My husband and I have been with Dr. Ocana for about a year now and couldn't be happier with this doctor, and his staff. He genuinely cares for his patients, listens to their concerns, and takes his time answering any questions you may have, no matter how silly. Recently, my husband had knee surgery and developed a blood clot. We had gone in for a regular visit and Dr. Ocana heard something that he thought needed attention quickly. He sent us to Tower and it was found that my husband had a blood that could have resulted in a serious situation. We were so lucky that it was noticed, and now my husband says that Dr. Ocana is his hero. We are so happy to have found this doctor. Dr Ocana has been taking care of my husband and I for over 15 yrs. Their bedside manner and care is above reproach. That applies equally to their staff. Everyone is attentive and aware of all of their patients needs. Margarita in particular is patient caring and such an asset to the team. My husband wouldn’t let anyone else do his labs. Calls her his Angel. She is the best in her field and they’re aware how fortunate they are to have her.

Dr Ocana has been my mother‘s doctor for over 20 years. The office and all the associates that work in the office are extremely pleasant and on top of things our favorite person Margarita has been working hard for Dr Ocana as long as my mother has been going there this woman is kind, warm and loving, we wish we had more people like her May God bless her and give her health to continue doing the great work she does. I don't understand what all the good reviews are about. His office staff was really rude to me when I called to make a new patient appointment. I told her I was a new patient. Then she asked me what type of insurance I have. When I told her that's when she said "we aren't seeing new patients at this time." I didn't believe her because she first wanted to know what insurance I had and there's a page on their website for new patients. When I told her I wanted to speak to her manager she said her manager wasn't there and wouldn't transfer me. Seems to me like they just didn't want to deal with my insurance and turned me down because of that. And by the way I have United Healthcare which is very good insurance. Not sure why they refused to see me.

The employee in the Lab department is horrible. She had very bad temper.I think that the patients have nothing to see with personal problems. She is very bad withdrawing the blood. She is very rude .I never again want to go back to do my lab. I had a very bad experience that this employee. Please keep in mind my complaint
