Wow! 👍❤ the facilities here are very modern and well kept. Upon walking in, you enter through a small shopping plaza that has bank ATM, move theater and some 4 or 5 restaurants. Head to elevators and those will take you to hotel front desk. Check in was a breeze and very welcoming and friendly staff. Quick elevator ride and you will be in your room. Rooms are spacious, modern, tech oriented and well lit. Ample walk in shower. Perfect size tv. 🙌 The whole experience has fantastic value, the location might be a hit or miss for some people. I loved the location since it is a short ride from the airport. Some people might not like it because it is not in trendy area or close to tourist points. The hotel restaurant is extremely good, as are the plaza ones. This hotel is perfect for my layover nights where I need something close to the airport . I will stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful but that check in is awful. After long hours of traveling, we get to the hotel on time for check in and we are told that the room aren’t ready yet, so we wait the 30 minutes they asked from us. And still the room isn’t ready and we are being told to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. Unbelievable, we’ll have to see if the rooms are worth it or not.

Great location. Was here when the earthquake hit the night on 9/22/22. Easy to evacuate. Staff was super friendly and helpful and got us all back to our rooms in a timely manner. The rooms are small and cozy, drapes make the room completely dark even at mid day. Very comfortable bed. Towels can be better, a little rough.. Just FYI. Mini-bar fridge. Best bed and pillows ever. I loved the personalized screen and all the services that can be managed from your own mobile. Food is good, not perfect but good. And YOU NEED to try the white chocolate tart with berries, it's worth to be alive!

The rooms here are new and packed with smart features like automatic shades and lighting akin to a Las Vegas, Nevada hotel! This only adds to the comfort and as a couple we have had many worries melt away. The rooms are focused on business which is completely reasonable, even with planes flying by there is little distraction due to the design and engineering here. There are steam style showers and very nice smelling toiletries that give a spa like experience. Paired with a comfortable bed and great service you will be amazed as well. The room service was very carefully prepared and reasonable in cost given the attention to detail, our compliments to the room service staff!! We were pleased with them on all orders. I will absolutely return here at any future opportunity in CDMX and thank the staff here for a collaborative effort that left our hearts warm.

We flew into Mexico City for 1 night over, then heading on to Leon the next day. This hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport AND 60% LESS in price than if you stay at or across from the airport. This hotel is beautiful, modern and artistic. Even on the "first" floor (seems like the 3rd floor), we had a great view of the city and the surrounding mountains. The check-in was very smooth and the clerk was very professional, informative and friendly. The rooms were modern and roomy and updated with earthy, neutral colors. A large screen TV is fixed to the wall for perfect viewing, while enjoying buttery, high-end bed linens. The rain shower gets you in the morning. There is a gorgeous modern restaurant and bar at this property, but we chose to explore the old town instead. The outdoor roof bar is architecturally stunning which overlooks the city and you can choose cabana seating if you'd like a more private time. To top it off, the hotel is attached to a small mall shopping area, which makes it very convenient should you need to grab additional clothing or accessories. You can't go wrong with this hotel in any way, and for way UNDER $100 a night, don't stay at the airport hotels. Enjoy!

First I had an issue with my Covid Test results i receivedfrom Olab, so I had to extend my trio a day, then I had an issue with my flight, which lead to my staying 3 additional days. It worked out because I was able to go on some of the tours I'd misses out on during the initial trip. Fiesta was very accommodating and even though I checked out, per my request, when I returned, they gave me the same room on the 8th floor with an amazing view.

Staying overnight to get some sleep between flights, the room was way to loud. Being more quiet I would rate higher because the hotel had good standards. Didn't had any service, so I can't rate it

I love the fact that has like a little mall with restaurants and movie theater underneath the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I made the right decision by staying there. The gym had some free weights, cable machine and other cardio machines. That was a plus for me. I didnt see the pool but the terrace was very nice to have some drinks. It was a long time since I visited this hotel brand. My dad used to manage one of them back in the days. So I was happy to bring some memories. I think one of the staff mentioned this is a 2 yr old hotel. No wonder why looks so nice and modern. Check it out. I will stay there more often when flying from or to Mexico City.

Very good Hotel. Good food, good prices and great location inside a small shopping centre. Room was clean and fully equipped, was a smart room so all of the light, blinds, TV etc. All work via a remote. Bed was amazing and comfortable. Room service was great no change to the restraunt by the lobby (quality wise).(usually a different menu or comes cold in other hotels) Nothing was too much, we got a little sick from street food and they managed to get us medication to the room from a pharmacy they work with. All staff was welcoming and attentive (maybe a bit less attentive on breakfast but we went quite early) I would highly recommend this hotel and would recommend getting there Fiesta Rewards programme to get a better experience.

Atleast be honest if you don't have anybody that can bring it up, I could go down instead. Overall, I would not stay here again mainly because of inconvenience to get to the main area. If your flight is arriving after 8 am on a weekday, it might make sense to book here because of the proximity to the airport. It's a nice hotel that if it was in a better location could be scored higher.
