I
treated
myself
to
getting
my
hair
cut
and
coloured
at
this
place
because
I
had
heard
this
was
the
best
place
you
could
go
to
get
your
hair
done.
When
I
arrived
at
10
o'clock,
my
hairdresser
hadn't
shown
up
to
her
shift
so
I
ended
up
waiting
40
minutes
until
they
could
shuffle
other
hairdressers
around
to
fit
me
in.
I
really
didn't
mind
because
I
trusted
that
all
the
hairdressers
would
be
amazing.
I
would
like
to
give
the
receptionist
5
stars
as
he
was
incredibly
sorry
and
really
did
his
best
to
accommodate
me!
I
ended
up
getting
my
hair
done
by
3
different
people
in
the
end.
Firstly
I
got
balayage
done
to
by
hair,
showed
photos
and
I
swear
it
looks
exactly
as
it
did
before
but
worse
because
it's
not
blended
anymore
due
to
how
the
cut
was
done.
She
colourist
I
feel
didn't
really
take
the
time
to
really
listen
to
what
I
was
asking.
I
then
got
my
hair
cut
by
a
male
hairdresser
which
I
really
believed
was
going
to
give
me
an
incredible
hair
cut,
instead
after
washing
and
drying
in
myself
the
layers
he
has
put
in
my
hair
(which
I
didn't
ask
for)
are
very
un
even
and
now
it
looks
like
I
have
reverse
balayage.
Even
writing
this
makes
me
cry,
I
am
extremely
upset
and
I
really
can't
afford
to
get
it
re-done
done.

have

a
photo).
I
had
come
from
Ballarat
and
this
was
a
really
treat.
I
couldn't
really
afford
to
get
this
done
and
I
only
allow
myself
to
get
my
hair
done
once
a
year
because
I
am
student
and
can't
really
afford
it.
This
hair
cut
and
colour
even
costed
more
than
what
was
quoted
online,
which
as
it
was
was
a
struggle
to
pay
for.
The
receptionist
added
an
Olaplex
treatment
or
something
to
my
appointment
which
I
don't
believe
I
even
ended
up
getting.
I
wasn't
going
to
write
this
review
because
I
like
to
give
people
the
benefit
of
the
doubt,
but
tonight
I
have
washed
my
hair
and
really
taken
the
time
to
straighten
it
really
well
and
I
cannot
believe
how
bad
the
balayage/cut
look
:(

phone
plan
failed
to
roll
over
for

year
so
my
phone
was
