Where
do
I
begin?
The
new
office
manager
has
ruined
my
great
experience
of
living
here.
I
loved,
emphasis
on
the
past
tense,
Grand
Oaks.
I
really
enjoyed
living
here.
Jose,
the
previous
manager,
was
amazing.
He
showed
me
my
apartment,
and
I
was
hooked.
I
love
the
location
and
I
love
my
space.
If
I
had
any
issues
at
all,
he
made
sure
they
were
resolved
promptly
and
properly.
However,
over
the
last
month,
my
dream
has
turned
into
a
nightmare.
The
new
woman
running
the
office
is
atrocious.
She
is
so
hard
to
deal
with
that
she
has
even
refused
to
give
me
her
name!
She
is
dismissive,
rude,
and
condescending.
I
do
not
understand
how
such
a
drastic
change
has
happened.
If
I
have
an
issue
with
the
apartment,
she
seems
to
make
it
her
mission
to
make
it
as
difficult
as
possible
to
solve.
I
have
been
living
here
for
nearly
six
months,
and
I
never
thought
I
would
come
to
despise
the
place
as
much
as
I
do
now.
And
that
is
disheartening.
I
love
the
location
and
I
love
my
apartment,
however,
if
you
have
a
management
staff
that
treats
you
like
garbage
then
how
are
you
supposed
to
make
your
life
there
work?
I
work
60
plus
hours
a
week.
I
want
my
home
to
be
my
sanctuary.
However,
it
now
just
seems
to
be
a
constant
source
of
stress
because
of
the
woman,
who
again
refuses
to
even
give
me
her
name,
in
the
front
office
being
so
difficult
to
deal
with.
Grand
Oaks
has
gone
from
a
place
I
saw
myself
spending
the
next
chapter
of
my
life
in
to
a
nightmare.
I
am
now
counting
down
the
days
until
my
lease
is
up.
It
went
from
a
place
I
would
recommend
to
everyone,
to
a
place
I
would
now
never
wish
on
my
worst
enemy.
And,
honestly,
it
is
all
down
to
the
new
management,
and
that
is
a
disaster
that
I
hope
they
correct.
