Chick fil A never really disappoints…. This one here on waters Avenue in Tampa is great tho because for Christmas they have TONS of lights up, and even Santa comes and the kids can take pictures. Service remains just as friendly and fast.

This Chick-Fil-A is practically a landmark of the community. Been coming here for over 15 years. Many others come here as well, and there are several reasons why: -Great food. Their chicken is delicious, tender, and most. Their lemonade is incredible. Food is never burned, cold, or soggy. Always well prepared. -Fast and accurate service. The line can get pretty long at times, but they do a good job hustling. A line of ten cars has goes by quicker than a line of 2-3 cars at other fast food joints I've been to. -As quick as they are, they are very accurate. More than a decade of service and I can count with one hand the number of mistakes they made with my order. -Hard-working and polite employees. The workers here are always on their game, being attentive and polite and often providing service with a smile. They make you feel welcome. -Clean and well-maintained. The dining area always looks pristine and presentable. You will often see someone doing rounds just to make sure tables are clean. -Festive and a part of the community. You should see this place at Christmas, they go all out with the decorations. They are also active with the community by hosting events on various Holidays. I just saw a promotion where they were inviting kids to plant flowers as part of a Mother's Day event. Can't say enough good things about them. I try to to five-star just any good place, but this location goes above and beyond daily. Truly amazing.

THE BEST! Super polite & efficient employees + CFA food you love. Use the app to order ahead to save time + earn REWARDS! This location sets the bar for CFA & I’m fortunate to live in the Tampa Bay Area to visit this location. Christmas decorations are top notch! Great owners who giveback to the community. I do wish CFA would bring back the bagel sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend this location and be prepared as it gets very busy. Sometimes you may have to park in the Lowe’s parking lot and walk across!

Love this place it’s always so nicely decorated around the Christmas holiday. The food is fresh and the service is on point. Only had one issue with the restaurant and as soon as I let them know I was being contacted by a manager immediately to rectify the situation. It was unbelievably impressive how on point she was in handling my issue. Every since that one day a while ago there’s been nothing else to complain about.

Amazing Christmas 🎄 lights at this Chick-fil-A Nativity scene just beautiful 🙏🛐🎁place was packed the drive thru was under control with the employees directions👏 The service was good and they were very helpful 👍 and polite ☺ food was good. Place was clean considering how busy it was there. They have quality foods. decent amount of parking space. there is a small play area for kids.

It's your typical Chick-fil-A food wise and service wise so pretty good. During Christmas though they go all out as you can see in the pictures it's awesome. Definitely worth making the drive to experience it.

Always a great experience at this location. Staff is very friendly and efficient in their work. The drive through moves quickly and orders are always accurate. Food is served hot and quickly. When dining in the experience is just as good. Clean building and food brought to your table.

This place should spend more time on their customer service and order accuracy and less time on their fancy Christmas decorations. I went through the drive-thru and spent $70 and they completely shorted me my sandwich. How do they operate without an order checklist? Or if they do have a checklist, how did it get missed? Did they put my sandwich in the wrong bag? I didn't realize the omission until we were back at home and by then, the restaurant was closed. So I got to rummage for something to eat while everyone else in my group enjoyed their food. When I called to complain, it took 3 tries to get through. Eventually, someone I can assume is the manager offered to credit me only the sandwich. I was able to negotiate for a meal, but nothing more. Since I already paid for the sandwich, I'm getting, what, maybe $5 for this colossal hassle? Unacceptable. Be better.

This Chick-fil-a is one of a kind! The dining room is large enough to accommodate a decent lunch rush and still stay comfortable. The staff were super friendly and came around to help us clear our trash before we had even gotten up. The ordering experience was clear and easy, and everything in our order was correct. The best time to visit this place is around Christmas! The light show they do is phenomenal - legendary, some would say. All in all, a great experience.

I love this location. The staff go above and beyond. I came here to work and let my daughter play. The staff were so attentive it was insane. I loved it. Not your typical fast food. My sandwich was also killer!!

Duck Duck Jeep night was awesome! We got our Duck, met a lot if great people and saw a lot of awesome looking jeeps! Employees were fantastic and they place was super clean! Thanks for the hospitality!

