This is a hooters location inside Brandon, FL. The vibe is typical for a hooters: energetic atmosphere, wooden walls, and female waitresses. The service was a bit slow, but it was alright. Some waitresses just ignored us for some time. Unprofessional. However, the food here is very good. The wings and buffalo shrimp had a nice balance of heat and flavor. Typical for a Hooters. The tots and fries were very flavorful and crispy with the hooters seasoning. Overall, Hooters is a great establishment, but would go somewhere else if you want good service.

I’ll start by saying I just went to a Hooters in Orlando and had the BEST WINGS I’ve ever had so I was excited to get home and try the hooters by me. So far from good it wasn’t funny. The pic I’m posting is of the mild wings. There’s no sauce. The menu was very different. Not as many choices of sauces or rubs. Service was good though.

What can I say. Hooters is an American classic sports bar, and this location holds the standard we all have come to expect. Restaurant was clean, service was quick from seating, to drinks and appetizers, and our meal. We had the fried pickles which were as expected and great. The burger was juicy and delicious and and I was able to make it a double patty without buying a second burger. I love the curly fries, and all the fixings that came with the burger. The snow crab legs and shrimp were also cooked great and were well seasoned. The wings were Daytona style which is my favorite. Beer was ice cold in ice cold mug, and margarita was perfect. This is always a treat and we enjoyed our visit. Check out the specials and enjoy the atmosphere.

I did a Uber eats with this company and when I got my food I noticed that it was not what I ordered it also was very cold like it has been sitting the fries were very stale so I called them I spoke to two people that were very rude then I got to speak to Ben who told me that he’s apologize but there’s nothing that he can do and then Began to blame Uber eats for the incorrect order but his team was the ones that did not add the cheese they did not add barbecue sauce on the side and they also let the order sit that was obviously not my order it was someone else’s order and they just gave it to me the bacon was burnt as well as the other condiments were not inside of the order I spent 16$ for something that only cost 9.99$ don’t waste your money like I did // just like a bad company to blame someone else they didn’t cook the food your company did just look at it and I’m sure I wouldn’t enjoy it never will I eat there

On 11-10-23,Good place, I love it, but today my waitress Jelena forgot about me. Would have stated longer and but I only had 2 beers in 1:30 hours that I was there. She asked if I wanted a beer,waited 30 min, and she asked if I wanted a beer again.killed my vibe Toda on 11-12-23 Jamie kept me satisfied, always checking up on me and attending to me needs. She's the best waitress I've ever had ❤️

This place is GREAT! The manager is unbelievable. We come as a family with my grand children. Manager always comes to greet us and fist bump the kids and makes us feel like family. Service is perfect. The girls work hard and the manager is always there with a helping hand. Highly recommend for a fun relaxing out with the family.

I travel for work a lot & I eat at a lot of hooters (…..what! It’s for the food) but this one is the best one I’ve been too so far. I come to this area a lot for work & I’ve never had bad service or meal If your gonna hit a hooters of if your passing through in the road this is a good one to hit Ask for Jo at the bar

Very Delicious hot Fresh Food and even when I ordered 50 Wings to go They Followed Instructions about Lightly Breaded And Separate Flavored Perfectly

The service was a bit slow, took a while to receive our tables food. Ordered food to dine in as well as food to go. We received our to go order well before our dine in order, so they made a fresh order for the to go food. I would give three stars because they remade the orders, but when I got home I noticed that my to go order of boneless hot wings had no sauce on them. That, and the fries were not fully cooked… had to throw them in the air fryer. For $16 I’d hope to have flavor on my wings and fully cooked fries. The quality was just not there unfortunately.

The customer service here is the worst I have ever encountered. My mom placed an order for wings to be picked up on the 23rd to be part of our Christmas dinner meal. We called today to change the pick up time. The person answering the phone was rude and unhelpful. Without asking for a last name or order # we were told they didn't have our order. We have the confirmation email and the money has already been taken out of our account. When asking to speak to a manager we were put on hold. No one ever came back. I called back a 2nd time and was put on hold again. I waited for over 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back for a 3rd time. At which time I was put on hold again. No one helped me. They told me they were busy. I still have no idea what's going on with my order. Pathetic customer service. We'll go with Glory Days in the future.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. The Original Hot sauce served at this location is not correctly stored. The sauce has separated and does not taste the way it is supposed to. Management has decided this sauce is "how they serve it." There are other Hooters in the Tampa area: they probably deserve your business more than this one. Wing House on 301 is also a great alternative!

Great restaurant. It's always good to come back to. From a quick lunch break at the office (last week) to the start of a bachelor party (15 years ago) and everything in between. This particular Hooters is even avoided some of the more annoying menu changes that have plagued other locations. The parking is a bit space but not bad enough to be a major detriment.

We came for Sunday Football and had a great experience. Waitress was very friendly, service was quick and food was yummy. We had the boneless wing combos with curly fries and tater tots. Can’t forget the cheese sauce for the fries!

Placed an online order for pickup an hour before. It was still 15 mins late and they didn’t give us our appetizer. I got home and checked and it wasn’t in the bag. I called and they said the only way for me to get a refund on the appetizer was if I came back into the store. Never going back. Their mistake and a waste of money for me.

The naked wings covered in 911 sauce I had were delicious. The curly fries didn't disappoint either. Overall, great experience. I would definitely visit again.

Honestly, my whole family loves hooters whenever we're craving typical Americana food we go to hooters. It's totally family friendly and yes the waitresses have skimpy clothing on but nothing offensive. You see more skin in a local mall or store than hooters.

Great waitstaff. We had a fun time. Too bad the wings my group received, which were supposed to taste like mild sauce, had a heavy butter flavour instead. I was smart and got the fish meal, so my meal was fine.

Wings were pretty tiny for the price, flavor was also just alright. Waitress was good and very nice. Nothing to complain about but nothing to draw me back. Did like that they had some coppertail free dive.

The tall hooters girl Kendall is the best server ever! She’s very kind and suggestive to the menu. She made my experience here great and made the best recommendations! She was fast and very attentive and quick with my refills on my Tea. Love her definitely will be back! Ask for Kendall!!

Hands down the best wings in Tampa. Ice cold beer and frosty pints. Great place to watch hockey and hang out. Bottom line: I recommend this POI to friends and family.

So disappointed with the food here. This place used to be our favorite Hooters and it's changed so much in the past 2 years. It's definitely not the same. Our last two visits have been the worse and today will be the last time we order food here. $40 worth of undercooked and nasty wings. We ordered take out a few months ago and had the same problem. Undercooked and the wings just did not taste right. Today we decided to give it a second try and even worse! Undercooked, no sauce and just nasty. We stopped dinning in due to the rude servers and now it's not even worth going to get take out. Very disappointing!

Best Hooters I’ve ever been to. We took our son there for the first time and he loved it. We got the shrimp, wings, and chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh, cooked well, and service was great.

Fresh wings, perfect fries, great service, especially for how busy this place was. The girls here are top tier. All around very friendly. You could bring the kids or bring the boys and have a great time! Also try the chocolate cake it’s worth the calories

Dined at this establishment a few times during a recent trip to Tampa. Very cold brews, the cheeseburger was fantastic, buffalo chicken sandwhich and wings were good, and the key lime pie was great. The location is near several hotels and easy to get to.

Our server Jazmin was very un attentive. Did not check on us one time, in fact found hair in our food and couldn’t send it back because she never came back to the table. We both work in the hospitality industry and can agree that this was the worst service possible. But the Buffalo chicken dip slaps as always so
