Great high ranking theater! Great snacks! Cheap prices! Very nice and clean. On the weekends it's packed though! However, what theater isn't?.. they offer 4D movies, reclining chairs, Takis popcorn! ICEE.. they have a lot to offer for little of your money. They also give coupons such as "buy 1 get 1 free on your next movie ticket"

Tickets are cheap and the whole environment is nice. I did enjoy going to movies here, plus they have many movies in English with subtitles. The only thing I can complain is there’s always a looooong line for popcorn and soft drinks. Sometimes when you get the food, you missed the first 15mins of the movie.

We were only able to see the Movie, however lines are soooo long from before the movie starts until past the movie ending that we were not able to enjoy any snacks for the movie. Restrooms and trashcans were full, and dirty. I really do not blame the staff with how overwhelming it must be to have a rush hour literally all day I do not blame them, however they could use more help. We will be trying Cinepolis VIP later this week, just to see if we have a better experience.

We went to see spider man 3 and it was a long waiting to get the snacks but the rest it was great and there's a big mall pretty much everything in the same place

I visit the coffee tree at Cinepolis in I was very very upsetting that they do not have any kind of sugar or sweetener that is not regular sugar what kind of company that sells coffee does not have alternative of sugar it is really unbelievable worst service ever ever never ever y will never come back to this place ever ever in my whole life again

The movies here are great. Cheap, wide variety of movies and snacks. They have different flavored popcorn, which is pretty cool. Popcorn flavors: butter, caramel, takis flavored, cheese flavored. They have the normal theaters, VIP theaters which are nice and comfortable and you should totally try it, and a junior theater which is for kids. It is inside the mall so you can walk around while you wait for your movie to start.

My car battery was stolen along with another 3 cars more. The guys from the surveillance said that they can't do anything. Had to buy a new one for 3000 pesos

The more recent updates to the VIP theathers are great, very comfortable and in good condition.

Super cheap tickets. We saw Top Gun Maverick and Doctor Strange. Great place to beat the heat. Theaters are spacious and have a great picture.

This plaza/ mall is a walking distance away from all the hotels near the embassy. Everything inside was like a mall in the US if not better. The stores are awesome, the food is good and there is a lot to entertain or to pass the time.

Overrated, super crowded, snacks are something that you must be 2 hours before the movie starts to buy, or spend a bit more and buy VIP tickets and you'll get your food at your seat

If you plan to get some snacks while visiting during the weekend, come prepared to stand on line for more than an hour!

Awesome place to watch movies. Love the hotdogs. I went to the VIP area and was really cool and comfortable. Their salad was really tasty.

Clean, good prices, great seating, spacious, lots of snack selections.

Very clean and nice theater. They have a separate VIP area where the theaters have recliners, concessions and a bar. Would recommend the VIP area as I did not know of it ahead of time. The concessions area had a line of, literally, 100 people. I stepped out during the movie and the line was just as long.

It's nuts!!!! I'll give a 5 star to the VIP, but if you are in any other one you'll spend like 2 hours just to get some popcorn. The junior theater is really dirty, smells funny and a total chaos (really fun for the kids). The rest It's on and ot is really cheap. My recommendation would be to spend a little extra and get the VIP experience

Lines to buy popcorn super long and slow. Plenty of registers empty. On a Sunday! Took 50 minutes to finally get snacks. Movie had already started. Very poor management...

Nice place but uncomfortable seats they need upgrade does seats they're tight to sit on them overall the rest of the service good friendly people all over the place, really nice big screen, I watched Spider-Man thumbs up

If you want popcorn and a soda, you will have to wait an hour in line, Sunday night, it is unbelievable that it would take so long to serve people that this place is actually losing money for all the people just walking away because the line is too long to get beverages and popcorn

The VIP room is great...its cozy and the food is nice and warm. Loved it!!!

REALY BAD LEADERSHIP. LINES FOR POPCORN TAKE 30 TO 40MINUTES TO SERVE.

Seats are broken and it's supposed to be the VIP section. If you go to the screenings later in the day they're out of product and the menu is super limited. I wouldn't say it's deep cleaned, considering the pandemic, but I suppose it's decent. Shame that the restrooms are super nasty.

in times of COVID. the movie theater still a good place to go. they are doing a good job of not crowding the rooms. and have good separation between persons and the face masks or face covering is required... so congrats cinepolis

Didn't enjoy having to exit on the 2nd floor and then walking down the stairs in order to exit the theater...otherwise the movie was good
