Nice place to enjoy with your family and friends, kid friendly. First, clean restrooms 🚻. The food was great 👍 we try from burgers to salads. I give 5 ⭐️ because service was friendly fast and great quality. Love it ❤

There’s nothing special about this place. There’s outdoor seating available and the place was overall clean. The service here was quick and friendly, and took care of us. We got ice cream here, and my Oreo Ice Cream has good texture and flavor, enjoyed it a lot. There’s many other flavors of ice cream here, so be free to take a carton home! Overall, Culver’s is a good place for Ice Cream.

To get the roast beef dinner you have to order it not on the menu you have to ask for it. Very accommodating very nice place to eat... Tried three different plates and took leftovers home

Drive through SUCKS. Go inside for a completely different experience. Drive thru cashiers and delivery are snotty and mean. I asked for just a couple of ketchup packets for my toddler’s kids meal, asked at the drive up window and she said “No I can’t give you those.” Ok, so then I wait for them to hand us the food in line and when the girl comes I asked again and she legit rolls her eyes at me when I just kindly ask “Hey, could you just check real quick please?” I’m from Wisconsin, I adore Culvers. I’m not coming back to your jerky teenagers that don’t want to work there. Then we open the bag…after she says YES, ketchup is in there. ONE TINY PACKET. Never coming back.

This is my 6th Culver's restaurant. Pretty much the same as the others. Always lots of room, the restaurant is clean, and the service was quick. Food, as always, was fantastic. Love the butterburgers and love the pretzel bites.

My meal was great. I had amazing company with me and the service was right.

Love that they have gluten free options for my allergy and they kept it separate from the gluten order my son had. Very tasty and quick service. It's a bit pricey but not many places to eat gluten free so I pay for it occasionally.

Do not let them put a sticker on your car. It will leave a sticky residue that is impossible to clean. I told management and they could care less, offering to put it on another apart of my car, which again leaves a sticky residue. The food isn't worth the headache. Go to Potbelly or five guys next door

Culver's has very good butter burgers. I'm from PA and never had one before. My first tasting and it was very good. Their ice cream, which is custard, is very good. I've stopped lots of times just for the ice cream.

Love the cheese curds and the custards. So good. Burgers with cheese, bacon and all the fixings can't be beat. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The entire restaurant is clean and they keep up with everything. Great spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

When we walked in the door we were greeted by the cashier with a smile. She let us take out time while we browsed the menu and made suggestions for our order. The food came out fresh and hot and was brought to our table quickly. We did the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was pretty good once we added some seasoning. That was my only complaint, it just needed some salt and pepper. I would try it again for sure.

Are you kidding me? Only fast food restaurant that charges for condiments. Yeah it’s 50 cents but it’s the principle. I’m not swiping my card for a 50 cent bbq sauce. Anywhere else will give you ten. Talk about penny pinchers, maybe they are owned by spirit airlines.

Sadly I forgot after more than a year that I went to this culver two times and in both times I had stomachache after I ate from there and not to good for two days. Today 12/01/2023 I went around 9:30 and ask for the same thing , fish sandwich. I felt the fish too soft but it wasn’t too bad , fries they tasted like old oil. In my house an hour after my stomach start hurting and nauseas few minutes later vomiting is 12:49 am and I can’t sleep with so much pain in my stomach and visiting my bathroom. Never never again I will go to this culver . That never happened on the one on Bears ave Tampa, Rd 54 in Zephyrhills or Augusta Georgia. Health department should look what’s going on . I wonder if somebody else had the same issue at the same store.

1. Rude and I do mean rude drive through attendant...like chick barely let me say anything before she started running her mouth a mile a minute. I still needed to repeat the order 3 times because all she kept saying was: Is that it? Is that it? 2. Didn't even tell me how much the food cost she just said pull up. 3. This is like the only positive takeaway is that guy with the red beard was pretty pleasant. Now mind you this is the first time I actually heard how much it cost because the female who was trying to rush the entire process and still got the order wrong neglected to even mention how much anything cost. 4. Was told the food will be out shortly pulled around waited for 26 minutes. 5. Received my food even confirmed the tag reading no mail no lettuce extra pickle extra onion.... Yet my entire sandwich was slathered with disgusting Mayo and soggy iceberg lettuce. **SMDH... Attitude and the wrong order all for $14.18... I mean this with the utmost disrespect, I hope y'all don't have a good day! 🤬

The food and service was great except for a manager who was on site named John that was talking to the employees in a terrible rude manner and made me extremely uncomfortable being there. Place is great and food was amazing but i doubt i will be coming back if i would have to deal with that manager being there again speaking to his employees that way it was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

I went there tonight and Dom took my order. I’ve been here a few times but I never got his name. Nevertheless, it was one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had with ordering at a fast food restaurant. He was full of energy and was also very knowledgeable about every menu item. He also spoke to me in German! 10/10. Also Summer at the window was very nice. This place just seems to have a genuinely fun work environment.

