A lovely cafe. The staff are hard-working and friendly, the cafe is clean and tidy, and they do a great coffee. Highly recommended

Never been here but apparently Google maps thinks I've visited so I thought I'd write a review. It looks like a 4 star place from the outside but since they serve bacon I deducted a star. The prices look decent for a East London brekkie. At least the vegan prices haven't affected this place.

constantly screaming men in a cafe. put things in order. dirty and very unpleasant place. the food was not tasty, the meat was dry. disgusting place. all the time they were yelling some guys

The potato chicken soup/stew is good

I love this little place. Food is good for a good price, it's clean, and the staff are always nice. Definitely does a better breakfast than anywhere in the area.

This is a lovely little place for breakfast/lunch and coffee.

Came to have a coffee with my mum and there was a bunch of men shouting and drinking coffee so we did a takeaway instead. Cafés should have a family atmosphere and this felt like a bar instead, maybe best if you change your name to forest bar.

Went in for the goulash, left with the potato stew. Absolutely loved the authentic home cooked food. Really recommend this unassuming cafe for lunch or dinner. Definitely going back soon, thank you very much!
