    Disappointing even before rent. Management are stupid. I called she received and put me on hold for few minute then I ask, if they have 3 and half , answer was no, I asked again, maybe in future; yes in July, then I asked, do you have any apt for rent on south side, Answer, "I don't know" :) I ask, can you pls find out? answer is wait again, I waited for 20 minute on line, she never talk .. she put me on hold for so long, never call back, nothing!! Before rent, it s easy to understand that frustrating lady will give more disappointing stress with 1 full year of contract. Better to stay away of those kind of people

    I don’t even know where to start. Basically we moved in and never got a laundry card to access the laundry machine. I have been told by management that the tenant that left the apartment is supposed to give me his old card... strange. They guy that left didn’t know where he put his card which I don’t blame him. So I called. The office and they literally refuse to give me a card. The third time we went to the office they told us that they placed an order for new cards so they will let us know when it arrives.( we moved in July 1st which is the busiest day of the year for moving and they only ordered new cards at July 15th!!) when the cards arrived we never got a call. So we came back about a week later and they finally gave us a card, after three weeks of living in their building. I put 20$ on the card at the machine and it took my money, but the card never worked on any of the machines. I called the card provider and the company said that this card was never assigned to that building! Ok I went a fifth time to the office and they said that they will call the company and call me back the next day. No one ever called!!!!!! I came in the office again and they just gave me another card. Same thing happened with this card! So I gave it back to them and demanded a refund. They refused to refund me and have no other cards and every time I call they say they will call me back and they never do . So right now it is the 7th of August and for 5 weeks I was not able to do my laundry or get my money back! I have so many other issues that the company would not help with regarding the apartment itself and the state it was when I moved in, they just don’t help with anything and they make you fell like you are asking a lot. Worst company I have ever dealt with I would extremely not recommend!

    I lived there for 3 years. The repairs were done only with urgency if you escalate to their customer support. Though I have found Boardwalk being responsive to their customers, the local management attitude is very bad. Especially, when you are moving out, you would be treated badly. Don’t be fooled with their nice behaviours when they are selling you the apartment. There is no lift management. I called two months in advance to book the time and day of my moving out. I booked my movers accordingly. One week to the move day, I got a call from the local office that they have three apartments moving out and that also in the building with only two lifts. On the day, the move took 3 hours instead of one hour, also had to listen to a lot of people living in the building as the lift wasn’t assigned to me only. I would never recommend these to anyone. Please avoid if you can.

    Poor service, they don't clean the laundry room, it's so dirty and there is water on the floor. Garbage smell in the garage, there is a very poor management and if someone complain nobody takes it seriously. They say ok we can see that. In this pandemic we need more care more cleaning but in this building it's totally the opposite. I have no words. Last night I went to do the laundry but the laundry room was very different, there was dog hair everywhere on the machines and inside the machines, on the floor aswell. The room looked like a pet shop.

    I am a new tenant a deguire complexe owned by Boardwalk in St-Laurent and i was never so disappointed by a building management. I signed my lease 2months ago in June. We are now August After I paid my rent at 8AM on August 1st, i got the key to my apartment and when I went upstairs, everyone was rushing last minute to clean the apartment. Toilet and stove were not in place. I confirmed i will be moving in around 2pm so they could take their time but when my moving company showed up at noon, the management office refused to let them in so they could build my bed set, my dressers and my couch. So yes, my apartment still has no furniture because the delivery company had other clients. Office management said that he could store my unbuilt furniture in my hallway or garage or ask the delivery people to stay longer disregarding completely how much it would cost me (900$ for moving and storing). When i asked for compensation, they refused to offer anything so now i have zero furnitures and i'm being charged by my delivery company so storing my furnitures until the closest delivery date possible for them. I called their customer service and it's going to take me 1 week and a half to speak to someone who can actually help me. I called Regis des logements as they violated multiple rights of tenants. Don't let them walk all over you, Regis des logements will gladly help you through a case to build and better yet, stay away from this company. Ps. My stepmother moved into another building owned by the same company, she was supposed to move in on July1st, they told her she couldn't move in until then20th even after she paid rent. I am highly encouraging her as well to open a case against them because this is simply disrespectful and a misuse of trust.

    I lived there for nearly 10 years time never missed a payment towards my monthly rent. My last year living there was 100% officially decided as a LOYAL RENTER when I was told to remove my World Cup flags for the country I was a fan for all my life & supporting my favourite team. After I was told to remove my flags I felt this is not a place where I can normally & peacefully live. I am now happy to say that I am living in a place where I can raise my FLAGS as long as I want to. DEUTSCHER FUSSBALL-BUND 4LIFE.

    101 boulevard deguire so sorry but the service is 0 you only have one employer that do a good job his name is mohamed the others they dont know how to talk with a customer. and services are 0 you always smell bad stuff on the garage and the hall also cleaning services are 0 repaires they just add some white paint and thats it im verry disappointed they dont even want to change the floor carpet in the hall is turning from blue to black """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
