Very nice place to shop. staff very helpful.

Went to buy a microwave but they don't use price tags because you should "fall in love with the product before seeing the price". I left empty handed and don't think I will ever return.

That store has first class items you can find anything you want. Price are kind of high but the store is beautiful. People is good excellent service a lot of merchandise. And the mall is beautiful. You can spend the whole day with your family and you can find anything there.

It just became a premium store, prices are through the roof. Used to have way better deals, at least in men's apparel. Just outside the door within the same mall I found what I was looking for, for 1/18th of the price. Plus, the AR-15-totin' guards at the door are a total turn-off for a normal shopping experience. I wouldn't take my kids there.

Very expensive very rude people and they overcharged me because I am from the United States. Don't go here as you will find less expensive and better places away from the Embassy.

I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience when placing an order online with. One of the items I ordered did not arrive on time and I had to canceled using the instructed WhatsApp chat. It has been 15 days now since the cancellation and despite repeated attempts, I have not received reimbursement. This has not only caused unnecessary financial strain but has also eroded any trust and confidence I had in Liverpool as a reliable and customer-centric establishment. On top of that, the customer service I received was far below satisfactory. This is where my frustration truly escalated. The customer service I received was, to put it simply, appalling. The initial response time to my inquiry was unreasonably long, I sent an email to the address that appears on the app and they replied three days later saying I had to make a call. I called as they suggested, and the wait time is usually 20-30 minutes. This is neither helpful nor professional. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and reconsider placing online orders due to the unacceptable level of service and the troubling issues I have encountered.

VERY "CHIC" APPAREL STORE. COMPARABLE TO MACY'S IN THE STATES.

Good sales and best variety of items-compared to most other stores. The parking is a bit of a hassle. Could be because its the holiday season. But pretty good considering...

Look like the mall shopping center and food court. Nice place to distract while u wait.

Wasted almost an hour at the children shoes department. Slow and distracted seller. Kept making mistakes on shoe model and size. Not to mention her obvious lack of will to attend the customers.

Took my daughter who lives in Juarez here. It looked like any other department store in a mall. Similar to Dillards, J.C.Penny, or Sears. Prices on the items I looked at seemed a little high, but they did have a good selection of items.