Culver's meals are delicious! Not to much salt( trying to get you to like it) at the same time Not bland! Anyone can eat from Culver's (Young/Old) its pretty Healthy! So go ahead and indulge yourself, You will never be disappointed!

One of the best Culver’s anywhere! The produce is very crisp and flavorful, no limp lettuce or soggy tomato’s here. The pickles are crisp y’all - like Vlasic wishes they had so much crunch. The burgers are savory and never dry or crumbly. They always use good oil - I haven’t been where you could taste or detect old cooking oil. The custard is always made just right. The customer service is excellent and the store is very, very clean. I’ve been to Culver’s across the nation and this one is definitely in the top 3 I’ve been to - certainly the best one in Florida. Their outdoor seating is fully covered and a great shaded spot if you decide to dine outside. The location is perfect too, right off the Selmon expressway and super accessible. The drive thru is perfectly setup for traffic flow - it’s a breeze to get in and out. Kudos to the management for making this place much more than a fast food drive thru. It’s a real dining pleasure 😁

I suppose I've gotten too comfortable expecting drive throughs to be accurate all the time. Two times in a row there have been items missing from my order. Had to correct the curbside person because I was missing a drink. Got home to realize one of the sides for my value basket was missing. Last visit I was missing two orders of fries from my order. Same location both times. Looks like I'll be verifying every item in my order from now on!

I love Culver's infrequent the one on Nebraska Hillsborough and Dale mabry. I order at least 3 times a week from several locations. I'm a fan of the double bacon double burger. I would like to know why when I spent my hard earned money i get home to find no bacon on my burger and no ketchup. I'm disappointed and may skip Culver's for a while. I spend my money with you guys all the time. I wanted a double bacon burger. Do better Culver's five guys won't miss bacon

My husband and I stopped in this afternoon spontaneously after receiving coupons in mail. CARLOS was amazing! He went above and beyond and assisted us with them along with making amazing suggestions. This is BY FAR the cleanest and most welcoming fast food place I’ve ever visited! Highly recommended and will definitely return after experiencing such great customer service and even better food!

It's slightly embarrassing how often we go here for ice cream. 😀 My kids love the chocolate custard. My absolute favorite is the creamy lemon crumble flavor of the day. I had the chocolate eclair flavor of today and it was pretty good

Friendly staff, quick service, good food, slightly above average price for fast food but consistent and reliable. I eat here a few times a week, and have only ever spotted a missed side of blue cheese. They're polite about missed items, though, and offer replacements without a hassle. Great spot if you're after a greasy burger or a fish sandwich. The menu has a few more options than similar fast food spots, so there's probably something for you if you're interested in giving them a try!

Went here for the first time and I’ll say it was ok, the burger was pretty good other than that I didn’t really like the cheese curds or fries. The cheese curds were bland. The staff were nice and inside was clean which is a plus.

I've been to this establishment about three times. My first experience was good the employees are very friendly and they are very accommodating. The second time was excellent. We went for the custard they have an assortment of toppings the custard is delicious and once again the staff was more than accommodating in Friendly. The third time was very good the only thing I have to say is I ordered a salad to go and they forgot my salad dressing. And there's nothing like eating a raw salad with no salad dressing besides that that was friendly and accommodating we got the custard again and it was delicious as always. It's very inexpensive two of us ate a meal and had custard it was less than what you would pay at McDonald's so if you want to healthy good meal for under $25 where you can sit and enjoy it and a lovely atmosphere this is a place for you. Very family-orientated.

As I said before, we ordered a two scoop dish with butterfingers topping and a singular scoop flavor of the day which was peach. My two scoop was if quality size but the topping was very skimpy. I’ve had better topping on a Dairy Queen small sundae. My wife’s single scoop flavor of the day was of such a small scoop it barely covered the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing of this Culver’s.
