I normally stay at Embassy suites when I’m traveling. This was the first time at this location. I have to say by far one of the cleanest properties that I’ve visited. The room was spotless. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection was available. I’d definitely recommend this place if your looking for a place to rest while in town. I ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant. The food was flavorful & fresh.

I’m changing my original review due to the response and amazing hospitality of the staff. Thank you Trisha for addressing my concerns regarding arrival. You’re a true leader and your skills will benefit any team. Taylor, thank you for making sure my family and I had everything we needed for an enjoyable experience. Breakfast is amazing!! I’ve never been at a property with made a made to order omelette station. I unfortunately did not get the attendants name however he is the best! This property overall is a great choice for convenience and service. It will be my top choice each time in the area. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel itself was in pretty good shape. The lobby area as well as the restaurant & bar area were all up to date and clean. The grounds/outside area were also clean. The fitness area was impressive at first, until I tried to use the Peloton. After getting logged in and adjusting the bike to my needs it was an ultimate let down to find that the seat was broken. There was also nothing available to clean/sanitize the equipment. The breakfast each morning was amazing, with the service being beyond expectations. They had a nice variety of continental items. The room, king size suite with accessible bathroom, was what I needed. The only downside was the smell of the room, which was enough to take my rating into then “unsatisfactory”’range. The room smelled like a mix of chemicals used to clean big messes and bacteria. Thank goodness we were gone most of the day. The room smell was bad enough to keep me from staying here again.

Comfortable clean rooms. The kids loved the pool. Continental Breakfast was amazing as usual. Excellent Customer Service. I requested extra towels, toothpaste and toothbrush at check in. We didn’t use room service, however I’m sure they are great as well.

This hotel was okay, the front desk was always very polite, the room was also okay, could have been cleaner the glasses in the room were extremely dirty and the shower wasn't the best. we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was nice size for a family of 4. The breakfast was not my favorite at all the omelet station i had high hopes for and was very disappointed the grits were water and waffles weren't good to me. the location is nice lots of restaurants and food chains to choose from. Also the hotel has a complimentary happy hour, they give you a card for a free drink I was told by multiple staff it ended at 6pm (maybe 7 it was a few weeks ago but then i definitely knew the time because it was on the card) i specifically remember going 20 minutes before just to get my free drink and she told me it had already ended so i had to buy a drink...which i did but it would of been nice to get a free drink like i was supposed to. Overall this wouldn't be my first choice when going back to tampa (that was our first time) but the experience was not horrible at all just personal pet peeves we still enjoyed our time

We stayed two mid-week nights. Having stayed all over the US and Europe, we've experienced good and bad service. The friendliness this staff is unsurpassed. A great dinner recommendation from the front desk, a good drink at happy hour, and a super friendly breakfast staff. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful and just great. A well trained staff. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, but a bit plain. Brighter colors would be a big improvement. The next time we are in the area, we'll definitely be back.

Very special staff and management. I inquired about something special for my husbands birthday and they put a card on our bed, signed by the staff, for him w complimentary drinks❤️he was happy and I appreciated that special touch so much. Elizabeth checked us in & showed us around. First time I've ever been showed around and escorted to my room. 😁 Made us feel at home. Couldn't have picked a better spot. Relaxed atmosphere. Simple room and furnishings but very clean. King suite bedroom had door which separated it from kitchen and front room, which I found comforting, and private. Shower hot. Room temp nice n cool. In morning , in our front living room area we heard early morning voices and minimal movement , prob breakfast crew. We were located on ground floor near front lobby, so if you like zero noise you may want to choose different room on upper levels. Breakfast Awesome 😎 Peace and hope u enjoy your stay.

My wife had a procedure in Tampa so we had to stay 3 days. The experience was obviously stressful and a bit scary. Every single person we encountered at this Embassy made this experience better. The front desk women were beyond helpful and nice. The cleaning crew went out of their way to ensure our room was clean and safe before and after the surgery. The cook was awesome and the lady in that area offered to fix my wife something special. 5 stars and above to this team! Thank you for making a stressful experience better.

