    We are a return customer for the past few years. Uriel assisted me with my pickup and new purchase. He kind and very knowledgeable. All of the employees have been kind, but we've dealt with Uriel at least twice and he makes you want to return. Kay has amazing sales and I always receive compliments on my jewelry. Also, we never feel pressured to make a purchase or feel as if we are talking to a salesperson at this store. This is a great place to find your forever piece!

    Never sign up for their store card. Never buy anything from Kay. You will get screwed.

    If you have business with Kay's get there early, especially if you have a cc payment. They appearently choose their own hours and don't stay open with the rest of the mall.

    I had a slight issue with my wife's engagement ring and went to the store in the citrus park mall. The attendant Shelby and her manager went above and beyond to help me solve the issue and offered several different solutions to my case. In the end of the day I walked out of the store with the solution to my problem and it didint cost as nearly as much as I thought it would. Very thankful!

    Carol was amazing!! Helped answered all my questions and concerns! I was nervous because I came in clueless about the process and I’ve been to several other competitors inquiring but Carol helped me feel comfortable answering all of my questions and now I have a really happy fiancé! She LOVES her ring and is showing it off to everyone! Thank you Carol and thank you Kay Jewelers! I will definitely recommend friends and will continue shopping with them!

    It is always a pleasure whenever I visit this Kay's location. The staff is always helpful and friendly and they are quick to attend to your needs. Whenever I come back for my warranty inspection and cleaning, they are happy to assist and ask if I need anything else. They provide premier service which is why I will continue to return to Kay's for my future jewelry purchases and also recommend them to others.

    Bought a ring from them April 21st on their website and due to covid-19 they said it would be a longer wait time for it to get to me. Well todays the day the website said it should be here and after siting on hold for 2 hrs to find out what happened. A lady answered and said " oh yeah the group thats making your ring wont be back in to work till June 9th and wont be done for another 4-5 weeks." Im never getting anything from them again Jared Jewelry is way better customer service wise and handles everything better.

    First I want to take the time to say thank you to the manager Jonathan for taking the time to help me find the prefect engagement ring. He is very personable and professional. He made the entire experience very comfortable and enjoyable. There are 2 other Kay Jewlers closer to me and I drove over an hour to get the best customer service imaginable. I definitely recommended seeing him for all of your jewelry needs. I'll be back again and again as you've earned a customer for life. Thank you again! I appreciate all that you do!

    Buyer Beware.....If you purchase a watch and wear it a few times, you own it! If you try to return it within 30 days you will be denied a return. The sales person will make it seem like a 30-Day return is no questions asked. They do not warn you prior to the sale of their "no wear" policy on watches. My watch had very light light wear as I work in an office. Not cracks, dents or anything like that. I was a 15+ year customer of Kay and this was the first time I tried to return anything. They chose to fully enforce this unreasonable policy and lose a long term account holder. There is Zero customer loyalty with these people. I cancelled my Kay's account today and will never do business with this jeweler again.

    Working for Jonathan has been a great experience for me! He has always been professional towards his staff and customers. Many times I will help customers who only want to work with him and are willing to wait for him because he has established such great rapport with them. He has always been courteous and flexible with scheduling and works with his staff to work with us. He really cares about the company and providing the best experience to his customers!

    We purchased 2 rings for over 6k. We were told since we spent so much they would waive the 20 percent required to finance interest free for 18 months. Our bill came and we are being charged hundreds of dollars in interest. The manager won't return our calls. Beware!!!! Update: My husband went to the store and spoke with the owner. Apparently the employee that rang us up did it incorrectly. She refunded the entire amount and recharged us correctly. Thank you for making it right!

    Had my order canceled 3 times because of inventory not having the item. Kay Jewelers does not update their websites resulting in orders being canceled AND having to wait on the refund for days. Do yourself a favor and order from a different jeweler or go into the store if you have the time.
