Just left from my first appointment with Autumn , my hair is damaged from color remover so we are working on getting my curls back healthy. I left this salon feeling so confident in my hair and also confident in the process of getting my hair back healthy. Thank you Autumn you are amazing and I’m looking forward to our next appointment.

I moved to Newport News from Kansas City 9 months ago. My goodness it has been rough finding a hair salon after using the same stylist for over 17 years in Kansas City. Finding Oasis was like finding a diamond in the rough. The staff is incredibly kind, and Liz hit my cut and color out of the park! Her knowledge of product, and tricks to keep my color fresh in between services has been a God send. I have never had my lashes lifted/tinted, or my eyebrows laminated. Brittany Reid is incredible! I am a nurse so makeup isnt an option right now, my lashes and brows now look amazing without it! The professionalism of staff, and the price is perfect. If you are looking for a new or different salon, I recommend them with no hesitation♥️

It's been 9 years that I have been coming to this salon. I have nearly 3 feet of specialty colored, layered hair that I love very dearly, and the only woman on earth I trust to cut my hair works here. Nicole is incredibly warm, kind, understanding, patient, and incredibly talented and well versed with creating masterpieces with my hair. Liz and Angie are also amazing with coloring and highlights. Overall, this place has consistently provided quality services and personalized care to all its clients. Their prices stand behind the high quality of the services you receive. While I don't know all the ladies there, I believe everyone who works there is a quality service provider. Once you establish a regular customer status, they remember you and often suggest products or give you a more personalized experience. 15/10 recommend to all, especially anyone who has strong attachments to their hair and have experienced bad haircuts/services from other salons! Was able to get my 11 yo daughter in the same day. However, she wasn't very happy with the overall experience and outcome. She says her neck hurt when hair was washed as there was no padding , also she is a bit tender headed and has thick hair and they used a comb in her hair that kept getting stuck, also the fact that she was told it looked a bit crazy but that she could get it straighter when she got home?? We paid $65 for a wash and cut and for it to not be styled how she'd have like was dissappinting. We wont be returning as we were hoping for better results and experience. Also felt the salon could use some updating as it felt dated and not very welcoming. Owner seemed decent again just not an experience that would make me return in the future .

I came here a while ago back in May. My hair was messed up from box dye and color remover and Autumn did a perfect job on my hair in just the first session. It’s literally exactly what I wanted and i’ve never felt more happy with my hair! She has a natural talent. I also just got my nails done by Kailey and they are amazing and exactly what I wanted. I love this salon and every staff here is so nice and welcoming

Been going here for just over a year and have the best beautician. I am able to book multiple appointments so I don't have to worry about forgetting to make them. I only see them for my haircut but have heard that their other services are top notch as well.

My stylist was Shannon T. She was friendly and professional. She gave me the cut I asked for with lots of volume, which I love. Anytime I'm in the area I will see her or Christina. Thanks again Oasis.
