Personalized from start to end! Erin took the time to ask me thoughtful questions about my skin, and made sure that her plan for me was conscious of my sensitive skin and time spent in the sun. It's hard to avoid sun damage living in Florida and Erin helped bring my skin back to life! She wasn't pushy about products (at all) although she did speak to them intelligently so I could understand if the products were right for me. I ended up leaving with one anyway and will probably need a refill by my next appointment. One last thing I really appreciate - she's taken her time and provided super relaxed facials and neck massage when I have time. And when I'm in a rush she gets me in and out as quickly as I need. Super cool, super smart, and my skin looks consistently healthy which was not the case before working with Erin. Highly recommend, Massage Envy is lucky to have her.

I received a gift card from my daughter to Massage Envy over a year ago. It was my first time to experience a facial treatment. My facial specialist was Erin. She made the experience comfortable from the first visit. It has now become an important part of my self well being. I’ve had both the chemical peel and Microderm infusion treatments. Matt’s treatment was fantastic. I came in for a true therapeutic massage to help with recent injuries and he worked very hard the entire session. He was thorough, clearly very knowledgeable, and caring. He used a variety of stretching techniques in addition to the deep tissue massage, all specific to my needs. I will continue scheduling with Matt going forward.

I’ve been to so many of the Massage Envy locations in the Tampa/Clearwater area, and the Citrus Park location is by far the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and I have always had great experiences. If you’re looking for facial services, go see Erin. Seriously, she is the best.
