    These people don't know how to handle the lobby plus the drive through. Customer before me said he was waiting for his family's meals for 40 minutes. I waited 10 minutes just to take my order. If you don't know how to balance your lobby and drive through then maybe you guys need to teach each employee especially management on how to run the store. It's not all about drive through. Hope everyone gets fresh food and better service then I did. But I've come here over a dozen times and it's never changed in over a year if anything gotten worse.

    TERRIBLE! Customer service is no good! Ordered 3 nugget meals & all 3 were overcooked. They looked like they just took old nuggets and refried them. The workers move so lazy like they have no care in the world & full of attitude!

    Awful service whether pickup for Uber Eats or for myself. You are lucky if they are actually even working during the overnight. Usually you can see employees outside smoking or hang out inside the restaurant very aware that there's people outside waiting to order but they're just in there laughing in socializing sitting on chairs whatever it may be but they are trying everything in their power to do anything but actually work! I've also had at least five different rewards I've redeemed on my McDonald's app for something that's free and then their system is either down or they don't have it and I lose out on it completely and nobody ever follows up or reimburses me. This is the trashiest most awful place I've ever been to in regards to a McDonald's and that saying something, as I have lived a lot of places in the US. This takes the cake for the worst location.

    If you like burnt chicken sandwiches, long waits, and being lied to then go here. I was told they had no more shakes or frappes bit when I got to the window they had 2 frappes sitting there. When asked to pull up, I noticed they gave it to a car 2 cars back from me when I ordered. We waited almost 15 minutes for food, all they were doing was talking and laughing instead of working. My crispy chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp, not edible and black!!!! Worst McDonalds in Tampa. I will go to Wendys across the street next time.

    Literally never gets my order right and this time I got home to realize there is nothing on the sandwich just a drop of ketchup. they’re disrespectful and has even tried to make me pay .50 for S&S sauce honestly they need new management this is terrible

    Avoid at all costs! They used to be so good that I'd go out of my way to visit this location. Now, they are TERRIBLE. Food is old and dry. They can't seem to get any orders right. I don't know what happened, but they went from being the best location in the area to the worst in the area (perhaps the worst in the country: I've traveled all over and this is definitely the worst I've ever seen) pretty much overnight. In fact, when I submitted a complaint, no one ever even bothered to get back to me. I used to work at McDonald's, so I know their rules for when food needs to be thrown out. And I also know what the food looks/tastes like when those rules aren't followed. I GUARANTEE that this location is no longer following those rules. I imagine corporate will shut them down soon (assuming they're paying attention: they didn't get back to me about my review, either). Go to ANY location other than this one and I promise it will be better.

    First of all they are deathly slow! We have ordered on line, and came up to pick up. They told us some of the items are unavailable (we're not marked as such when we ordered). We asked to refund the items, they said there's nothing we can do . Have been trying to resolve it for over half an hour (that's how long it took to get 3 or so cars ahead of us to be served). It's now been a total of an hour and a half and they finally figured out how to void it out.

    Shout to Deigo in drive thru today on 7/5 @345pm Wednesday very respectful , great service and Also Making a day of smiles for my family !!!his service was incredible he sure made my day!!!! Thank u honey!! After traveling to five McDonalds to find the shake for my kids I found it at this lucky McDonald’s thanks team for all y’all do!!!! Deigo great job buddy

    They messed up two different things in our order. They were also messing up the orders of the people around us. The work here keeps kind of sloppy and you have to ask more than once for an order correction. They filled our large fries only halfway and another customer told us he had the same problem every visit. In-Store pickup/dine-in takes a ridiculous amount of time. The kiosk screens to order from were not working, all four of them.

    This place is a death trap in violation of NFPA Life safety code 1. They have 3 marked and permitted fire exits yet management refused to unlock the 3rd door. In the event of a fire customers and workers could be trapped and killed inside as seen with the station night club fire. Tampa fire marshals office has been notified.

    Too inconsistent with whether or not the order is going to be right or not. Inconsistent with wait times both inside and in the drive through. Just sat in the drive through, at the order box for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention. To no avail, I left. No point in spending anymore money here if things are going to remain this way

    Literally do they even have an ice cream machine at all? because in the 2 years that I’ve lived close by it has never once worked when I’ve stopped by. BARELY half filled fries, completely incorrect order, no sauces etc. like they couldn’t be any worse if they tried.

    My friend went there at 6 am today and accidentally missed the window where you pay. He drove up to the pick-up window, and the lady who was working the pick-up window was extremely rude....All she had to do was ask nicely to go around. She needs more training on how to deal with the public.

    i don’t usually eat mcdonald’s but it was just a “fast and convenient place to go” ABSOLUTELY NOT ! i placed an online order and i waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. i got my drink and the lady handed me my food. usually i check but it was such a busy drive thru so i decided to leave and not check. i had to turn back 5 minutes down the road because of the smell of barbecue. if it was something i would eat i would’ve just taken the L but it was 100% not something i would’ve eaten. so, i went inside thinking it’d be faster because the drive thru was a mile long still and i was ABSOLUTELY WRONG about that too! i stood there for 15 more minutes until i finally got someone’s attention. they were super rude about it and i said if a refund would be faster i’d like that and the dude completely ignored me. i don’t usually do reviews but they wasted an hour of my time. i was there from 6:30-7:45 so just beware of those times once you think about going there because it was very busy!!

    Never to return, walk in to order, waited in line and the young lady look at me and walked away to help the drive through workers. Never returned or said anything...I left after several minutes of waiting
