The best boxing gym in Tampa provides my son Nico and myself with a family-cultured environment in which to grow as a boxer. Owner and coach Fernando is very skilled, courteous, and professional. First Glove boxing gym is the real deal, and I highly recommended!

Best boxing gym in the Tampa Florida area. I started from nothing and on the first day alone I learned footwork, form, and more. And from the 4 months I’ve been here it’s been nothing but constant improvement. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn efficient boxing quickly.

LOVE THIS PLACE. It’s much more than a gym. It’s a way of life! It’s a family! Fernando treats his boxers tough but with love. Wish I would’ve had a place like this when I was a kid.

I have only been here for 3 days and I love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for, every penny is worth it. You don’t pay buy the hour or by session it’s literally a club . You go as much as you want. Fernando is very passionate , funny and does not play no games when it comes to the kids safety. He super strict and very funny. The kids love him like crazy. My kid comes to this place, he really loves it. And me as a mother, I too have enjoyed how well the coaches treat the kids, it’s really just amazing how kind the coaches really are. (Definitely recommend, 10/10)

Hello, my name is Yousif and i am student at first glove boxing academy and today i want to say how great this place really is and how i improved. I started only 3 weeks ago and i have improve some much that it has amazed me.the coaches at this academy is some of the most greatest one, i haven't see only coaches like this.they are unique but ofc in a good way. You will start off with love in the academy but then they would start to get hard on you.this all ofc love and they all just want the best for us and i always appreciate them for that. First glove boxing academy most definitely a 5/5 and please i recommend you to go because it is an amazing place.

I have had my daughter in this boxing academy for 2 days and the difference i have seen in her technique and and her desire to get better has been nothing short of amazing, compared to where she used to train. Fernando,his wife and the rest of the staff including the other students where really welcoming. The atmosphere was very family oriented and you can tell they care about the young men and woman. They keep everyone accountable no matter the age and are pushed to be the best they can be in order to build discipline and champions. This is a true boxing academy not just another boxing fitness gym or martial arts gym. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's child wants to jump into the world of boxing whether for competition or anti bullying. I promise you, you won't be disappointed. A++++

I have both my son and my brother enrolled in this youth boxing academy and is by far the best sport and place I have ever put them in. My son has shown so much progress in such little time and is motivated to attend his class every single day. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to enroll your child in boxing and you wish to challenge them.
