The hotel policy is to check in at 3pm, but we didn't have a room until almost 5pm. And many room service staffs do not understand English. It's not a good experience in here.

Great hotel, chose it because they had shuttle service to the airport. Stayed a few days and the service was amazing. Hotel is attached to a shopping mall so that is convenient, they have a movie theater, really good restaurants, Starbucks, even a bank; they have everything in there. I had a great experience.

The hotel is neat and clean, inside a mall so plenty of options to eat and roam around. The neighbourhood is not safe to roam around alone but closer to the airport.

This is a great hotel if you need to be near the airport or the racetrack. You can walk to the track in about 30 mins depending on which gate you need. Service is really good and rooms are excellent. My only complaint is the terrible water pressure in the shower. The restaurants in the shopping centre are surprisingly good for casual meals, Toks and Taca el Plata particularly. The airport shuttle the hotel provide is also good.

Was a great place to stay and rest our heads on our trip. Clean, new and comfortable. The only weird thing for me was elevator to get to the hotel from the ground floor. It was a new experience for me to not have a lobby on the main floor. Maybe a better sign to show where to go would have helped? But we still got it fast, it was just weird for me.

Stayed here for 2 nights which was given by air france flight due to flight cancellations. Stay was good but not happy with the food as self did not like it though. At night the buffet was very bad with only 4-5 items in the menu and that too mostly includes pork which again a NO for me .

Great location, super comfortable beds and staff were very helpful. Restaurant and bar are nice with good selections.
