Came in to try something brand new with my hair. Glory not only asked me several questions about my hair (what I wash it with, how I treat it, etc) but she also explained to me, step by step, what she was doing to my hair. This was not a -let me show you a picture and you just replicate it- place. They really get to know you, your hair, and your hair goals since they care about you as a client. All staff was extremely friendly, open, and honest about what can be achieved with your hair. Glory is no short of completely talented with her coloring techniques! Overall, A+ environment, A+ quality of products, A+ staff, A++ Getting exactly what I wanted. Will be returning.

It means so much that whether she’s cutting or coloring my hair, she really takes each step methodically taking the utmost care of my fragile hair.
