I was pleased with making the decision to stay in this hotel. The staff are excellent and deserve an award. The rooms are clean, the whole place is clean, they have an elevator and stairs case. The stairs case is dusty but I don't think many people used the stairs. The food was great. I recommend this hotel. It is so closed to everything and the staff are so helpful. I walked everywhere most of the time. But they have taxi services who are very worth it. The taxi driver they provided for me went the extra mile to take me places, he was very trustworthy and deserves many tips for his great hospitality. Request him, his name is Efrain Rocha excellent driver.

Service was alright while staying here. Stayed 9 days and felt like a stranger the entire time except for with the cleaning lady and the shuttle driver who made me feel like family during every interaction. Drinks were amazing at the bar and pretty slow during the mid day so it was easy to get service. Loved the safety feature of only being able to access your own floor with your room card as well as the sitting locations to work on business. The room was a great size with a nice desk and office chair. No microwave which was a bit of a disappointment but not the worst. Easy access to the embassy, the mall and plenty of food locations in the vacinity.

Stayed here end of May 2023, for 4 days. Great overall experience there. The staff was fantastic. The front desk lady was always polite and knows everything, she was great! The bartender had great service and he was pleasant to talk with. Most spoke English so that was helpful for me, my wife is from the area. Parking garage was great and had people there to help park when it got full. Felt okay parking there, that my truck was safe. Great location, across the street from the mall and next to a great restaurant Barrigas.

Best hotel in town. Close to Missiones mall, and cervecería 19 is caddy corner from the hotel. The location is nice, and very close to the USA embassy. Rooms are top notch. Food is good. Overall great experience.

I stayed here with my wife and son from 5/22-5/27/2023. It feels like a newer hotel. It is clean. Service was great. All the service staff speaks English y Español. The restaurant food is good, but expect to pay the same as a regular nice restaurant. My biggest complaint is, the water on the 10th shuts off. The pressure surges. On second you have water in the shower and the next second you don't. They need to fix that. I would recommend and if I needed a hotel in Juarez, I would stay there again.

The rates in their website are not the reality. I did my reservation for $149 a night and when I arrived the real charge per night was $159.75. The hotel converted the $149 to MXN with a exchange rate of $21.50 (super high) and then puts the MXN amount when charging to your card so that means more USD for them to charge. They don’t care if your account is in USD. That’s how this hotel charge you more. Ridiculous!!!!

This hotel had no hot water, the water is barely considered warm. I called several times during the course of 2 days and each time I was either told it was fixed or they were in process of fixing. The staff clearly lied to get me off their backs. When asked to switch rooms they said no other rooms were available, which was clearly another lie. Very disappointing to be considered a Marriott. There are many other choices in this area, next time will consider some of them.

I stayed here for one week and I was really satisfied with this hotel . Room was clean the staffs were nice and helpful although my Spanish is not that good but we always find the solution to understand each other. This Marriott hotel is highly recommended.

My stay here was excellent. Everyone was polite. I enjoyed the complementary buffet breakfast every morning. The severs were great. Jaime was my server each morning and I can only say wonderful things about his professionalism. The room was nice as well. No complaints, I felt safe staying there.

A great hotel which is well-located if you need to be in the area. The breakfast buffet has a varied selection of quality hot and cold foods, which all changes daily. All employees are pleasant and competent. The fitness room has more equipment than you'd expect for a hotel. Rooms are a bit plain and you probably won't get a nice view, but they're comfortable, clean, and spacious. Both heat and AC are available. There's a minifridge but no microwave. The bathroom shower has some of the best water pressure in the world. You can plug USBs and HDMI cables into the room's semi-smart TV. Free transportation is available on most days (not every day) to the airport, consulate, and other local places. It's best to talk to the front desk and schedule your trip(s) in advance, but last-minute trips can be arranged if possible. Staff does their best to accommodate everyone's needs and we appreciate their efforts. Everyone seemed bilingual or close enough. The only downside to the hotel is that they don't have a pool. This is a newer hotel and it seems some construction is still underway in and around the building, as of January 2024, but there isn't any noise to disturb guests. Rooms are pretty quiet. The only potential issue is that one sidewalk is narrowed due to nearby construction. It's still walkable though if you're going toward the mall (10-15 minute walk depending on traffic lights and your walking speed) or you can take an alternate route there (fewer sidewalks, yet still walkable). Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance too, plus an Oxxo and Circle K (both equivalent to American 7-11s). Walking seems safe in this area, but given the city's reputation, keep an eye out just in case. I didn't have or foresee any issues. Even so, if someone wanted to limit walking, Uber and UberEats are available in the area, and the hotel has a restaurant/bar. The hotel food is reasonable. Overall, I'd stay here again if I was to revisit Juarez. It's one of Marriott's better hotels.

