Andrea is such a pleasure. Her personality is not only positive but friendly and kind. The atmosphere gives you a sense of being able to relax, which for most like myself needs. I have experienced different treatments with Andrea and will continue to not only try new ones but continue with my current ones. I personally highly recommend her, but only if you dare to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere if you want to provide yourself with self care!!! 😉 let's face it. we all need ME time, so why not start with Lotus and Lavender!

If you are looking for a peaceful get away and a facial like no other, come see Andrea at Lotus and Lavender. I first came to her when she was at another spa in the area and was so pleased with her work. I was lucky to find her at her new spa. She is an incredible esthetician who makes you feel so welcome, relaxed and peaceful. She has extensive knowledge in skin care. I swear my skin has never felt so fresh after leaving her spa. I recommend everyone to check her out, I couldn’t be more pleased with her services!

Andrea is so wonderful, and the new space is so cute, clean, and comfortable. Andrea makes you feel like a queen, and she takes her time. I had a lotus pedicure yesterday, and it is hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. Her facials are my favourite. This is an absolute little gem, and I have been recommending her to everyone I know. If you need a gift card, she puts together the cutest little package, too. The website is very user-friendly to book appointments too!

Had my first facial in years, yesterday at Lotus and Lavender. All I can say is what a treat. Andrea gave the best facial, my skin was so moisturizer and glowing when I left. Will definitely be back and highly recommend her to anyone.

Phenomenal is not a big enough word to describe the treatment I received from Andrea and her students. To say I was floating afterwards is an understatement. I went to a special womens night where head massage, and hand + foot massage was provided; my body, mind, and spirit felt relaxed and glowing afterwards. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The oils left my skin feeling so soft. If you want an otherworldly pampering go see Andrea!

I am so glad that I found Andrea @ Lotus & Lavender Spa! I've been seeing Andrea since March 2023 for regular facials, an Indian head massage (glorious!) and a pedicure and I so highly recommend her. She has created a very warm, relaxing and calm environment at her spa, and you can feel the care and warmth she has for her clients. She's like talking to a friend. I have very tricky, sensitive skin and she is always researching for me the best products to use on my face that are priced well, organic and Canadian-made and uses these in my regular facials. Had the most amazing spa visit yesterday experiencing the Brows & Wows Lash package for the first time. My nervousness around the process was complete alleviated by Aundrea as she fully explained the process and all the steps as she was doing them. Ended up being very relaxing and WOW the results! Just thrilled and cannot recommend this spa and it’s owner highly enough! Will certainly be returning!!

I’ve already left one review, but I’m going to leave one more. Andrea has completely changed my skin. I have had horrible cystic acne for years and i had a hard time keeping it under control. When I started seeing Andrea she was patient, understanding and listened to my concerns. I’ve been a client with her for a couple years and last month she asked if she could try LED light therapy on my acne and it has led to my face being clear all over and is now my go to facial!!! I’m beyond happy with the results and this girl is the real deal ❤️

I had surgery and my lymph nodes in my neck were soo swollen and sore. I searched everywhere for someone that does lymphatic drainage massage and I finally found Andrea. So thankful I did. It was absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job. Although I am still sore (part of the process) I will 100% be going back. I was lucky enough to be extra pampered due to students with Andrea. Andrea is such a kind wonderful person and offers so much. You wont be disappointed!
