    DO NOT COME HERE! Wow.. I can’t believe this office is still in business, let alone still gaining patients. I have been a patient here for over 2 years. I initially came to start the process on getting my teeth fully deep cleaned, so that I can move on to getting some crowns put on. 2 years of being a patient, I have been to this office 2 times. They broke my cleanings down into 4 appointments, each appointment 6 months apart. My last 2 appointments that I’ve waited 6 months for, have been rescheduled again to another 4 months from now. They’re excuse is that the doctor is human and things happen. They show no sympathy at all. Not to mention the first time I was serviced for a cleaning, Dr. Gamble told me to “stop being a baby” because she was stabbing my gums so hard until the point that they began to bleed and made me cry. This place is so horrible and should be shut down. That doctor should never be able to touch another patients mouth!!!!

    Empty yet I been here for over 50 mins and still waiting to get called. My appointment was at 2pm and STILL waiting. They couldn’t care less about patients at this location. I’m changing my doctor and going to another location. This happens every single time I come into the location.

    I was scheduled for a cleaning at 10am on Tuesday with the dental hygienist (Marco) at this location. After waiting 45 min I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled through the automated system, no fault of my own & that the next available Appt would be 4months out. If you can afford to go somewhere else for affordable care, please do so.

    Came in and asked to be seen as a walk in. Lobby was COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!! And I was turned away. The girls at the front desk were busy chatting it up and surfing the web. Looks like I caught a picture of her looking at seahorses. Hmmm 🤔 must be some new medical advancement 😒 So disgusted by the treatment I received here. Should be NO stars given! They deserve way less!

    I have never been to this practice but I am shopping around for a new doctor and was considering this office. I have read many of the reviews and wanted to thank each one of you for submitting them. Based upon your reviews, I will continue my new doctor search. I have never read worse reviews on a dr's office. I am so glad I didn't just switch without reading them 1st because I have some serious issues that need addressed asap and treated with the upmost attention, respect, professionalism and care that I (and all of you) deserve. I truly hope the staff reads the reviews of their patients, the reason they are there, and make some serious changes. Good luck to all of you.

    Horrible customer service. Called to scheduled my father an appt and the agent talks to people like they're dumb and belittles them. Changing my dads primary just cause of her. Extremely unprofessional and definitely need to do a better job training your employees.

    This is my first time trying this clinic, everything was going good, I got my physical examination, but then they ordered a blood test, so I had to outside and wait again.. they were going to call.. 3 hours later I was the only one left in the waiting room, so I went to ask the front desk.. The lady checked and said 3 more people were in the list before me.. but the person taking the blood tests was anywhere to be found.. It was 12 so I guess she must be out for lunch. So I asked if I could book an appointment only for the blood test, but she said there is only walking in for such test, no appointment. How is this possible?? That is why waiting times are so long.. they should include the blood test into the appointment system. Otherwise you will be waiting and there is no way to tell for how long.. If you are coming for blood test, prepare yourself with patience to be waiting for more than 3 hours.. like me.

    PCP is great, very efficient, confident, knowledgeable and addressed/treated all of my concerns. Waiting time is to be expected. However, the front desk girls don’t seem to have the same knowledgeability which is why I did not give 5 stars

    Dr. Alonso was very kind oand so was the biller Itamara (she is the sweetest human and the most helpful). However, I am a PA and went in for an yearly physical and general lab work (CBC, CMP, thyroid, cholesterol). I wound up with a $420 bill from Quest because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. After going back and forth with my insurance I decided to see if the clinic can just switch me to a cash pay patient because my insurance wouldn’t cover my absurdly large lab bill. The director of patient experience told me they were unable to switch me to a cash pay patient, which is absurd. My clinic does it all the time to help decrease the payment burden a patient has if their insurance doesn’t cover their clinic visit. I called her back twice and left a message with no response. It is unfortunate they burden their patients with bills like that without any desire to help.

    Very unorganized and not enough staff. Waited over an hour just to get checked in and people kept cutting in front of everyone in line. I’ve heard a lot of bad comments about this place and believe them all. My appointment was 8:45am and it’s now 9:49am and still have not seen a doctor. Trying to find a new primary.

    The quality of service in the dental area is excellent! Dr. Jade Carter and Marcos Sosa are great professionals. I am very satisfied with the attention of the front desk girl.

    Waited 3-5 months for an annual dental appointment. Waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room. Jade Carter is AMAZING super quick. Would be nice if they didn’t have appointments so staggered

    They never disapoint at TFH last time I went there with an apointment I had to wait 2 hours so that they tell me that the Dr they gave me an apointment with doesnt take my insurance.

    very nice ladies at the reception. they helped me a lot. The doctor is also very professional and pleasant. I will recommend this clinic to my friends. I understand that in the future anything can happen, judging by the reviews. but the first visit was good. Thank you!

