Small museum with €2.50 entry fee. A small but decent collection of artefacts that have been found in the area which date back thousands of years. Extremely limited information in English, one section had no translation available at all. Good way to spend an hour on a rainy day, though this would be impossibly boring for children.

As the price of the tickets are in several languages, they should condition the contents of the museum to those languages. Remember that you live for tourism and putting everything in the local language is not a good idea

Small but also quite cheap. Free guide pamphlets in a variety of languages are available. Well worth a visit.

Nice little museum that show an overview of the island culture from paleolitic until today. The Museum of Mahon is way beter and bigger, but this one definitely worth a try.

A lovely place with an informal walked garden behind.

Small museum showing artifacts from Menorca’s history, from the prehistoric Talayotic perriod, and Roman, Islamitic and Catholic periods to recent history. Nice to visit on a rainy day if you’ve visited any of the archeological sites before for some context.

Nice museum of the history of menorca. We enjoyed a few hours of air conditioned exploring until we were kicked out for siesta. Worth noting that the museum closed 30 mins earlier than it said it would and at that point very little is open in the town to explore or shade you from the heat!
