Customer
service
training
is
required
with
some
of
your
staff.
I
had
to
exchange
a
flood
light
that
did
not
work.
While
annoying
I
was
like
"ok
sometimes
this
happens".
Walked
into
the
Returns
desk
and
was
greeted
by
the
lady
behind
the
desk
with
"What!".
Taken
back
a
little
by
her
rudeness
I
replied
with
"I
would
like
to
exchange
this
flood
light
as
it
isn't
working"
to
which
I
got
"What
about
it
isn't
working!"
I
simply
informed
her
that
it
wasn't
turning
on
(i.e.
Not
working).
With
a
huff,
she
processed
my
exchange
and
gave
me
a
printed-out
credit
to
use
at
the
checkout.
Went
and
got
my
replacement
light
then
there
was
the
challenge
of
finding
a
manned
checkout.
The
Bunnings
staff
member
at
the
self-serve
checkout
pointed
me
in
the
direction
of
the
checkout
at
the
tool
shop
with
the
woman
with
her
hand
up
waving.
I
went
over
to
the
checkout
and
waited
while
she
was
talking
to
another
staff
member.
When
she
had
finished
she
looked
at
me
with
a
grumpy
look
on
her
face
and
said
"What!"
I
explained
I
needed
to
process
a
credit/exchange
and
you
would
swear
I
had
just
asked
her
to
clean
a
yard
full
of
portable
toilets
and
not
do
her
job.
Looking
at
other
negative
reviews
there
seems
to
be
a
very
common
theme
potentially
with
the
same
staff
members.
Unfortunately,
this
is
the
closest
full-sized
Bunnings
near
me
as
I'm
in
no
hurry
to
go
back
especially
if
I
need
to
deal
with
the
staff.
