Nice and quiet with friendly service. I love the vault area to set up laptop and do homework away from my busy home environment. Not impressed with the breakfast sandwiches but the coffee is good.

I went in for my free drink today and Kathy was so friendly and accommodating. When I mentioned my drink wasn't hot enough, she cheerfully made another! Superb customer service and I appreciated every second of it. . .

During our visit to this Starbucks location, my wife and I encountered a mix of experiences. The staff were undeniably friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. However, the store's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. To begin with, the entryway wasn't very obvious from where we parked near the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the interior matched this first impression. This was easily the messiest Starbucks we've stepped into, with boxes strewn about and crumbs gracing the counter. The restrooms weren't in a better state either. They reminded us of the unkempt bathrooms at McDonald's. To add to the dismay, the male bathroom door lock was out of order, with just a makeshift 'sorry, doesn't work' note slapped on. On the brighter side, my wife's caramel latte was made to perfection. However, my pumpkin spice latte was served without the signature spice on top. Additionally, we had to remind the staff about our water request. Overall, while the staff's demeanor was commendable, the ambiance and attention to detail could use significant improvement.

So normally I’ve had some pretty good experiences here. This morning I stopped to get a hot tea. I was handed a disgusting cup that looked used and when I brought it to the Baristas attention her response was “it’s double cupped” as if my mouth wasn’t going to be near the grimy finger prints and dirt on my 6 dollar drink…. Nasty

We stopped here on our way home from North Carolina to Maryland, and the staff was super kind. In addition, the aesthetic of the old bank was super cool yet inviting. Afton in particular made our drinks perfectly and was super great and kind. Hope to stop by again someday!

I was very disappointed that day, the facility was very dirty. The employees were cleaning while preparing food. The floor and counters were horrible with dust and dirt. The coffee was good but I was praying that I wouldn't get sick. I was surprised that I didn't get sick but they really need to improve their sanitation practices.

I always get amazing service but today whoever was at the speaker seemed so annoyed , I had a 1 item order I see if I had a large order but even then the attitude isn’t necessary . Lately I’ve been coming on Wednesday for the 1/2 drinks promotion I got to the window to scan my rewards app and my total didn’t go down . I was told I should have mentioned the promotion at the window and I’ve never had to , they usually just tell me my updated total once my app is scanned .

Went for spinach feta wrap super busy location and time of morning 915 am ish so I guess that counts for the 15 minute wait inside nice cashier though lots of workers I could tell they were more focused on the drive through or app orders well guess what people still come inside too
