So
I
went
to
sanitas
about
a
month
ago.
First
time
going.
I
needed
a
check
up
and
possibly
a
referral
as
I
have
had
some
issues
going
on.
First
they
place
me
in
my
room
for
my
appointment
where
I
waited
alone
for
over
an
hour.
I
had
to
literally
leave
the
office
and
go
find
an
employee
because
they
“forgot”
I
was
on
the
back
waiting
for
the
literal
appointment
I
made.
They
said
they
were
super
busy
and
apologized,
so
no
big
deal
right?.
Accidents
happen.
Well
I
wound
up
needing
an
EKG
and
it
was
abnormal
so
I
wound
up
getting
a
referral
for
a
cardiologist.
I
was
concerned
so
I
found
one
in
network
and
made
the
appointment
right
then
and
there
before
even
leaving.
The
place
I
made
the
appointment
with
informed
me
that
I
would
need
my
provider
(sanitas)
to
fax
them
my
records
and
my
referral.
So
I
immediately
went
back
inside
and
gave
the
fax
information
to
the
woman
working
at
the
desk
at
sanitas.
She
was
INCREDIBLY
rude,
and
demanding
a
ton
of
unnecessary
information
just
to
send
the
fax.
So
I
call
the
cardiologist
back
and
wait
on
hold
another
40
minutes,
for
information
that
wasn’t
even
needed.
I
then
provided
the
fax
number
and
all
the
additional
unnecessary
information
to
her
and
stated,
this
needs
to
be
faxed
TODAY
please
(yes
I
was
respectful
about
it)
well
after
she
was
incredibly
rude,
turns
out
she
is
also
incompetent
and
couldn’t
care
less
about
patients
because
USF
cardiology
called
me
today
reminding
me
of
my
appointment
this
week
and
stating
that
they
still
have
no
received
the
paperwork
they
needed.
I
wish
I
remembered
her
name
because
she
is
absolutely
negligent
and
almost
cost
me
my
cardiology
appointment
that
I
had
to
wait
for,
because
she
needs
to
be
terminated.
I
will
NOT
be
returning
to
Sanitas
again.
