am
a
new
tenant
a
deguire
complexe
owned
by
Boardwalk
in
St-Laurent
and
i
was
never
so
disappointed
by
a
building
management.
I
signed
my
lease
2months
ago
in
June.
We
are
now
August
After
I
paid
my
rent
at
8AM
on
August
1st,
i
got
the
key
to
my
apartment
and
when
I
went
upstairs,
everyone
was
rushing
last
minute
to
clean
the
apartment.
Toilet
and
stove
were
not
in
place.
I
confirmed
i
will
be
moving
in
around
2pm
so
they
could
take
their
time
but
when
my
moving
company
showed
up
at
noon,
the
management
office
refused
to
let
them
in
so
they
could
build
my
bed
set,
my
dressers
and
my
couch.
So
yes,
my
apartment
still
has
no
furniture
because
the
delivery
company
had
other
clients.
Office
management
said
that
he
could
store
my
unbuilt
furniture
in
my
hallway
or
garage
or
ask
the
delivery
people
to
stay
longer
disregarding
completely
how
much
it
would
cost
me
(900$
for
moving
and
storing).
When
i
asked
for
compensation,
they
refused
to
offer
anything
so
now
i
have
zero
furnitures
and
i'm
being
charged
by
my
delivery
company
so
storing
my
furnitures
until
the
closest
delivery
date
possible
for
them.
I
called
their
customer
service
and
it's
going
to
take
me
1
week
and
a
half
to
speak
to
someone
who
can
actually
help
me.
I
called
Regis
des
logements
as
they
violated
multiple
rights
of
tenants.
Don't
let
them
walk
all
over
you,
Regis
des
logements
will
gladly
help
you
through
a
case
to
build
and
better
yet,
stay
away
from
this
company.
Ps.
My
stepmother
moved
into
another
building
owned
by
the
same
company,
she
was
supposed
to
move
in
on
July1st,
they
told
her
she
couldn't
move
in
until
then20th
even
after
she
paid
rent.
I
am
highly
encouraging
her
as
well
to
open
a
case
against
them
because
this
is
simply
disrespectful
and
a
misuse
of
trust.
