Ordered 2 subs. Cold cut combo foot long. Only had one type of meat. Cheese just thrown on. Girl acted as if she didn't care. Italian bmt footlong was other. Barely any meat. Sandwich just thrown together. Both employees acted as if they could care less. There was no sweet tea made and didnt seem to care to make anymore or offer a tea out of cooler. The male employee wasn't wearing hat correctly, it was hung around his neck. Then he rushed us to hurry up and eat and leave. They kept staring at us and making us feel uncomfortable. They don't have any customer service skills and should be retrained on sandwich making. Our food wasn't worth the money spent.

The two you ladies wasn't pleasant at all no smiles no greeting the one with the long whatever that mess was in her hair and them eyelashes she had enough to share with anybody that walk through the door was very rude and patient and really need to find her another job if that's not the one she you know is happy with the other one was just quiet she didn't say much they didn't have bread stocked in the bread shelves and they act like people's presents in the establishment was a problem because they couldn't sit down and nibble on food themselves as I noticed when I was leaving and gossip about nothing I don't think y'all pay them for that I think this place would do better pleasant people working the front and set some ground rules on these eyebrows and all this long hair and these bad attitudes but the food itself was good cuz they did make it the way I asked reluctantly

There were 2 people on duty and they had kids there. They were making sandwiches and babysitting at the same time. Subway should help with child care when what happens. Thank you guy's but when under pressure the young lady should at least show some interest especially when we the public are understanding.

Rude service, rushed me to make a fast order. When I asked him to stop rushing me he decided not to make my order.

Went in at 1018pm to get a sandwich before 1030 and was greeted by two females who were unnecessarily rude about being closed even though it was not 1030pm.. I understand wanting to go home I understand but the rudeness was not ready.

I don’t know why all the five stars, and the last year I’m not going any farther back of that this new manager has caused more arguments with his customers at the police have to be called even on elderly women over customer service, they need new attitudes a better professional manager and also cleaner environment

Ordered door dash and the salad came with RAW bacon on top. I tried calling the restaurant several times but got no answer

Came in to the j. Clyde Morris location around 8pm. There was two associates working. One was actively sweeping the floor, the other was doing something with cookies. Neither of them acknowledged our presence. Didn't speak at all. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and were completely ignored. Said nvm and went to Jimmy John's.

My family came here after my son's basketball game on July 25th, it was night time, and the 2 workers there at the time did a great job. Our subs were great, and the service was good.

One of my first times ever at Subway and I was impressed how Dante stepped in during a lunch rush to help his staff. He took control of the situation and very quickly and efficiently got everyone in line their orders going.

If I could give this place a zero I would!!!!! By far the worst subway I have ever been to. I went in there with my 7 year old daughter for lunch. This heavy weight black man was beyond rude and just disrespectful!!! His attitude was very childish. He asked what bread did we want once I told him he kicked the door and slammed the bread thing closed. I have never seen any worse than I did today. My daughter even looked at me and said why is that man so mean. Now for the food!!! The worst honestly!! We didn’t get what we wanted due to the produce being wilted and bad. They looked as if they were frozen and brought out to defrost through out the day. $15 for straight garbage. WHEN ASKED FOR FRESH PRODUCE HE SAID THERE IS NONE!!!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

Long time i am buying my sub from them. The stuff was so nice. But since the black guy came here,... his attitude is so rude. I ordered 3 subs last time. He asked whak kind of bread. When i said the name of the bread he yelling to me and kicked the counter door... show his anger and go behind. I am not suggesting anyone to go this place

I wish I could give it zero stars. Employee on 3/15/23 was very bad. Two employees in the store. 1 of them making sandwiches. The other playing around with stuff. 5 CUSTOMERS! I went to Jimmy John's after the sandwich guy seemingly forgot my order was sitting on the table after making 3 other people's sandwiches with a horrible attitude.

Great food with good customer service. Everything was fresh and our sandwiches were delicious!

The brother inside helped me out courteous professional very friendly keep up the great work

The turkey on Flatbread (toasted) is awesome. Good sandwich.
