All work preformed was good . The thing that needs improvement is the office staff when you call on the phone they don't answer. Many times while setting in the waiting room the phone rings but the staff just keeps on taking to each other and not about business. I think they need a good talking to.

When I originally set up the appt, I gave them my insurance to make sure I was covered. A short time later I got a text asking for insurance, which I provided again, a few days later, another text asking for insurance, which I supplied again. Several days later they called my phone asking for insurance. I told them I'd already given it 3 times, and to stop calling me, to use email if they had any further issues. They never emailed. Today they called again asking for insurance, which I let goto VM. I went to their website to just cancel my appt. Their contact form has no means to send the note. I never met the dentist, but the staff are useless. I'll find a more professionally staffed office.

The dentists were very good the only complaint I have were the dentures. I have been back to the office a few times to try to make them fit without discomfort.

Customer service in certain locations needs to be worked on. Every now and then communication is lost. But overall each doctor I have had has been fantastic and knowledgeable. I do not regret being a Bright Now Dental customer. Teeth are straight and gorgeous. Very appreciative of the work done from California to Florida.

I came in it was very fast and thorough. The price they quoted me on was half of any other place I’ve been. Maria was awesome. I won’t go anywhere else.

It's an okay practice, but they're obviously overbooked and understaffed so appointments get rescheduled quite frequently and it's not like a week or two later but several weeks to months. I haven't even bothered to reschedule this time since it will likely get rescheduled again.

I recommend that you visit this facility, my reasons are because they have a very professional staff and very attentive to all the details and needs. They try to find a way to help you financially, I recommend it because I have two family members who came here and did a very good job. I am very happy with all the staff, from the dentist and her assistants. And I am a person who, wherever they treat me well, I will remain there.

He has a special treatment with his patients, they are always willing to help. As for my dental discomfort, all resolved and I was satisfied with the procedures.