Worst service ever. Asked for a crib when I made my reservation 5 days in advance. Called the same day to make sure a crib would be ready in my room upon arrival. When we arrive we are told to wait for 1 hour and when we finally called the reception again they said cribs are not available until tomorrow. I was livid to say the least. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great group. Only complaint is a lack of consistency in towels in the room. Food was excellent and the bar team was perfect.

Rooms were nice. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant were great. Will rate 3 stars until management contacts me about the bill. I have not heard from the management about the bill and it's been over a month.

We stayed here for a Consulate visit Aug 2021. Great service. Shuttles will take you anywhere you need to go. Rooms were nice. You can hear the neighbors if you have a suite room but no big deal. Great food and cool bar area. Security on site. We walked everywhere too. About 3 blocks from the consulate.

The only place I have stayed in Cd Juarez but recommend. The service is phenomenal for every department of the hotel. The food is good as well. We had planned to only stay here for three days and try another hotel nearby but decided to stay here for length if our visit to Cd Juarez. The rooms are fresh and new. The ac works well. Property doesn’t have a pool which is odd given the other onsite amenities. They do offer a shuttle but we tried once with odd response on timing. Walking distance to a nice mall and decent variety of restaurants. The room is clean, quiet and the internet works great for web based video meetings. Price is higher than surrounding hotels but imo worth the difference. Bring your own streaming device for TV as the TVs in room aren’t smart tvs.

I stayed there 8 days with my family for the consulate. Is a really good hotel very clean, modern, and confortable. The breakfast is really good the service is really amazing. Another thing that is very useful is the shuttle we use it for the airport. We walk to the embassy because that was nice for us. My unique improvement will be that the chef improve the presentation of the plates. Aside of that I loved my stayed.

4 day stay. Initially we had booked at another hotel close by. If you are coming to this area do yourself a favor and just stay at the courtyard. The other hotels fall flat on their faces in comparison. Impeccable rooms. Common areas. Food is decent albeit a bit expensive for what it is. Beds are super comfortable. Internet speed is decent for work or browsing. This city is somewhat stressful all on its own, dont make your lodgings one of those stresses.

The best breakfast buffet in Ciudad Juárez, I stayed in 6 different hotels in Ciudad Juárez neither was good, you need to ask for chilaquiles there are delicious, some pancakes too, not from the bar ask for it.

Great rooms with lots of space. Comfortable lounge area with dining until 11:00 pm. Convenient to the airport and southern business locations.

Clean and felt new. The staff really made the experience great. The food is great if you don't feel like leaving the hotel.

I was about to leave a positive review and they screwed it up yet again. A certain member of the morning breakfast crew had the nastiest attitude for a server. I don't know what he had against us but he gave us the wrong drinks and food orders and even when we tried to compliment the service he didn't say thanks or anything and just walked away rolling his eyes. Other minor inconveniences are no smart tvs or a pool. We may not consider Courtyard again for future visits

Disappointed in the room I was given, put me in a room with the view of a wall. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Juarez and honestly this was the worst, food was bad too, ordered a tortilla soup and it looked like pudding and no taste. 4points was way better, service, room, food. Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel!

Visiting from San Francisco, CA and just want to say, Excellent staff! Made my family feel welcomed and they were very accomodatomg to our needs especially with small children. Starting with The Manager, Hernan, the receptionist Angelica and the rest of the ladies, the driver Adolfo was a Saint of a man helping us with handling business around town. Elvis at the Bar/Restaurant was also kind to us. Thank you Marriott team, could not be happier with your services you offered and the immaculate room we stayed. Gustavo Roldan and Family

Stayed there June 2021. Hands down the best. Newer hotel in the area, super clean, great customer service. Highly recommend. Short walks to all consulate appointments or they have a complimentary shuttle.

