This review is not for the two amazing staff members who have been great throughout my 9+ sessions who I trust very much. (My previous Google review was 5 stars). It's for the new laser hair removal machines that have left burns and scabbing on my private parts. I have since had a review with my wonderful therapist and have further taken on the cost of a new cream. Overall, I understand but I'm upset.

I have been doing hair removal treatments here for quite a long time and all of the experience I’ve had was good. My recent treatment with Sue was wonderful as she was gentle and helpful throughout the session. The location is great and easy to access for people live or work in the city.

STUNNING SERVICE by Elizabeth!! I've had my second session for my RF treatments with Elizabeth. I was recommended to see Elizabeth for my RF treatments from my two other friends who spent years with her. She is absolutely knowledgeble, detailed work with correct precedures with extra information on home care and other skin treatments to boost my results. She even gave me a ring to make sure my skins are doing alright. She's so friendly, making sure that you are feeling comfortable and entertained when it could an awkward and boring 1 hr session. My skin concerns are minor acne marks, pigmentation and enlarged pores. I already saw visible improvement from the first session and I'm so excited to see how far it can go. I'm extremely excited and confident to continue getting my facial treatments with Elizabeth and I can't recommend her more than this! Thank you Elizabeth, I will see you in about 4 weeks time 😊😊😊

This was my first time trying out a treatment at this clinic and Karen who was my therapist made me feel extremely comfortable and was so thorough throughout the procedure. She was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions very patiently. Highly recommend Karen and this clinic! I’ve came here before a few years ago and decided to come back because the staff is so helpful and warm. Jax is my technician and she is great at keeping you relax and does a very good job with the laser. I’m definitely coming back and recommending to all my friends!

I have been coming here for about 7-8 years on and off and it really depends which nurse you get as to how good your treatment will be. I recently had my forehead and frown done (anti-wrinkle) by a different nurse and now my left eyebrow is higher and raises at the arch and my right eyebrow is lower and raises at the centre. So when I move my eyebrows up or frown I look ridiculous (I also still have huge deep lines). When I spoke to management they said it was because I had built up a tolerance and denied the nurse was at fault and if I want it corrected I need to pay for additional units. After going through this so many times over the years and paying more and more money when they had made the mistake, I've just had enough and I'm going elsewhere. I cancelled my review because I don't want to spend anymore money at this clinic.

I’ve been going to Australian Skin Clinics emporium for years for laser and always had amazing service. Tyler did my treatment today and she made me feel really comfortable and she was so friendly. She was incredibly thorough and asked lots of questions about my hair growth and tailored settings for different areas. Thanks so much Tyler. ❤️

Cartia has been really professional, friendly and caring! She is very proficient - knows exactly how to cater for various skin types! This is my 3rd month visit, and I could see the results! I highly recommend her service! Having such enthusiastic staffs like her is an asset to the company!

I have dry sensitive skin, so I am very picky in choosing products and salons. This store is not only very skilled estheticians but also very friendly prices. Also this store doesn't push products too often and I enjoy talking to the staff here. Especially the therapist Sabrina always recommends products for my skin, not just expensive products and items. And I also found out that several of my friends have had facials or face slimming injections at this store and they have very good comments about it. I also like their sunscreen products, which have a high sun protection index and are very light.

I’ve been going here for almost 8 months now, and WOW, the results are absolutely amazing. A HUGE thanks and appreciation shout out to my Laser Technician Karen, who has been with me since day 1 of my treatments! She is so easy to talk to, so personable, and makes me always comfortable so that these session aren’t intimidating, especially being a young male, when I get weird looks from other female clients. Thank you again Karen!! REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

Elisabeth took care of me. She is delightful and simple to talk to. She pays attention to detail and provides recommendations finishing the service. The clinic is clean, plus the personnel is very attentive to their customers. They speak cutely and smile brightly every time I receive service. This made me feeling really impressed. I had a great first consultation about laser removal and was excited to get it done. However, there was miscommunication between the staff on the areas to get done (we agreed to do half arm + hands instead of the full arms I paid online). The lady said now that I had to pay extra for the hands. She did reluctantly what was agreed on in the first consultation but missed the fingers. The interaction was just awkward and confusing as the lady looked frustrated with my request. She also made me pay for a cream I didn't really want to buy. I was never forced to buy a cream in other clinics before so I found it weird. I am not sure if I would recommend this place so far. The first consultation was great and the lady did a great job but the second appointment was a bit uncomfortable and I had the feeling that they were just trying to take as much money as possible out of me. I know it is a business, but it can be more subtle.

