First
the
good.
SOME
of
the
front
desk
staff
are
really
friendly
and
helpful.
The
room
was
clean
and
the
place
is
well
decorated.
Great
location
near
a
lot
of
restaurants.
On
to
the
not
so
good.
First,
the
beds
are
not
comfortable.
You
can
feel
the
springs
and
if
you're
sleeping
with
someone,
you
feel
every
movement.
The
entire
place
is
freezing;
like
60
degrees
freezing.
We
had
to
turn
the
heat
on
in
our
room
to
make
it
livable
in
the
middle
of
summer.
For
some
reason
there's
a
strong
police
presence
in
the
area
which
wouldn't
have
been
a
big
deal
but
they
would
stare
everyone
down
(even
in
the
hotel
lobby)
like
we
were
all
suspects.
Finally
we
had
2
incidents
while
we
were
there.
First,
we
ran
out
of
towels
so
I
sent
my
13yo
daughter
down
to
get
more.
They
told
her
they
were
short
on
towels
and
then
escorted
her
back
to
our
room
like
she
was
a
criminal.
Second,
this
is
not
supposed
to
be
a
pet
friendly
hotel
but
a
dog
woke
us
up
barking
into
a
vent
at
5:30AM
and
continued
to
bark
until
after
1PM.
When
we
called
down
about
it
the
first
time
they
couldn't
locate
the
dog.
The
second
time
they
were
"calling
up
to
the
room"
but
it
continued.
A
manager
was
supposed
to
call
me
about
this
but
never
did.
If
you're
reading
this
review
-
we're
still
waiting
on
that
call.
Overall
I
don't
believe
I've
stayed
at
a
hotel
that
cost
well
over
$300
a
night
and
was
this
disappointing.
