Good building with great river views . A bit quieter than first 3 years. Better qualified tenants . Current team is doing their best , Thomas is very helpful at reception, Serge is doing his best , to be fair most fails right now started before his joining the team. Jean-Yves is great , so talented , woodwork , painting , some plumbing ,professional. Major fails now , 1 elevator out of 3 is out of service for over 3 months , hallway carpets need a good steamclean job , pool is hit or miss and no security to enter building and have access to all floors

I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and constant effort to solve the problems that appear from time to time. When I moved into the apartment, I had the problem of missing some of the equipment that I had brought with me but I would like to thank Serge and Thomas for the way they helped me find what I was missing. I appreciate your dedication to maintaining the quality of our community. It really makes a difference and your efforts are greatly appreciated… I'm very happy to be here and I'm satisfied with everything in the building everything is interesting I’m telling you! Love my time here!! The management is very friendly and courteous. Both Serge and Thomas are working round the clock to help the residents out. Love the swimming pool, pool table and the gym facilities. They’re all top notch!

To Equinoxe Lévesque management team,(Serge and Thomas) I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism and continuous efforts in the resolution of the recent issue with my electric parking space. Serge Miaka was quick to take action even tho we dealt with a supplier that wasn’t helping us at all. His effective problem-solving not only alleviated my concern but also showcased the commitment he has in ensuring a comfortable living environment for all the residents of our building. The supplier was taking its time but Serge kept the pressure and kept me updated all along the process. A true professional. I would like also to thank Thomas Pageau for keeping me in the loop when I used to see him and working closely with Serge on the issue Thank you for your dedication to maintaining the quality of our community. Although the view is beautiful it is not worth the high price tag. The included facilities are minimal and require improvment. The water quality in the building is horrible. The water is extremely hard and leaves a red residue. Although brought up to the managment team they refuse to do anything about it. They just refer you to speak with the city of Laval and clean the affected areas.They could at least add a filter to the affected units to minimizes damages. As this is really bad for your clothes and health(leaves skin incredibly dry and exacerbates conditions such as eczema or psorasis among others).

Great management team! Best view of the river. Quiet and clean environment. We love living here.