    If you like easy and peaceful appointments you can trust and have confidence in, this is NOT the place for you. I personally believe wholeheartedly in the concept of this place, with the sliding scale and no patient turned away. But there are MAJOR administrative issues here. They will confirm an appointment by text, phone and email but when you arrive, it will magically be gone. Most of the desk ladies in each section are helpful and empathetic, but there’s nothing they can do to help when your appointment disappears into dust. No explanation, no solutions, and no way to directly reach the facility administrator. Plan to spend 1-4 hours for any reason you come here and good luck

    I believe this place serves an important sect of the community with no patient turned away. However, if you’re looking for a PCP do NOT come here. Wait times are horrible for blood draws & any type of appointment you have. They don’t honor it. You get an invasive line of questioning for EVERY appointment even if it’s just lab results. The staff doesn’t speak fluent English so there’s the language barrier. They called to tell me my lab results were abnormal. When I got to the clinic, the NP said my labs were perfectly normal and the front desk doesn’t know anything. Then why did I make an appointment that wasn’t honored plus it was a waste of time. Oh and they refused to let the doctor come in without getting my vitals; I was only there for lab results. Never again.

    If I could give 0 stars I would….. I came in early just in case there was paperwork needed to fill out and there was none. My appointment was at 2:45 and I was not seen until an hour after meanwhile everyone after me during that hour was seen before me because I wasn’t properly “checked in” . I FINALLY got back to see the doctor and they took legit 30 seconds looking at my issue and told me they don’t know. Spent 2 minutes and 15 seconds in the room with me total and referred me away. NOBODY at this office is of the white or even black ethnicity and they don’t speak English at all! Terrible office highly don’t recommend. Go elsewhere.

    I have been a patient for over 7 years and my experience has been positive until now. My prescriptions were due for a refill in mid-July and despite repeated requests from my pharmacy and from me, no refills. I am diabetic and need my medications. TFHC is putting my health at risk!

    I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m. didn't get into to see the doctor until 3:20 p.m. waiting time tends to be a bit long every time I go there. Makes it very stressful if you have other doctor's appointments that same day.

    I never had any big issues with this place this is actually my to go clinic, the only issue is the wait line because of walk ins, ect. They really should invest in a kiosk for the people who have appointments so they can check in.

    I love this location, I’m surprised they have this low of stars. They have more doctors from the Middle East and they are very caring and actually listen to my worries and get me the help I need. I don’t based people as to where they are from because it really depends on the person but I love these doctors, they have been amazing with me.

    Actual garbage. Don't ever expect this walk in clinic to accept walk ins. They'll just make you wait for 3 hours then decide they don't wanna take them that day. Pure wast of funding

    Terrible service, they cancelled my appointment that I made 6 MONTHS ahead of time. Did not text or call me to let me know that my appointment had been cancelled bc of AC problems. Told me I could reschedule for 2 MONTHS FROM NOW!

    Doctors are pretty good and so are the staff. I just feel they are unorganized at the front desk and spend too much time texting and talking to each other.

    The toll free customer line for appts etc, is not on the same page with the Health Center front desk itself. It’s so frustrating at times not to have a direct line. The ladies are very nice and will try to help you the best they can. Calls often are not returned. I’m not even sure where it’s going. There is an office on site but, you will never be able to speak to the site manager. The pharmacy has been great. All doctors should show compassion and not rush you. We are humans.

    There is not one negative to report. I had an appointment and waiting times where so short, that it is not worth talking about them. The staff was courteous and competent, especially Dr. Bency knew exactly what she was doing. Overall, I felt eminently taken care of. Thank you.

    Not happy with the service I received today 1. I had to wait 45 minutes to get confirmation regarding a number that I was not informed earlier. 2. Had to wait 21/2 hours to get a blood test which the doctor recommended. I had to go and tell the front desk to help me , because I haven't eaten or drank anything.And I was feeling dizzy. I feel that paying insurance is nothing, but un insured people are getting preference.

    Very horrible experience! Nurse practitioner Bency is uncaring! She dismisses what you tell her, the intern student did a better job at bed side manners!! Then I was sent to sit out in the waiting room to get blood work done. When the assistant came out to get me she already had gloves on touching the door and everywhere else that everyone touches. She also coughed in her hand and when we made it to the room she went to start prepping to take my blood with her dirty gloves!! I asked her if she can please change her gloves and she was so rude and asked if I wanted a new assistant and I'll be waiting once again. I asked her if she was just able to change her gloves and she had the biggest attitude and sighed. Idk what is wrong with the place but they need to shut down. If I can give it 0 stars that's what they would get.

    Today I felt so bad, like when they tell you that you are going to die and out of nowhere the doctor leaves and just as if nothing happened. She came into the room so quickly that just 2 minutes is a long time to say what she treated me, I didn't cry but I felt so bad. Being told that you have an illness and not even giving you support or information. But go quickly because they serve 10 people at the same time. I hope that never happens to you. The worst day of my life. PLEASE take good care of your patients. I'm sorry I don't even know her name.

👍👍 This was the first Visit for our 3.5yo daughter Gigi. To say the staff is excellent is an understatement. The front office, our tech Vincent, and Dr. San Juan were excellent with us. I am looking forward to a long relationship with the wonderful staff of this office. Thank you!
