5 stars but only for the kind man called John in the plumbing section, he was amazing, helpful and funny. Out of all of the useless staff members John went above and beyond for us. Making sure we had all our supplies and would be set for our renovations. Bunnings Bethania needs more johns.

Staff are always helpful and lots of products. Nice coffee and sausage roll. Environmentally friendly utensils, drinking straws and stuff in the Cafe. Dropped by today, helpful staff soon found soft closers for kitchen doors, and shelving support pins for those extra shelves. Finished off with a nice hot coffee.

Its sad to find that the bethania store is not wildlife friendly like thousands of other bunnings stores :( I and many others purposely visit the garden section to see the nests ans the babies only to find some disgusting humans have put up netting... wont be visiting anymore

Employee shout out!! Big ups to MATT Aka floor expert, Matt was awesome when we walked in he greeted us well, answered all my questions with passion and was just a very nice welcoming bloke who absolutely deserves a raise!!! Also about this product I’ve used it before I highly recommend getting these shelves for the price it’s amazing if your storing some good equipment and products it’s easy to build and holds up to 50kg per shelf & is as cheap as 20$

One female staff on the exit of the timber yard, always delaying cars getting checked and exited. She take your receipt to check, find someone else to talk to and leave you waiting, then come back and talk 120km per hour to tell you about her busy day and trying to juggle multiple tasks, then makes comments on every item you buy, then talks about having to check everything, and the list goes on and on. It us becoming nerve wracking having to drive out of the timber yard. Nothing is straight forward, we work hard in hit sunny days then we have this. This is not friendly or good customer service, it is nerve wracking attention seeking and unhealthy control.

Over the last month my life has gotten chaotic with illness and a car accident. I could not collect my order within the due timeframe. The staff at Bunnings have been absolutely empathetic and helpful throughout. This morning I changed my order to delivery and the girl I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you for your amazingly help.

Ryan assisted us with choosing a garden shed today. He went out of his way to get a large trolley and gave great recommendations. We appreciate his efforts and it made our shopping experience stress free.

I just wanna say a huge thankyou , first ti the nearby woman who caught me as I fainted , and stayed with me till help arrived , and to the staff who helped me while I was laying in the car park .4-6 staff members helped me , they put ice packs on my head and neck to cool me down in the 32° heat , they got blankets to put under me and rolled me to my side , aswell as putting bubble wrap under my head . These staff member stayed with me for the whole time until the ambulance arrived ( 30+) minutes making sure I was okay , they even went as far as to barricade the ailse off for me . I am so greatful for their help and kindness . Staff members inside inside also gave me water as I was walking though and sat me down as I was flushed and breathing heavy . This is amazing service .

Spoke to 4 different team members on our trip today. All were so lovely! But just wanted to leave this review for the 2 team members in the timber yard that helped us exceptionally today. Tiarna & Blair! They measured and cut our wood with a handsaw at 45 degree angles on each end. Was treated super well and they made sure at every step what they were doing was what we wanted. Will always come back to this bunnings! Tiarna and Blair are so lovely and should be praised for their hard work and exceptional customer service!

Rang twice around midday, no answer. I've been there numerous times and have asked about products that are listed on their website and told they dont stock them when they actually do. On one occasion I asked 4 people, the 4th person was 'yes over here on the shelf' whereas the first 3 all said no we dont stock LOL.

Having shopped here a long time, I must say Jake and his staff are amazing and helpful. Very professional and kind. Makes shopping there a day out... BTW Great prices are a BONUS!

The best experience I had in a Bunnings store. Almost every staff member I passed through, greeted me with a smile on their face and offered to help. Matt in the Paints section was super helpful, explaining me all the basics of painting, as I had no clue about it. He was very enthusiastic and professional.

Very good service. The helpful young man at the paint counter was flat out, and still extremely helpful, and professional. It was obvious that a second person is needed there. It would be a shame if such an excellent worker left because a two person job is being performed by just one man.

Oh how I love this Bunnings. I Come here as an indoor plant collector and boy let me tell you I am in there for hours. I could simply tell myself I need SOIL. And I walk out with half of the plant trolley. Thank you for existing lol. Bunnings is love, Bunnings is life. Also I want a job in the garden centre one day. 😂🫶🏼❤️

I have regularly visited Bunnings in Bethania over the years, the car park is pretty good and not as crowded and there’s a bit of space, the store itself is wide, spread out, tidy, clean and easy to navigate around aisles. The downfalls: • The toilets are not very clean. • I cannot take my children here as Bunnings allows dogs to come into the store that are not registered guide or support dogs and children being children want to pat dogs and I’m not happy or comfortable with that given hygiene and safety reasons. I don’t feel it’s hygienic or safe.

Usually find Bunnings Bethania a good store. Today took some plants back that died almost as soon as we left the store a week ago. First question was 'do you have your receipt'. Who keeps a receipt for three $12 plants? Refused to do anything to assist. Not great business when you lose a customer for $36 worth of dodgy plants !!

I've been here several times for purchasing different gears. The staff are friendly and effective (no matter you buy new things or return anything you bought from there). Mini playground for young kid to play and free community campaign during specific holiday (e.g., Easter bunny). Love it!

My wife and I went into Bunnings Bethania, with some ideas of what we wanted for our kitchen, bathroom and flooring, then we meet Crystal who gave us some awesome ideas of colours and styles for everything we wanted to do, Crystal is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we would definitely recommend if you want help with your project go and see Crystal.

I stood around for almost 10 minutes after asking another staff member for help in a specific isle. Then on top of that there were a pair of tradies who walked past stating they thought the guy who was "helping them" had blown them off... I used to work at Bunnings before I had my kids and this wasn't acceptable back then... Where has the want to help gone.. At least the staff member from the lighting section is always keen to help people... But the rest obviously need customer building training..

A big shout out to Jayne in the paint shop. This lady was extremely helpful and was happy to explain how to use mold treatments with the paint. Awesome experience.

First time shopping at Bethania Bunnings and I must say it was a great experience. Nice young gentlemen by the name of Ej had excellent customer service helping me find a 7 piece table setting and giving me a hand putting it in my car even though it was very busy.

Staff were very polite and helpful as i had no clue where anything was. They stopped what they were doing and took me to what i was looking for. The cafe staff were also lovely and friendly.

The customer service at Bunnings Bethania is amazing always. Today I was served by Jenni, Phil and the guys at the information counter and they were all absolutely gorgeous! They went out of there way to help me and other customers and were very friendly and respectful. Cheers
