Literally my favorite place in the Hampton Roads area. Every service provider was amazing but my all time favorite was Stephen who is in chiropractor school. The room was always a vibe and he educated me on how to stretch to prevent long time injuries. Want to def throw in an honorable mention for Jedi and Thi!! My wife loved Nathan, went to him consistently for a long while for deep tissue work! Customer service is amazing as well!! Truly adore this place!

The ambience and decor is great and puts you in a relaxed mood. Major bummer for me about the massage was they used LOTION instead of essential oils! I have never seen this before and not sure why they are trying to reinvent the wheel. Oil is important to hydrate your skin and make it supple. It also acts as lube for your joints, there is a reason why it is being used for ages!

I've been going to Destress Express for over 15 years now and they never disappoint. All of the staff are considerate and helpful. Megumi is very gentle when doing my pedicures due to the nerve damage that I have and so is Michelle with my massages. They really listen to their clients and go above and beyond to help in any way possible.

First time customer, plan to patronize again in the near future. Had a classic facial, 10/10...my face feels as smooth as a baby's bottom. Also, had a 90 min relaxation massage...also 10/10. Chadwick was really attentive to my problem areas & I left feeling wonderful!

I have been going here for a few years now. Rachel does great for massage therapy. Kaoru "Kay" Holiday is my go to for facials. Megumi is my go to for nails. Every visit its great service and calming vibes!

Kay’s the best, I’ve been getting facials with Kay since Oct 2022 and my face looks & feels awesome! I’ve had five facials since this last post so I’m averaging about every other month. Highly recommended this place. It was recommended to me by my client. I’ve never had a good massage ever since I moved in Virginia. My masseuse was Marcell, very respectful, knowledgeable and love his technique. I fell asleep, and when I woke up; I felt like I have a new body. That’s how good it was. Will come back soon!

Wonderful Pedi! Very comfortable and private facilities. Have not tried massage but hear they have great therapists. Give them a try; your body will love ❤️ you for it!!! Tried the deep tissue massage, Keke was wonderful! Take your significant other for a spa 🧖‍♂️🧖‍♀️ day. Try a manicure 💅 or the couples pedicure! Kaye or Magumi will have you walking 🦶 on clouds ⛅️

My wonderful husband paid for me to get a prenatal massage and manicure as an anniversay gift. He chose Destress Express specifically because I mentioned that they use/carry Eminence Organics products, which I absolutely love. It was a really nice, relaxing day for me. My services were exceptional and every employee there was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

When I called, it was very easy to set up the appointment I wanted. As always the massage I received was excellent. The stiffness and uncomfortableness I had been feeling prior to the massage disappeared by the time the massage was over. I am suffering from sciatica along with the stretching exercise my doctor gave me this massage. Worked miracles for me. I would recommend this for anyone who felt they needed a massage or had any tension.

I had such a relaxing experience and my neck feels so much better! Lauren was extremely professional and catered the massage to what I needed. I will definitely be booking with her again.
