    Excellent service. Was after a paticular product so asked the sales women at the door and she gave me exact directions. I located what I wanted and note its normal price was 1/3 cheaper than other places i had looked but to make it better it was on salešŸ¤— Sales team was busy so the person from the door came down and served me at the counter so I was in and out in under 5 mins.

    Honestly, everytime I come here, I seem to come on a day where there must be some absolute morons working. Some prior experiences include - - 2 staff members having a chat amongst themselves, and 1 of them dropping the C bomb loud and clear - going to pick up a c&c for my partner, and being treated like a criminal. However, when he went to pick it up, his ID wasn't checked, and it was just handed over. Today's experience was walking in with my 3 year old son, and a group of staff were mucking around and play fighting, when 1 of them drops the F bomb. Literally in front of my young child. Very unprofessional. I go over to look for a part for my TV, and there was a salesman just behind me helping another customer. Stood there for ages, while this salesman was busy flirting away with his customer (or whoever she was), and bagging out his boss/manager, while I stood there like a stale bottle of piss. Finally had someone acknowledge me, and help, but honestly absolutely disgraceful. Staff just diddling around like its casual Friday without a care in the world about their job. I tried for ages to get a job, but had troubles due to being judged on the basis I have kids. And yet, they seem to hire any old Joe that walks in the door. The only reason I still come here is JB HI FI has always been my go to for tech, DVDs etc. Otherwise, it's a pretty shameful excuse of a store. Always had great service at Ringwood and Chirside Park. Melton certainly puts JB HI FI to shame

    Claudia is very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in with my daughter feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Claudia went above and beyond to assist us. We came out feeling very pleased with our purchase. Claudia is an asset to your Woodgrove Store šŸ‘šŸ˜Š

    Terrible experience with JB Hi-Fi Melton management. Brought a MacBook 2020 that unfortunately had a major failure with the computer diagnosed by Apple tech. Apple ensured me I can receive a replacement of the motherboard free of charge from the seller (JB Hi-Fi Melton) Management were not accomodating or understanding of the situation. Ignorant of the work authorisation email provided by Apple and consumers law. JbHiFi wanted to charge me for the fix after the manager told me no fees will apply. Told me they would send it off to get assessed and didnā€™t follow through with their promise. Very disappointed with the support and communication between myself, Jb and apple

    JB Hi-Fi has been one of my favourite chains for well over 25 years. While it is changing with the times, which is sad because I used to spend so much time there just browsing and discovering music, one thing has stayed the same, there are some staff very passionate about music and the technology in the store. Not all the staff but it is hard to get that anywhere. Focusing on the good ones, yesterday at Melton I was pleased to see that there was still some of these passionate staff that were great at what they do and with people. I originally approached a staff member for some assistance as I wanted to return a product I had been having some issues with for the second time, who I found was the manager. He was helpful and found a staff member to take care of the issue without any issue and run through possible options for me since I didn't want to risk the same issue a third time. The product we decided on was out of stock at the branch and at a slightly higher value that the original purchase price but the young fella organised for it to be transferred and for the cost to balance meaning I wouldn't have to be out of pocket. It doesn't take a lot to make service personal it often doesn't happen anymore. Thankyou JB Hi-Fi and the team at Melton
