I’m a big fan of Nando’s for easy evenings food, lots of vegetarian options and tasty menu of not only great mains, but really gorgeous sides. What let’s this particular store down is the staff… they almost feel bothered by you expecting then to their job. On arrival we were not told where our table was clearly, just a number and spent time looking around and then having the menus thrown down onto the table with a little attitude. After we sit to order via the easy to use QR code, one side isn’t available and also the replacement came considerably late with the rest of the meal, my Chips were quite cold and didn’t have forks that were finally available when we were 80/90% finished, also limited access to sauce variety. Poorly managed location to an otherwise great fast food restaurant.

Firstly, let me just say that I am a big Nando’s fan all the way🌶🌶🌶 but I was very disappointed with this branch today. I came in asking for table for 1 at 6:30pm. The waiter told me I need to wait 10-15’ before I get a table (even though there was over 10 free tables on both floors combined)! I got the table within 10’ - great, I made an order straight away as I always have my usual in Nando’s. The water facility wasn’t working on the first floor so I had to go downstairs, it would’ve been nicer for the waiter to just bring me the water already in the glass from downstairs but never mind. The toilets were two floors down - in the basement ( I had to catch my breath after coming back up), there was vomit in the ladies sink, absolutely disgusting. Even though the restaurant was still half empty I didn’t get my meal until 45 minutes later and that’s after I had to ask the waiters twice to check whether my order was in the making!! And they brought me a wrong order… at which point I didn’t even bother addressing it. This branch needs massive improvement!

They have pretty good food here. You can make it as hot or as mild as you'd like. They specialize in chicken. I think. It's a South African company. Free solar refills. They have a lot of gluten-free options.

There is also Nando’s in the US but not in New York, so we never had a chance to try. My friend who is really into their hot sauce sent us 3 bottles last year and we really want to know how good their chicken is with signature sauces. The options on the menu weren’t various and we had their Full Platter which included whole chicken & 4 sides. The chicken was decent and flavorful but still kind of dry for us. Our favorite sides were the garlic bread which was toasted perfectly and the satisfying corn. The environment of Nando’s is bright, clean and cozier compared to other fast food branches in our opinions. We also love how they set up the self-serving bar for the sauces.

This was the tiniest burger I ever ate. I wonder what the kids menu sizes are like. It makes one think chicken is one of the rarest meat types. It's so expensive considering the sizes and that you help yourself. The taste was alright but nothing special. Incredibly nice and attentive staff in the restaurant though, gave them two more stars just because of them.

love it so much. chicken was perfection. good size portion, juicy and tender, the flavour was great. truly enjoy the meal. we tried the new bbq garlic sauce! highly recommend. sides were alright for us. broccoli are slightly over cooked but hubby didn’t mind them. bravo to their walkie talkie systems to get people tables! love it. brilliant communication. and our servers upstairs were really friendly and very good at their jobs.

The chickens are delicious. I really like the Peri-Peri with garlic sauce. Just a remark that the online order doesn’t work well with Apple Pay.

Not great. Was waiting a while to be seated (despite going at 3pm on a weekday), the prices had increased (again) but the menu had not been updated to reflect this. The food was ok but nothing special, certainly not worth what I paid for it - in case you didn't know, Nando's don't use free range chicken either, yet you would assume it was free range given the price. Was seated upstairs yet the lavatory was 2 floors down in the basement, most of the staff had a 'couldn't be bothered' attitude. Won't be going again. If you have to go Nando's, there are other far better branches than this one.

I found this Nando's after visiting the Natural History Museum, which is about a 5 minute walk away. My friend from overseas fancied a Nando's and I agreed. The staff welcomed us with a warm reception and sat us downstairs. We ordered, and within 10 minutes we had our food. It was about 5 o' clock, so the place wasn't busy. Anyway, I had my usual half chicken and two sides, which were chips and the mixed grains with feta cheese. As for Marinade, I tried the spicy churrasco (limited time only), and I quite enjoyed the heat as it had a nice smokeyness about it. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sides came hot, so it was another successful meal at Nandos! ;) So, if you like ya grilled chicken and you're in the area, then definitely give it a go! Easy 5 stars.

Tried this concept before while in Namibia. This visit did not disappoint. The food was well prepared and the flavors were on point. Will definitely will go back and recommend to anyone looking for something tasty.

Can't go wrong with nandos. Cleanliness and service was a slight issue this time but food was on point. The manager at this branch is great but the staff can be a bit difficult to deal with. Good experience nevertheless

Very tasty chicken alternative to standard fast-food fare. One can get it mild (if you’re not one for spice) but I went for hot and it didn’t disappoint. Very flavorful flame broiled chicken seasoned to perfection. Get the boneless thighs as they have much more flavor than the breast. The rainbow slaw was good and the spicy rice was fantastic.

I had the 4 boneless chicken breasts with a BBQ sauce, and it was delicious. The fries are pretty good as well. I'm not used to having to go get your own cutlery, and there weren't enough knives, but other than that, it was a great experience. The person who welcomed us was really nice and it wasn't too noisy 😁

Came here for dinner one night, our first experience with Nando’s. I loved the grilled chicken aroma in the restaurant, the spices smelled really good! The meals with two sides were reasonably priced. Will come back again!

Came here for lunch during the week, it was pretty busy on the first floor so we were told to sit upstairs which was mostly empty. We were sat right away and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive. Our food came out pretty quickly and everything was cooked perfectly! The restaurant and restrooms were so clean here (when the restrooms are clean you know the kitchen is too). So happy I got my Nando's after three long years!

stopped by as a last minute option for lunch as we thought it would be better than something like kfc or burger king but we were wrong. the food looked good but it did not live up to expectations. the chips were stale, mash was over cooked in the microwave, the chicken was slightly burnt and just poor quality. garlic bread was rock hard. i’ve been to a few nando’s and this was definitely the worst one.

I was visiting from the States and tried Nando's for the first time after hearing many good things. It did not disappoint! Chicken and sauces were delicious and service was quick. Price was very reasonable. Convenient location by hotels and tube station.

This is one of the greatest places I been in England. Great workers friendly and warm and welcoming people and environment. Plenty of tables and tables for groups. They have a sink by the pop machine to wash your hands! Cleaver and convenient ! Word of advice the chicken when you make an order usually has no meat so always try and order the next order up to get more .but chicken was flawless and worth the price .they have a variety of side sauces I loved the medium sauce the others have they character .

Located in a moderately busy part of town this Nando's is likely to have a table for two is you haven't booked. Any larger than 4 and you really need to. Service is good and the food came out 10 minutes after ordering and there were no problems there. Our server didn't check up on us which let it down a little. The toilets are downstairs with no lift, so bear that in mind if you have limited mobility. Other than that it's a good restaurant, convenient location and altogether a good experience.

Found busier and noiser than some of the other restaurants downtown. Regardless we only waited for 5 minutes and we were seated. Food arrived quickly and it was great. Staff was very friendly.

As a clueless American trying out cheeki nandos for the first time: I've always thought Nando's was a fast food type of place but to my surprise it was actual sit and eat type. It was definitely unusual that I had to scan a QR code, make an account just to be able to order my food. As far as the food goes, it was okay at best. The sauces definitely make the food. The staff was very kind asking me if I've ever been to Nando's and explaining how to order and where the sauces were.
