I had a reservation for 2 nights. My flight was delayed so I arrived at the hotel at midnight. The person in the reception told me that my reservation did not exist and the hotel was full. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Next morning I found that my credit card was charged for the night. I called the hotel and ask to speak with Salvador de Alba who is the manager. He did not take my call saying he was busy. I called later and again he did not take my call. I am trying to contact Wyndham to establish a formal complaint.

They literally tried to steal my money here! They tried charging me for an extra day when I absolutely in no way, shape, or form authorized an additional day being added to my reservation. I spoke with them on the phone and got absolutely nowhere. Had to open a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Very dishonest and deceitful employees. I'm ashamed that I had to leave a negative review (first negative review I've ever left anywhere). If you're coming here because you have business to do at the US Consulate, stay somewhere else. This hotel is not close enough to walk there, so you'll need to Uber or catch a taxi. Lastly, the breakfast is pretty awful. Even though it's free, it's not even worth eating.

Great hotel and staff. Everybody was well accommodating and the shuttle was very useful. Breakfast was good and security was always present. Only downfall for this hotel is its location right next to a wing bar; Wild Rooster. The bar plays loud music pass 7pm til close all weekend. Was difficult to sleep and stay asleep at times due to the music. Would probably find another hotel next time in the area.

Clean, remodeled, pet friendly and breakfast was delicious! Pool and hot tub clean and well kept. Gated parking and friendly staff. Its a 5 minute walk to U.S. consulate. Highly recommended.

Room in really bad condition no light, ac doesn’t work and neither the tv, not even cleaned correctly, the breakfast is only like 3 options, and service is worst. Just look for a better option.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. There is always a good option for breakfast food and dinner is available at an extra cost depending on your booking. The service was great both front desk and housekeeping and it’s also gated so makes you feel safe. There are even shuttles that take you to airport or other locations.

The service and the breakfast are the reason for the three stars. We loved the real breakfasts, real eggs, potatoes, meats etc. unlike the US. Fake eggs. Wish they would only add tortillas to the menu instead of bread. The rooms on the other hand need some work. The AC unit is struggling. We couldn’t get the room to 72 so sleeping was a challenge. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and needs to be vacuumed daily. At the time of me staying (4 days) I never heard a vacuum running. The same litter was there on the floor the entire time. The value is par. I am not sure I could’ve received better in this location. My expectations are not high. But at the minimum clean the carpet and rooms thoroughly.

Hotel and gated grounds with the guard were nice. The breakfast had a lovely presentation and was very tasty with attentive service. Issues- Bath tub faucet continually leaked water, and rust was showing through on the tub. Where the floor tile butted at the edge of the tub, it was never sealed. This also allowed for water to accumulate, and Rust was showing through. Newer shower rod was improperly installed and noticeably sagging. Ball catches on closet doors were missing, so it did not close properly.

The hotel looks old and with the minimum of maintenance. The staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast just ok so you won't out on an empty stomach

Hotel is very noisy and is located next to a bar which plays music until late 2:00 am and a high traffic avenue, rooms are not quiet or sound insulated so don't expect a proper rest. Besides that is pretty good.

I like this hotel because they offered us shuttle to near places around. The breakfast was pretty good and staff were always very friendly. I recommend this hotel especially if you go to the consulate.

I would only recommend this hotel if you get it at a discount on third-party websites, otherwise, it would not be worth it. It has a gated entry, which we liked for security. The rooms are spacious and have a mini-fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. The rooms are cleaned daily, but you can choose to skip days. They have AC, which was great for the time we came. Breakfast is included between 6 - 10 a.m., and it is served to you at your table. You don't have a menu choice, it is whatever is given that day, which during our stay was cantaloupe with yogurt and ganola, coffee/juice, sweet bread, omelette, beans and a third food dish which changes everyday. The restaurant location isn't that big, it roughly fits 7-8 families, but everytime we went there was always a table open. There is a gym with ~3 machines, but the treadmill and the stationary bicycle weren't working properly. They have a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. It currently costs $50 pesos per coin per machine and they provide detergent and softner, which is great so you don't have to buy it separately at the store. The receptionists are nice and friendly, but there was one lady that looksfriendly but acted very arrogant and demeaning. The hotel has an itinerary for taking you to places you need to go (consulate, fingerprinting, medical exam, shopping), but it is only limited to certain times between 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., so you need to coordinate and be at the lobby about 10 minutes prior. Alternatively, they can call a taxi for you, which you pay and they are more secure, or you can walk to the consulate, which is about 10-15 minutes. I liked that there were a variety of restaurants nextdoor, which helps so that you are not stuck at the hotel. I recommend going to La Hoja Verde, delicious nutritious food and Bella Mamma, which has italian food and pizzas. This hotel is also about 10minute walking distance from Walmart, which was perfect for us for getting snacks and water. The pool was open during our stay and was clean and nice. I would only point out that they do need to remodel a bit, many places in the bathroom had some damage, some of the light fixtures weren't working, but nothing too bothersome. Definitely worth it if you reserve with a discount.

We stayed here for a week an a half. The room was clean and the staff were great, the breakfast food was good too however be aware the hotel is next to a venue so during the whole weekend don’t expect to get some sleep till after 2:00 am. We asked for our room to be changed but were told the hotel was full. This is a good place to stay in as long as you are not staying over the weekend. Restaurants are within walking distance and the us consulate is within a 10min car ride.

We will be here one week this Saturday and they have not fix the bathroom door, it doesn't closed I told front desk twice, I guess this people don't have the authority or they don't have man power to fix it, room 110 I guess if somebody rents for one night, this hotel is getting away with it. More comments later so far not happy, front desk personel don't smile not one, the only guy who is being professional is the breakfast service.

My ac was loud I went to front desk to avise and they replaced the whole unit while I was out shopping...BEST customer service