I had my lower face slimming injections done with Kate, twice in the past. And I am very pleased with the results. I can see the improvement of the face shape, no sagging afterwards. She is knowledgeable, gentle and skillful. I was not good at needles but I did feel comfortable through the process. Staff in the clinic are also very friendly and helpful. I'm currently using the Australian Skin Clinic for my full-body hair removal. The service level is not only amazing but also the quality of the care provided is top of the rank. Like anyone else, I did lots of research and looked at all the reviews possible prior to giving this place a try, that I was still worried if this place was the right choice for me, but the clinician, Penny, has gone far more than her way to ensure the comfort and the satisfaction of the treatment. In nowadays economic environment, we all pay more attention to the value for money on services we choose, and I have absolutely no hesitation in suggesting this place should you, like me, be new to laser hair removal and want to receive top of the rank services, and most importantly, not necessarily damage your wallet. My top two pieces of advice are to book Penny! and to make sure to ask for the use of their newer machine. (I know they have two types of devices, and I like the newer one better, lol)

I have been seeing Meredith here for a few years now. It started with my lips, then I added Botox, and finally cheek filler just this year. It was by chance I got Meredith for my first ever lip appointment and I feel SO lucky. Everytime I come I look forward to her calming voice telling me “small pain your going great” over and over while she injects. It’s honestly so damn calming and reassuring. She has never tried to sell anything to me or push procedures, and more than once has told me that is enough lip filler. The fact that she is honest about it makes me trust her so much. As someone who is a bit odd and has serious social anxiety, she has never made me feel weird or anxious. Honestly if your considering any filler go to her. Also the general vibe and staff of this place is equally excellent. Always very nice and easy to deal with :D The left photo is me before any injections, and the right is me this year. I couldn’t be happier and more confident.

I have been coming here for a while but today I had a delightful girl names Issy (Izzy? unsure sorry she was blonde if it helps) and she was delightful. She was so sweet and chatty. More than that she was so thorough. She really took her time lasering each section which is what I love because then it is really effective. I only get laser every 6 months now but I will absolutely be coming back and asking for Issy.

Meredith in my humble opinion is the best cosmetic injector in Melbourne, she is honest and realistic about expectations of results and slowly throughout the years I’ve been seeing her has managed to sculpt and balance out my face in the exact way I’ve wanted. All the staff here are super helpful and friendly , would highly recommend for anyone seeking their services.

Absolutely abysmal business, customers be careful! They will steal I purchased a set of 6 hair removal treatments at their sister clinic in Bulimia, QLD. I was then transferred down to Victoria for work having used 4 treatments so the clinic in Bulimia made notes on my account and gave me a gift card to the value of the other 2 treatments. I called this clinic today and spoke to a woman who struggled to speak English who advised after placing me on hold for a substantial period of time that they would not honour the service and treatments as they did not transfer treatments between clinics despite being given assurances that was indeed the case by their sister clinic. She advised she couldn't see any notes on my account despite the fact she found the account and confirmed my old mobile number which she updated! This has obviously left me significantly out of pocket but this clinic couldn't care less, dreadful way to treat a customer who acted in good faith and would have been a continuous customer. The gift voucher has been placed in the bin and I won't be using their services in the future having been conned on this occasion and left out of pocket.

Scartia is the loveliest ever. She always makes sure the best service is getting delivered to her clients. I’m extremely elated with my journey with ASC and would recommend Scartia in a heartbeat!

I highly recommended laser hair removal treatment in here. I’ve been going laser treatment on my arms. It’s a bit shy for me as i am a boy but Deniz is very friendly and she does the best. I am very happy as the hairs don’t grow much more after the second treatment.

I've been coming to the Emporium clinic for 2 years and I would recommend everyone to come here too. Simone has been helping me with my eczema that I've been struggling with for most of my life, highly recommend her as she makes me feel very comfortable and takes the time to go through all the treatment steps. I had a day off work and went to book in a meso needling session yesterday. An Asian lady with chin length hair in her 40s was so incredibly hostile to me and I still don’t know why. I asked if I could book a session and she asked if I’d been there before. I said no and she rolled her eyes and said she has to do an an initial consultation then. She told me to step aside and wait in the sitting area. I noticed she was rude to another lady who was just checking in for her appointment. After 20min I looked over at her and saw she was just scrolling on her phone. She didn’t tell me how long it would be or give me a time. I realised if she was already so rude and sassy to me at that stage, why would I want her to do my skin needling? I only popped in due to your clinic’s high reviews on Google but have since gone with another clinic.

I'm really grateful for selecting Australian skin clinic emporium. I'm getting treatment for my hair laser removal and Deniz is an expert and really wonderful in the way she treat her clients. I highly recommend her . She introduced me to the right products and right treatment. Results are truly amazing.

My skin worse and tell me it’s a good thing. They didn’t inform me the possible skin outcome/damage at the start. WORST shopping experience ever. Btw in order to refund your credits which you have deposited, they will ask you to sign sth that ban you from writing any reviews or comments. Also ban you from the store if you are getting bad results from the treatment they give you. Pretty good at selling their useless skin products tho😊

I've been coming here for a year now to get laser hair removal and the results have been pretty underwhelming. All the reading I've done suggests there should be almost no hair at this stage but I'm seeing maybe 10-15% reduction overall, very disappointed with the results

The location was very convenient despite the grueling parking, a very clean and modern clinic with outstanding staff members, especially Mia. Their wonderful manners and service really ease the anxiety before treatment as I recall from my mother's feedback from her last visit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to find help.