This hotel experience was beyond my expectations! Nick and Abby at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everybody was happy and comfortable and got everything they needed! The room was huge and very clean and smelled wonderful, it was stocked with all the toiletries you would need for an overnight stay or a long vacation. The two free drinks at cocktail hour were a welcome surprise, even more of a surprise was a free full hot omelet station breakfast with all the sites you can think of. They give you water when you check in which is always a nice bonus! 24-hours a day you can get free soda, coffee, hot chocolate and tea in the lobby! Every single employee we encountered was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at any embassy suites by Hilton anywhere in the world if they are all like this one!

Great location, lots of restaurants near by. The breakfast is great. The thermostat in my room didn’t work. The couches in the room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The hot water didn’t work in my room when I showered. The wifi would unconnect you and I’d have to re connect. For the price of over two hundred dollars a night these things need to be fixed and addressed. Not worth the price.

I'll start with the good. This hotel has very clean, spacious rooms with competitive pricing. The rooms also seem to be somewhat sound proof. I was impressed with how peaceful it was even when the lobby was busy. There is lots of space for parking, several breakfast options including a made-to-order station at no extra charge, friendly staff and an awesome bartender. (Gina) Now for the bad. Upon arriving and after being completely checked in, I was informed the room I booked MONTHS ago was not available. I was put in a 2 queen room instead of a king suite, but was told my new room had a "poolside view." When I pulled back the drapes I found I had no view of the pool or anything else for that matter! My room looked out directly to the entrance roof. My wife explained this to the front desk and was told they would see what they could do and get back to us. Which they never did. (We did receive a text asking how the room was but this was AFTER we already expressed our dissatisfaction) The shower took about 10 minutes just to get lukewarm but never fully got hot. Furthermore, I was halfway through my shower when I realized the conditioner was completely empty. My wife asked the lobby for some more so I could complete my shower but they said they had to come up and refill the bottles personally. Meaning I had to exit my shower, allow the worker to refill the bottle which is attached to the shower wall, and then get back in the shower. Very inconvenient.

Embassy at Brandon was an okay hotel for the price. It should’ve been like 109.99 at best. The carpet has a mildew smell. The water doesn’t get hot. The staff is kind and friendly. But as a Hilton diamond member this wouldn’t be on my top pick list to stay when I return to Tampa. I would say it did serve its purpose for a one night stay .

You'll receive nothing but exceptional service at this hotel from every member of the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, had every convenience of home, and the breakfast was next level with their made-to-order omelets & waffles. We truly appreciated Vince's commitment to ensuring our needs were being met whenever we encountered him on the lobby level. Thanks for a great stay!

On my 3 night stay some of the things that I like were the happy hour 5pm-7pm, the breakfast ( real eggs & omelette station), the gym, & the layout in the suite with the private king bedroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Please remove any valuable items from your car as some guest had the car windows busted…unfortunate. I would suggest that the hotel have security as well as upgrade the room TVs to smart TVs( can’t do any streaming that was disappointing for the football fans…with the international games & all) .

The room was a king suite. I definitely love the layout with the bed in a totally separate part of the suite. There was a nice selection of in room coffee and tea. They have a phenomenal happy hour for hotel guests and the breakfast was also really good. There was the usual hot items but also a made to order omelet station. The staff were very friendly and checking in on us as we ate breakfast. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. It was clear that the bedroom had not been vacuumed as there were what appeared to be nacho chip crumbs and some other debris. Even though the hotel is right by the interstate, I heard almost zero noise and the room was really quiet. There was a well appointed workout area. There is also access to decent sidewalks in a safe area if you wanted to walk/run outside.

I enjoyed my stay here very much the breakfast was definitely filling and delicious i also enjoyed the fact we were walking distance from a 7-11 gas station that seemed to be very new along with being short driving distances from some amazing restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to you if you have the budget for it. My only downside was my rooms window view was of the roof which was awkward and the ac wasn’t accurate i had to set it to 65 for it to feel like 70. Other than that though the suite was very spacious with a nice shower and restroom along with a living room.

Stayed here for Slamfest weekend. The pool was clean and a perfect temp all weekend. The suite was big. I gave 4 stars because the bedroom was warm, but the living room was cold. 2 Complimentary drinks at the bar every evening of our stay was nice. Omelet bar for breakfast was on point.

Very disappointed in the quality of my room. Poorly maintained. I requested light to be repaired at 12 noon. Request is still pending after 9pm!!!! Shower is not working well and there’s a constant water leak….

