The two young boys working at 4pm 6/13/23 need to be let go immediately. Refused to take our order by claiming everything my son was asking for wasn’t available. And one walked away from the register as we walked up. Stared at us until shrugging and finally walked back over to the register. Had a bad attitude towards us for no reason. Gross behavior. If you don’t like your job, leave!

Service was fine but worst cinnamon pretzel bites ever. Not like they used to be more like they dumped damp brown sugar on them. They were all clumped even the regular pretzels looked like they had clumps of brown sugar. The pretzels themselves tasted leftover from the previous day as well.

I love fresh Auntie Anne's. This place is hit or miss if it's a 5 or a 2 star. I still go there.

8 people in there working. They tell me they can't make any drinks. Got 2 bottled waters. Not cold. Pretzel bites were very hard. Girl cashier trying to talk to me with a mouth full of food. I said i didn't understand a word you just said. Swallows. The machine is going to ask you a question. It was asking if i wanted to add a tip. Lol. Needless to say, no tip and will not return.

I love Auntie Anne's and the cinnamon pretzel bites are to die for. But the employee that was taking my order I felt was very rude. As I was trying to say my order the lady was taping her nail on the screen and I felt rushed. She didn't let me finish, cutting me off and giving me unseasoned pretzel bites. When I told her that's not what I wanted, she got annoyed and said they didn't have any. I felt that she made absolutely no effort to give me what I have asked for and the employees in the back were doing absolutely nothing but standing around on their phone

The location by Kay’s jewelers, the woman with the face piercing and glasses is so incredibly rude. She was speaking poorly of me right in front of me while making my drink because I said hello, how are you doing twice bc she didn’t respond the first time and I thought she didn’t hear me. How nasty of a person can you be to be upset I said hello before ordering? She needs to be in the back making pretzels only and not dealing with customers. Bad attitude. Lost my appetite.

Pretty quick experience. Ordered some pre-made pretzel nuggets. Tasted just fine. Cashier was a little soft spoken so was hard to hear through the glass shield and appropriate masks. I like the social distancing dots on the floor. Also like the no-contact credit car payment system (although you still have to press the green button at the end to confirm your purchase).
