So
before
I
was
going
to
post
a
negative
review,
I
decided
to
call
the
customer
care
line
first
to
get
a
positive
response
from
them.
Well,
don't
bother
calling
the
customer
care
line,
as
they
are
not
aware
of
any
problems
at
the
store
level.
All
they
do
is
take
your
information,
in
detail
and
forward
it
to
some
manager
for
that
store.
WORTHLESS
My
initial
problem
was
that
I
stop
at
this
store
every
weekday
morning
around
6:30am
and
get
what
I
need
for
the
day.
(Fuel,
beverage
and
snack
items),
and
I
get
on
the
expressway
from
Tampa
to
St
Petersburg.
In
the
last
few
weeks,
the
store
has
either
been
closed
with
no
workers
or
cannot
take
Debit/Credit
in
the
store?
Why
can
you
pay
by
debit/credit
at
the
pump
but
not
in
the
store?
ALSO,
why
can
you
get
money
out
of
the
ATM
and
pay
fees
but
not
pay
by
debit/credit?
Does
not
make
sense.
Furthermore,
every
time
I
pay
at
the
pump
there
is
not
receipt
paper
in
the
machines.
If
I
wanted
to
walk
into
the
store
(which
I
do
not
do
on
all
visits),
I
would
pay
with
cash
and
get
the
gas
cash
discount
pricing.
I
think
that
no
paper
in
the
machines
is
a
"MARKETING
TACTIC",
to
get
people
to
walk
in
the
store
to
purchase
additional
items?
ALSO,
SO
WHY
IS
IT
TAKING
SO
LONG
TO
GET
RACETRAC'S
DEBIT/CREDIT
PROBLEM
TAKEN
CARE
OF?
I
will
be
choosing
a
different
route
to
work
each
morning,
to
totally
avoid
going
to
this
store,
starting
today!
MESSAGE
TO
OWNER
don't
bother
sending
an
automated
message
stating
that
you
would
like
more
information
and
to
call
customer
care,
they
do
not
have
the
capabilities
to
help
you,
they
just
pass
it
on
to
someone
you
will
never
hear
from.
This
is
not
my
first
rodeo!!!
