Be AWARE! I’ve been coming to this nail salon on and off for about a year now. I would see Loui the young guy for my nails. I went in today to do a regular manicure with design. I called beforehand and sent a picture and was told yes (by him) he could do it. He couldn’t pick the right base, then when he was finishing my nails before the clearcoat he started asking what next and I told him like the picture. He started being very aggressive and saying if I knew this was you through text I would’ve said NO. Then proceeded to say he doesn’t want to finish my nails and to leave the salon. All because he couldn’t deliver. I was completely humiliated and in front of the whole salon. Never again! Also the pedicures are very basic. There’s way better salons in the area.

I went here with a friend of mine for pedicures. It seemed to be up to who you got to work on you, if the pedicure was enjoyable. My technician was not gentle at all and seem to do the bare minimum on massage. She was also a bit sloppy when she applied the nail polish, so that she had to fix it a couple times. The technician helping my friend was very precise and put a lot of effort into her work. However, the polish looked very nice on both of us. I did notice though that the bottoms of my feet felt rough already a day later.

I used to live in the area and I still come here because they are the best! I drive 30 mins to come to Sago Nails to visit Jenny. She is #1 for dip nails, I will never go to anyone else. The salon is clean and I love that they play calming music, and on the TV they play walking tours (muted) which is honestly so relaxing. I love that it’s not loud radio or ads, it makes such a difference in the environment. Prices are average and worth it for the quality of the work. Highly recommend.

I got a manipedi here with my sister the pedicure was great enjoyed the entire experience, it is when I wanted to get a manicure done. I wanted acrylics as they offer it as one of there services so when I explained to the girl as she was doing my nails I stated "acrylics" three times which she did not seem to understand, she asks the girl sitting in a chair, and which I explained to her both of them started to practically argue with me stating natural is better etc. and I am not going to sit there and argue as I just don't find it fitting, so I relunctantly agree. It does not matter your opinion if you offer the service you should provide it and if the nail tech does not know how she could just say that and refer me to another nail tech I am never coming here again as this was a horrible experience for me other than the pedicure I was not happy. This was supposed to be my birthday pamper day.

Tri is the best!! He is so funny to chat with. He is meticulous in his work too. I am always pleased every visit. He can do any design I requested. This is literally my go-to for my nails!!

Great basic mani/pedi, $45! Amazing price for such amazing service. Loved the scrub and massage with my pedi, Tammy was awesome. Went with my friend and we are both super happy.

Louis is amazing. I come from New Jersey and I’m very particular with my nails. I always feel at home there. Very good ambience, kind people and they do all they can to make you happy. Some don’t speak English too well so you do have to explain exactly what you need. If I need something specific I tell Louis so he can explain to the technician what I want. That’s no bother for me. I go there every 2 weeks and I love it.

I’m from out of town and grew up in the Northdale area, but never wandered into this shop. I was staying right down the street and desperately needed my nails done, and I always get dip and a pedi. Everyone was so nice and did exactly what I want. However, my nail tech in South Florida (and that’s an expensive area) never upcharged me to add tips and a shape… that’s the only thing that caught me off guard. Other than that, everything was fast, and the lady made sure I was in love with everything. Thanks!

Pleasant staff, did gel nails exactly as I asked. Nice large room and individual small fans for each client. Greeted nicely. $42 for gel nails with cat eye design. Will be going back.

Great service and very nice work compare to anyone around. My nails were perfect for 1 month (usually no more than 1 week) and I was so happy with the result. Highly recommend
