Horrible service we ordered the new meal large and got a small frie literally half full. Got two sides of nacho cheese one had two covers and was open and the other was also open and completely upside down.and when we called asking for a refund they thought we would want them to remake it again as if they didn't already mess up. And asked us to drive all the way back In a truck with no plans to pay for gas. How is it our responsibility to fix your mistake trying to make us go out of our way with a baby to let you look that the problem and just remake the food when it should have been checked before it left the store. Absolutely ridiculous I'm surprised Eric is still in business.

Bought the new $20 fill up box. The meal was in two boxes and a bag. You get 4 biscuits, A leg, breast, thigh, and wing. You get a little box of chicken nuggets and french fries. The French fries was a small box and only 1/2 full. The whole meal was warm at best. I was given 2 ranch dressings. The ad says it comes with 4. This was not worth $20. It'll be a long time before I go here again. I am 74 years old, and the guy in the window had to see my driver's license in order to give me the senior discount.

I placed an online order through the app. The app was easy to navigate, set up an account, add payment info, and it let's you know when your food is going to be ready. When I got there, there were a few dine in customers and just about a full drive thru. The staff was busy and seemed a little short staffed (but what place isn't right now), and some items were out but were being made for a wait. The cashier was friendly and apologetic for certain items being out and was accommodating to fill the orders with what they had on hand. I got my order and headed home (-/+20 min). The food was still warm and tasted good except for the fries that were cold. I would give it an almost perfect rating if it wasn't for the fries. I'm sure if I was a dine in, they would have been better. Overall, it was a good experience which hasn't been the case sometimes. But every place has their hit or miss moments. Good job KFC

Hadn't been to a KFC in a long time. It was better than I remember which is always a pleasant surprise. Good service, clean dining area, and still good chicken. Will come back.

While I miss the taco bell section of this restaurant, things seemed much smoother and less chaotic now that it's gone. Got a good deal on some food through the app, so I ended up eating a few meals for pretty cheap, honestly.

waited 40 minutes and food still not done. walked out with half our food. what happened they took out the taco bell and got a lot worse. NEVER will we eat here again

Listened to a family in the drive thru get screamed at by an employee taking their order, then put on held at the speaker for 10 minutes just to be told that they were out of chicken and promptly told that its my fault i cant understand why a Restaurant that only sells Chicken is out of chicken. Not sure how this place is still in business.

It's KFC. Finger lickin' good with a side of sketch... but we keep going back because we love it! Especially the chicken tenders basket!