We drove from Texas and were a bit tired, looking for an affordable place to stay. Taylor at the front desk helped us and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast that was served was better than what you would expect. The room was very nice. We will be back to stay at this hotel.

Everyone was so friendly. The facility was beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was elaborate, including omelets, waffles, fruit, cereal, bacon, sausage, etc. Everything was cooked perfectly. There is a restaurant on site, and the food was delicious, and the adult drinks were on par. The bartender was very busy but managed very well. Although he could have been a bit more personable. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The lever on the door was unscrewed most of the way when I arrived. I notified the staff to fix it. The parking lot was a little dark when entering.

Staff is exceptionally accommodating and courteous. Our room was spacious and amenities exceeded our expectations! Breakfasts, which are included, are delicious with self-serve and made to order options. We would definitely book this hotel again!

I stayed here for a few days on a business trip in Tampa. I loved the size of the room, and the fact I had a separate living/office area from the bedroom. I also loved having both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. It's hard to find nice hotels with both of these available! The staff was super nice and friendly any time I interacted with them, and the included breakfast was excellent. I didn't try out the bar, just because I was too busy and I'm generally anti-social. I think what I loved the most was how quiet it was. There were definitely other people staying at the hotel, but I was able to work from my room without disruption or noisy hallways. As for the surrounding area, it was actually quiet too! There are several hotels bunched together in this little tucked away street, but close enough to main roads that will take you wherever you need to go. DoorDash is also available to deliver here and has lots of options around town. Lastly, there was more than plenty of parking available around the hotel. Only one small note, please have the smoke detector in the room inspected - it was emitting a crackling noise.

My family and I stayed for one night, attended a wedding and the reception that was in the hotel. When we arrived the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The size of the suite we got was very spacious had a separate living/office area from the bedroom. I also loved having both a mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Breakfast is included with your stay. They have self served and made to order which includes omelettes and waffles. They have a manager reception every night (5:30pm-7) in which they give you two complimentary drinks at the bar. That was a nice perk. There was more than plenty of parking available around the hotel. I will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Well to begin with the digital key entry did not work. We had to go back to ground floor and reception for hard keys for entry to our room. The ice maker was not operational at the time we stayed there. The room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar/restaurant was too busy for just one bar attendant/server. I would suggest they need extra help at that restaurant/bar on a concert night. We could not get good service the evening we stayed. We could not get our check, guests were not getting their food and no signature cocktails, no top shelf liquors.

This Hilton location was in an extremely convenient area, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and the room was kept super clean during our stay. The lounge, bar, and pools were also very well kept. One of the nicest Hilton’s I’ve stayed at!

Quality of the room was lacking. Outdoor pool was cold! Lobby ambiance was extremely basic. Service was impeccable. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Overall this location was overrated but I guess you can't beat the free alcohol drinks and breakfast right? Another location might be best.

The rooms were large and clean, the staff was amazing and they offered a great complimentary hot breakfast with an omelette station! The staff was so hospitable from the bar, front desk, housekeeping and servers. Highly recommended! I would definitely go back!

Stayed at his hotel for 3 nights this past weekend. The breakfast was awesome and general service was good and it is a beautiful hotel. However, they regulate the AC at night. I asked the front desk when we checked in about the thermostat not working. They sent up maintenance and I feel he did his best but, he knew they turn the air down at night and nothing could be done to fix the thermostat, which is awful for someone with sinus issues. I feel like we should be refunded something for this as nighttime is the one of the main parts of the trip to recover from the days activities and My VERY LOUD COMPLAINT is that they need to be honest about the AC and do not turn it off/down at night. The room was very hot at night. For this reason they got 3 stars from me. THE AC is very important in Tampa FL.

Attended an awards event there. Both conference rooms were well decorated and I loved that one had a sitting area. Inside there is a really nice restaurant and seating that makes you feel as though you are sitting in a park outside. Catering staff was very friendly and accommodating (there was no vegan food but they made me a plate full of Romain lettuce). Guests raved about the food.

The staff were amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant to the folks at breakfast. There were all incredible!! The noise due to large crowds was not regulated by the hotel and the room had a musty smell. I understand the musty smell is mainly due to the close proximity to the ocean and humidity in the air, but I have stayed at other hotels in a similar price and rating category who mitigate this much better.
