Most of the time they're on point. However I had an incident happen not too long ago where I asked for Xtra mayo and they put an ungodly amount like being sarcastic. And just now my girlfriend ordered a bagel with just a little bit of cream cheese and this was the outcome..

Wawa at Corner Causeway and Rt. 301: BEST WAWA IN TAMPA The staff working are beyond kind. Nicole came from behind the counter to help me find a chicken tender sandwich. Nicole was unbelievably k8nd and patient with me. Maria made my sandwich perfect and was equally as nice to me. Dylan, the manager, was helping all his staff just jump in to do whatever was needed. What an amazing crew where everyone customer focused! I didn't expect to feel special today, so I'm dang glad I stopped into Wawa.

I like a higher standard of cleanliness throughout, especially in customer waiting spaces. Lunch rush menu selection was very limited. No stand for plastic ware or condiments either.

Once again, I find myself trying to understand why we pay a person $15 an hour for poor customer service and quality products. I ordered smoothies from this location and requested curbside because of something I could not leave alone in the car. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:20 p.m. By 3:25 p.m., I had not seen anyone exit the store. Keep in mind, I ordered at 3:14 p.m. When I went into the store, I saw my four smoothies sitting on the counter behind the wall. I asked the closest worker at the grill if I could just go ahead and get my smoothies because they were just sitting there. She immediately said "oh, did you order those curbside? I'm sorry, I couldn't leave because I was sweeping." She then proceeded to tell another girl to get my smoothies, at which time, I told her that they were just sitting on the counter and I would grab them. My smoothies had whipped cream and were already melting because they were sitting out. No apology, no thank you, no offer to remake them other than she couldn't bring them out because she was sweeping.

I would leave negative stars if I could. We waited 30 minutes for our food, wondering where it was when we were the only people in the store since everyone else already got their food. Maria waited 30 minutes to tell us (after asking where it was) that they were out of something we ordered. Ridiculous and now our food is cold. Thanks Maria.

They keep doing my orders wrong and it's not like I'm asking for anything weird. I wanted a ham sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. What did I get a ham sandwich with spinach, onions and pickles? I don't like onions and spinach. These are not the same things and the last time they messed up. I just wanted a grilled cheese sandwich and they put pulled pork in it. I collect my sandwich and leave. I guess I have to check it before I leave from now on because they just don't know how to do it right.

The bathroom always is disgusting 🤢

Clean store, friendly staff, quick service, great food, good prices. Best coffee in town and always stocked. Great at just about anytime or for any meal. My normal trips to here are between 12am and 5am, even between the non busy hours they still push quality food and always have a great attitude.

Never had an issue with anyone in this store, but there is a Breana, a costumer service clerk that has the worst attitude. I just left wawa after I ordered some food the total was $26. I gave her a $100 bill and the moment she saw the bill her response was I do not have change. There was not an apology or let me see what I can do to find some change. Nothing. No effort at all. She preferred that a customer with a child walk out of the store with empty hands than trying to get some change.

HORRIBLE STORE LOCATION, HORRIBLE, They never have a person making frappes etc. I've found myself going to different locations almost all the time cuz it don't matter if it's morning, noon, or night they never have a person making smoothies, frappes, etc. Stay away from here

Dirty and disgusting! I thought wawa was always clean! I guess i was wrong.

I really don't know what's going on with Wawa lately all the employees they hire for overnight shift do not want to work.when I go to this Wawa there is always a problem in the overnight staff is very lazy in the Food Deli and has most poorest attitude towards customer! I would not bother to waste my time stopping here between 12 midnight and 5 a.m.

The cashier was very friendly as well as the female working the drink area. I won’t be back to this store as the food I purchased was missing items.

Wawa is the best. Love the food they have, also they have hard working staff 301. The only thing I have a problem with the bathroom or need more toilet and update make it bigger. Overall all I'm still rated your 4 stars.

Store is dirty in/outside.i wouldn't buy any food. I fuel up at this store at least 2 × per week and i more dirty everytime. SHAME ON THE MESS!😁

Store has gone down hill. Was one of the best places in the area. Not sure why it changed but the staff is mostly rude, they are always out of something yet the system lets you order it. They don’t allow you to substitute when they allowed you to order something they don’t have (so it’s their fault) and then y have to call for a refund. It’s worse than McDonald’s anymore.

This location has gone DOWN HILL I used to order salads all the time then the pandemic hit. After everything calm down they weren’t selling salads for a while when they started selling them again I started ordering them again and it seemed like every time I ordered them there was an issue the main issue was the girl who used to make my salad didn’t work there anymore she was always on point I don’t know who these new people are but they can never get it right. I don’t know what the issue is because they are given step-by-step directions which they can’t seem to follow. I am missing ingredients each time. I asked for my salad dressing on the side and it is put on top of my salad. Ingredients that say they should be chopped or put in there hold i.e. the bacon hole slices on top of a salad who does that I know prior they were small pieces of bacon now they’re whole slices thrown on top of my salad whole eggs put inside of my salad. I tried to contact the manager and sat on hold for almost an hour before I finally hung up. This is ridiculous get it together read the instructions do like Joe Biden read everything on the Teleprompter

Anji was the sweetest, nicest, above and beyond employee with a beautiful smile! I will legitimately come back to this location because she was so awesome. She deserves a raise 👏🏼✨

Not bad for a busy 24-hour Wawa. 1* Acknowledged rather quickly even when busy. 2* Courteous staff. 3* Staff has always shown respect, anticipated needs, and asked any questions relevant to my purchase. 4* I have consistently been treated like a valued customer and I have observed their staff treat every customer as a highly valued customer. The option of two pumps with ethanol-free gasoline available is a nice feature. 5th star: bathroom is iffy on cleanliness.

I have a extreme dislike for this location. Atm never works, always backed up due to careless staff, staff has a poor attitude, and no regulation of oversized vehicles just parked anywhere.. worth the drive to gibsonton or big ben

Usually stop in a couple times a week for a grab-n-go breakfast sammich (Sizzili) and a hash brown if they're available. Everyone has always been friendly and never had any issues. I usually self-checkout at a kiosk, only because no one else is and I can skip the lines. Speaking of lines...yes there can be long lines due to the ongoing shortage of good help. It isn't just them either. Everyone has a hard time getting good workers. So, stop being a jerk in line and be nice. Thank them for being there for you. Sorry, soapbox moment.

Best wawa in my opinion to visit. Customer service is on point. Daniel is an ALL STAR 🌟 he’s efficient and always polite and make a mean a** sandwich with so much love. Fred, I bet he the boss bc this guy is empathetic and quick to resolve customer inquiries. Thanks guys for making a gals day awesome 😎!!!!

I love Wawa, but this location is mediocre at best. The fountain machines are not well calibrated. The made-to-order food options are lacking choices (maybe it's supply chain, idk). It's really not well maintained. Always busy, and made-to-order food takes forever. Fuel prices are somewhat higher than competitors, but generally on par with the Racetrac east of them on Causeway.

Nice and convenient place. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. I would have left 5 stars except they are still forcing their employees to wear mask. I couldn't imagine having to wear a mask for 8 hours. I get an all day headache after wearing them for 30 minutes.

Used to be my favorite out of the two near my work, but they have messed up so many orders lately it isn't even funny anymore. Looks like I'll have to switch. This time they put pork on a cheese sandwich. How does one mess that up so badly?? I went at the end of my lunch, so I actually didn't get to eat today because of this.
