This restaurant is not worth the long wait to sit down and eat. They have terrible service. We had to call our waitress over to simply order our drinks and food. Not once did she come to check up on us. Due to the lack of service and high rating, I expected the food to be good. The food was mediocre and it arrived cold. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. Save your time and money.

The food is very good, well served, lots of options, great place for families as the prices are very accessible. The wait staff is good, not as talkative as in other places, they are very busy, but very professional. Lots of people but very short wait time to be seated. It's definitely a great option from the chain restaurants & the fancy shmanzy places. Try this place!!

This place seems to have a lot of employees, but when it comes for you to get your food, it took a long time for them to bring it to your table. First time there, and it will be the last one! Not happy with the service nor the food

Great food. Always will be my favorite. It's a big restaurant. they don't take long to seat you. We always take food to go. Now they give 5% discount if you bring your own containers.

As you can see from the line it's worth it. Menudo was the best I ever had and a concha with cafe for dessert!

I went about 3 AM. Lots of people, but they have plenty of tables. They aren't pressuring you at that hour. Pretty good food, service.

Everything was awesome!!! Service, food, taste, everything. We are usually scary cats who visit Mexico, so we're very very careful where we go to eat but we strongly recommend this place. The place was safe and nice, clean, friendly people. We still didn't drink water or ice, we had sodas, but the food was great. We will visit again!

I came in and had the fiesta camarones cheese stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon,chiles rellenos ,and a beef soup! Everything was delicious I highly recommend this place!the day before i had tbone steak and eggs! Best!

When I go to Juarez I eat here every time. Today I had a small bowl of menudo, and shredded chicken with mole. This is the best menudo I have ever eaten. It was seasoned well, very fresh, and the freshly baked bread tops it off. The mole with chicken was amazing. Not too sweet, and just the right amount of spice. The rice and beans were great as well. The staff there is always professional and attentive. If you come here get there early. It is always packed. Even if you have to wait usually it is not long depending on the size of your group.

Very nice and clean place to eat some good real Mexican food. The only "but" thing is that we had to wait for a table, for the waitress, and to pay.

We love this place. We've come here for years. I hope today was a bad day for them because the portions were not up to par. The food was good but the chop suey was almost half of what we are used to, the menudo had less meat, and the alitas secas were fewer. Even the rice presentation disappointed.

Unless you arrive early, be prepared for a long wait before you can be seated. The place is that popular. But the popularity is because of a combination of good food and good price. The food is really good, but not amazing, but it is reaaaaally affordable. The place is big, so it gets really noisy, and they have TVs all around, so if there's a game, it's probably on in there. Their coffee is quite good, they serve big portions from a very varied menu (both Mexican and Chinese food), and you can finish the meal with good sweet bread made on the premises. It has a good diner style ambiance, nice place to chill, alone or with friends.

Delicious, it is always crowded and there is a little wait to get in, but once you are seated they are fast. You can tell they are so well organized, that even being such a large dinning area the serving time is very reasonable and no mistakes in the orders so far. The bread is very good, my favorite is the empanada.

This place is regularly good. The food is good, the natural lemonade is not super sweet, but its good. Waiters and waitresses are kind but do take a while to brink back the orders.

Food is alright. Service is average for Juarez. The price is very cheap. Last time I went with a party of 8 (13 yr. old to adults) and 5 kids under the age of 5 and it was less than $150 bucks.

Much better than the consulate location there is typically a line but it goes quickly because the restaurant is large in size.

I ordered enchiladas, flautas and fried rice. Not sure where did people who rated this place ate before giving over 2 stars but if you are ready to waste money then order from them. The fried rice was old, flautas had no taste and green enchiladas were eatable yet not delicious.

Awesome restaurant! Food is great and service is fast and friendly. They take extra precautions due to covid, with maintaining a distance and sanitizing frequently. They also have a drive up area where they come take your order in the convenience of your car!!

The food was good. My husband who is a coffe drinker just didn't like their coffe. We were their nice and early, no waiting time. Yet when we left there was a huge line outside the establishment.

I got the green chili burger and it was great better than the one a ate on whataburger, our seats where not to good since we seated in front of the waiting area feel the cold wind every time they open the door, long time to get a seat and the line was very long and was colder than normal that night. Service was ok my wife dinner was not good she orde a T-Bone, definitely this place is not good to order meat, other thing is that is too noisy we had to scream to each other if we needed to talk. The good thing is that the open all day and night, they say that the speciality is the Chinese food, I guess we will find out next time we go if such opportunity present itself.

It was ok, not much to holler about. Portions are small prices are great ex 10dlls for a ribeye steak meal. My total bill was 21 bucks including drinks and my date's shrimp fiesta meal.

Yesterday 11/23/23 once again had a great experience visiting and eating at this location and there is NO WAY not to leave there happy! The GOOD service and GREAT food is INCOMPARABLE to other places, please keep it up and 👏 to all the staff and especially the cooks who make those dishes with love and passion THANK YOU because everything is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!
