A lovely clean place to relax and enjoy yourself, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Sharon in reception is a lovely kind lady along with all the staff and guests staying there they made us feel at ease and very welcome. Would definitely recommend this guest house. Thank you 1st bed

Apartment was clean well equipped. Fresh towels cleaner everyday. Staff very helpful and the manager was first class she went over my expectations to help out in every way for me and my family and made our stay extra welcoming. Will 110% return in the near future Thankyou 1st beds for having us. X

I stayed due to having a housing issue.... This hotel is very clean, comfortable no complaints at all. All the staff are lovely and friendly especially Sharon she's a very kind and friendly women she went the extra mile for me. I can't thank her enough for her kindness.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... the woman who runs the place is rude and obnoxious to her guests... the beds are made out the first thing they could fine to make beds with, the cleaners take stuff out of your room (my fairy lights have been taken without my knowing)... people are always loud and never considerate towards other guests sleeping of a night time.

Sharon the manager is a superstar . Never knew there were still hood people out there. 1st bed is peaceful and very clean. Staff are helpful and guaranteed a good night sleep every night

I'm staying at present and have been for 4 weeks. The Manager Sharon is always very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. (Cleaned every day.) I have no plans to move on at the moment. Maybe it's too comfortable.🤔

I really recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay overnight. Sharon is amazing, we booked few days for my husband and his friends for work purpose in the area and she was always very helpful with any enquiries. Would definitely book again in the future if needed. Thanks

This place does exactly what it says on the tin. It's cheap, clean very friendly and convenient. Would I go there on a family holiday? No. Would I spend a night there again? Certainly. Sharon is lovely and with the flexibility of breakfast times it's ideal as a stop off ready for an early start. Nice people.

For my birthday I invited my friends down from uni for the weekend to go out in Bexleyheath... We were looking for somewhere within walking distance of the town centre and somewhere to cater for 5 girls getting ready all together!... We booked the apartment that slept all of us together... The rooms were very spacious, clean and practical - it had a self contained kitchen, en-suite and enough room for all of us to get ready! During the day we even managed to relax and watch films in the games room.. 10/10.. Thanks again!!

Very nice people. Rooms are OK a bit small but you get a sink and tea coffee and a kettle. Freeview TV. Local to supermarkets and takeaways.