Nice, clean rooms with great AC. Hotel was quiet with allowed sleep in their comfortable beds. Their breakfast was good with cooked to order omelets. The staff was cordial and happy to help. The bartenders were friendly.

Best hotel to stay at. My friends and I stayed here last week and we loved it. The employees are so nice and so helpful. The drivers who drive you around are also so nice and make you feel comfortable. I felt safe and like home. The breakfast is bomb! I would totally book them again if I need to go to juarez for whatever reason. They are so clean as well. I would always see the employees cleaning and mopping and made it smell so fresh and clean.

This hotel is by far one of the best Marriott hotels I've stayed in and I've stayed at many of them in the U.S. The staff here is very friendly and on top of everything from the check in, cleaning, continental breakfast and just their whole hospitality has been great. I appreciated everyone taking precautions and wearing their masks except several American people who were disrespectfully walking around without masks disregarding the signs everywhere. Besides that the free laundry service was very convinient along with the business center. Overall, the staff is what makes this place receive 5 stars as they were great which is why we tipped from house keeping to the bus boys and the driver who was from Morocco he was very friendly and welcoming. If you stay here please remember to wear your mask not only for yourself but for the safety of others. I would also like to add that they are very knowledgeable on the general requirements for certain appointments that people have here like their physical, biometrics, consular appts they know where these appointments are located. Thank you Marriott staff for your hospitality and excellent service.

Very clean, covid precautions followed/enforced, room was very comfortable. We were able to watch the sun rise from the window at the foot of our bed. Breakfast was included with our booking and it was delicious! Staff was very kind and friendly even though we were bumbling non-Spanish speakers. :)

Very nice clean and modern rooms and excellent service as has always been our experience anywhere in Mexico. Only complaint I can think of is, if you're planning to do any laptop work at the desk in their rooms, their is no lighting there - nor any directly above the desk area. If you're working at night, you're hosed. I found myself having to partially close the laptop screen to get some light onto the keyboard.

Amazing staff! Well educated and adorable. The hotel is amazing! Clean and the towels smells good and are white like heaven. Good breakfast and I love eat in hotel restaurant, delicious food. Excellent gym area! The room colors are light so it's very cozy. It s good arrive at hotel after work and have super comfortable sofa waiting for me! I m enjoying a lot my staying in Marriott Juarez. I fell like home!

Best place to stay near Consulate. If you need to extend your stay I recommend doing it at the lobby. Better price. Each room as a adjustable AC/ Heater. Lobby has a computer and printer. Staff were super friendly and went beyond to help us when my kids got sick during our stay. Nice bar and restaurant. Shuttle will take you anywhere you need to go, depending on the radius. Only complaint was getting room cleaned properly while we were staying, but our room was clean upon arrival.

Excellent hotel to stay at. We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. Wifi was excellent I was able to use my cell laptop and even play my PS5 all at the same time. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean. We ended up having to add an extra day which was kinda pricey just for one day but overall we felt safe there as there was police outside keeping an eye out pretty often. There’s a lot of places nearby to walk to and the US consulate was about 7 min walking. Although we didn’t try the food the restaurant area was usually full and food didn’t look too bad ( we preferred to try the local food) Only bad thing we tried to add a second extra night and we couldn’t because the hotel was full which we went to another hotel which was horrible (city express) Overall we had a pleasant stay I would definitely recommend this hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and house keeping lady was always willing to get us what we needed. Check in and check out was fast. The people who work there are extremely nice and attentive. The employees at the kitchen are so nice and polite all the time. The food during dinner was not great for the price but service was good. The complementary breakfast was great for the most part and again, service is great. The complimentary transportation makes everything so easy, just make sure you schedule your rides. Both the morning and afternoon drivers are super nice but the morning driver helped me so much towards the end of my stay. The last day of my stay I had extended to another day by the time that I was allowed to and last minute I had to leave and was able to check out quickly. The only down part about the hotel is that for the size of hotel and the amount of people who have long stays one washer and dryer and not enough. I had to constantly go down to check if it was empty and the dryer doesn’t always dry very well. But overall everything was great, a little further from other hotels if you’re going to the consulate but still at a great location.