Food still tastes the same, which is a good thing. Just went through the drive-thru, even though both lanes were backed up around the back and sides, the crew still manages to get us in and out with hot food in the bag. Chick-fil-A really perfected the drive-thru method.

I take my grandma and 1 year old here usually once a week the staff is so sweet especially Linn! Who greets and helps us. She is such a lovely lady and my daughter looks forward to seeing her. They also just renovated and it looks very fresh.

Janet is so nice every time we come in for lunch and never misses a beat. She exudes Chick-Fil-A’s culture and is the foundation for the Waters Avenue store. When I see her I think of church ⛪️ chicken 🐔 and America 🇺🇸. She needs to be in the next commercial

It was not my pleasure today! The remodeling of the interior looks really good. We were impressed! What we were not impressed by was the service we received. Gal was clearly new, which I can sympathize with. However, what I can not sympathize with is the lack of comprehension and listening to the customer. Communication was lacking, she didn't hear what was ordered. At one point asked what sauces we wanted, which was nice. We said this and that sauce. Then she asks how many, she then proceeds to tell us how many we are getting. During this "managers / leads" were standing by. I asked for a large drink, was given a medium. Which I said was incorrect. She then looks at the register telling me she already forgot what the size was and shrugged her shoulders. So I say as long as you didn't charge for the large I'll just take the medium to be done with the interaction. My partner also struggled with her ordering of a simple salad. She asked for two dressing packets. The gal made it sound like my partners ordered two salads. The gal didn't stop to listen to our words before thinking and inputting the order. We just wanted our food in whatever size she decided to input it as and to leave. Just needs a little more guidance and or shadowing before someone new like that is thrown in the fire. Thankfully the food didn't leave a bad taste in our mouths.

I came to eat lunch at this specific chick-fil-a location and as I’m about to go get a drink refill, I see that there is a fly inside my cup. I talked to the manager and she did absolutely nothing and only offered me more food. I do not recommend going to this specific location as their standards are not kept to part.

This Chick-Fil-A location is our favorite, not only because of the beautiful Christmas lights they do annually, but because how smoothly everything runs too. The food is so delicious and the employees are really wonderful! We have visited many other Chick-Fil-A’s across many states and Tampa Bay and while none are horrible, This is the best and a must visit, especially during the Christmas Season!

Cobb salad, but no egg. This is very tacky of chic-fil-a to not have egg on a Cobb salad but even more cheap when Ricky I guess team lead l, asked to drive from north Himes to return a half eaten salad to have it replaced for something else, what an inconvenience. I decided to let corporate know how cheap they are! I will asked them for gas money to drive back down there!

This CFA has a huge,most beautiful and fun Christmas light display. Santa and Mrs. Clause were even there. We had a wonderful time!

This place is amazing when you consider it's the busiest fast food place you have ever seen, but they still managed to get your food out quickly and the quality always seems to be top notch. If you come at Christmas time the lights and decorations are amazing, I've never seen any place do so much.... It's quite a sight! The employees are friendly and helpful and I have never left there unhappy with what I have received.

Delicious food for fast food chains and prices are decent. The Christmas spirit is amazing at this location and was super impressed with what they did for decorations! Would recommend to parents that want to take children at night when the magic begins with the lights and music 🥰

Kind of a weird experience here this morning. I ordered a Mocha Cold Brew because I earned a reward for an Iced Coffee on the app. I get to the window, and the drive-thru attendant scans my reward. It doesn’t seem to go through, so a manager comes to the window to explain that I cannot have the mocha because the app has specificity. I’ve never noticed that- who knows, maybe I was wrong… however, I kind of spoke my mind and the manager begins to argue with me (not quite Chick-fil-A standard to me) and then proceeds to say “I’ll give it to you for free this time but you should be aware next time”. I’ve never been so disappointed with service to be honest. Also, to top that, my Egg White Grill was an Egg White Biscuit I guess… so that’s awesome.

This is a great location…fast service with a smile! HOWEVER…my breakfast sandwich was burned, I didn’t get a straw with my drink (which is always inconvenient) and they forgot the granola with my yogurt parfait. :( Everything else was great though!
