featuring mostly products from Spain and Portugal. On my 3rd visit and I am buying products to make a charcuterie board with some wines to add to my collection. Tucked away at the back of a plaza on N. Dale Mabry, it is easy to miss. You quickly notice their rigorous control over the quality of the wine and food ingredients. Specializing in Vermouths, Sherry, Paella Products, Tapas and unique quality wines, La Vid is a hidden gem waiting for discovery. Victor is your source for knowledge, products and recommendations. They have a nice assortment of food products to sample and use at your next party. Highly Recommend.

Victor and Rosi were amazing. Great selection of wines and pricing. We’ll be back again and again now that we know we have an amazing local wine spot. Charcuterie was outstanding as well. Great selection and flavors

A great place to chill out and relax !! La Vid Wine bar in Carrolwood is a great spot for a relaxing stop. Specializing in Spanish and Portuguese wines Victor and Rosa will expertly guide you through the large variety of offerings. A family run business with a great host and very pleasant atmosphere. Along with the wine La Vid also has a fine selection of cheese and meats to compliment the wine. Great place and easy to get to.

La Vid has some of the coolest, most out there, unique and rare wine finds in all of Tampa! It is THE spot to check out. The coolest little wine bar with the most dope and knowledgeable staff. If you don’t know La Vid you need to add it to your Tampa Bay bucket list. Victor is the man to talk to for all your wine questions. You want to talk about a wineneaux he knows all! Not to mention super chill and friendly. I don’t know any other staff anywhere who goes out of their way to make sure they know all their customers’ names. 10/10 also they have the coolest wine bar shirts I’ve ever seen.

Amazing gem! This boutique wine bar has a fabulous selection of wine, where you can shop and/or sit and enjoy at the bar. Victor is so knowledgeable! The charcuterie and the OLIVES are so delicious, just Amazing! This is a MUST VISIT! My husband and I love it here!

We love this place! The owner Victor has an absolutely incredible amount of wine knowledge of the Iberian peninsula and the wine list shows it. He is a pleasure to sit and chat with and we have loved every visit. Being in the industry ourselves, we truly appreciate the atmosphere that is cultivated in this wine bar.

Had a fantastic date night here! Victor knows his stuff and really enjoys talking about his incredible offerings. They've got a fantastic selection of wines and meat and cheese selections. The prices can't be beat either!

Victor and Rosa are an amazing son and daughter team here at La Vid. Fantastic high quality cheese and meat boards are available, and they import rare canned foods and oils/vinegars from Spain as well. Everything is always well presented and clean. And the wine- oh the wine. Victor has a huge variety of wine- largely Spanish and Portuguese but some very special French Italian and German. He's a very knowledgeable Sommelier and can tell you about the region the wine comes from, the way it's produced, the age of the grapes and even about the families that produce it. He'll find something you like, and often at great value as well. We come here a couple times a week- sometimes to sit and chat at the wine bar and others to take wine home with us. They do tastings every First Friday of the month too! Highly recommend.

I am a wine drinker with limited knowledge of wines. But I know what I like. This was the first time someone actually listened to me. VICTOR, brought me a wine which was so fabulous. I had never tried this Portuguese wine. We are going back. Great wines .Fabulous service and knowledge. Worth a number of visits or become a regular. Very nice atmosphere.

Love having this place in my area. Victor is a marvelous host & sommelier - very welcoming and willing to share knowledge & opinions but he keeps it really & unintimidating. I bought two gift bottles & he wrapped them, without me having to ask. It's been a crazy week, so having that one less thing to do was lovely ( : Bottle & by the glass wine selection is diverse & interesting. The space is softly lit & cozy - great for GNO, chat at the bar vibe, date with your sweetie or sip while you shop. I haven't tried any of the food offerings yet - looking forward to returning soon. Love coming here. Victor the owner is extremely knowledgeable and is great at making wine recs and has very fair priced bottles - I’d highly recommend coming to this hidden gem.
